I work in a EOC (Emergency Operations Command Center) for a state EMA(emergency management association) Our EOC works with DOE, and Nuclear commissions. We have a certain part of the building for a command center for nuclear events both local and worldwide. This facility has devices across the state and region that detect radioactive particles in upper atmosphere. I can honestly say that currently, part of the building has become extremly active. They even brought in security for the entrance of this part of the building. Also, a secure room which I am not allowed in, is being used. I have never seen this much activity on something thats not a tabletop OP or training exercise. With all this stuff going on I am starting to wonder why im doing so much for this midwest shakedown happening in last weeks of may. Things are getting intresting, I can not go into any further discussion.Military has now arrived...at least my building is safe from EMP and other gamma related emitting devices....good luck
