It's not "billion watt microwaves" it's Million watt VLF, these are extremely long waves which go right through you every day & you don't even notice them
HAARP does however, play havoc with the ionosphere, & was probably responsible for that sh*tty winter, but HAARP does not do earthquakes & it does not do mind control either.
Why they built it i have no idea.......because it makes a great weapon, weather-wise?

Hi...stars and flag for pointing out the possibility of such an occurrence based on examination of how the earth is moving along the coast of Japan. Have to say that it does seem that it is more than just aftershocks based on the tremendous amount of activity picked up by USGS.

If rightly so, what is to happen will happen and I hope that what you had brought to attention here on ATS would be heeded by some, resulting in lives being saved.

To the people of Japan, I pray for their speedy recovery and that they be sparred further anguish.

First of all there is no one Eurasian plate that includes all of Japan so everyone that starred your oversimplified cartoon better go look at a real map that shows tectonic plates. Japan is divided in half and actually the north is in an entirely different plate than the south.

How can they know it's too hot and radiated to get close enough to tell...they are relying on the gauges and sensors inside to get info. If they have sent robots with cameras in they aren't releasing that or any pics but I gotta say how well would they do at 1000C or higher not too well I'd think.

Nick Begich is a doctor of medicine, not physics, i doubt he knows an awful lot about transmission theory, it's pretty deep.
Yes, HAARP can be used as a weapon, it is just within the realms of possibility it could interfere with minds, not control them, it CAN penetrate into the earth but will dissipate within a mile, not deep enough to cause an earthquake, and will never have enough power. Tesla weapons are possible, but work in a different way.
Jesse Ventura is as hollywood as you can get, so no help there, either.
Ask yourself this; IF they could, then WHY?
Why Japan, why right now? China or the mid east would be a better place to test a weapon (if you're america, that is). Pearl Harbour was allowed to happen, for the obvious reasons, and so has every war since.

I saw it in a thread yesterday with source but I couldn't find it today so I guess ignore it I posted a similar statement earlier in the thread maybe TA can help with this...

about 30 minutes ago usgs alerted me of 2.9 quake in rock springs wyoming pretty damn close to yellowstone.

hope it's not waking up due to alignment with 2010x1 comet (elenin) possible dwarf binary star

last alignment was 8.8 chile quake this one so far was 8.9 japan

it gets much closer too

I heard on CNN TV today that the types of reactors in Japan are different than in Chernobyl. I thought I heard him say that they wouldn't melt the same way .....sorry cant remember

That's true, these reactors are much safer, only they were designed for a 8.0 quake, so in effect, they have done remarkably well.........
