Did anyone else just hear that American Professor on the bbc, stating they are expecting a bigger quake than the 8.9? He said it was like trying to predict the weather, but there are strong indications for an imminent massive one?!

Does the sun has anything to do with the massive ejection of coronnal mass couple of days ago? There is a post on ATS about that. It was supposed to hit the earth 2 to 3 days after the coronnal mass plume was seen on the Sun's observatory.

It's near impossible to predict earthquakes. Of course, we are overdue a destructive quake to hit California. But it is quite dangerous to cry wolf and assume this will move along the "ring of fire" - you'll end up creating too much panic and fear.

American military was already over there and they had to wait to be asked they have been asked and they will do all they can.

The Americans should be thanked for all they do to help as far as I am concerned

I wonder if this is the 11:11 thing we keep seeing? Was God warning us?....Nahh!

And I wonder if that huge whirl pool was caused by a hole or crack in the ocean floor caused by the earth quake?Because it reminded me of when you flush a toilet.

If you watch earthquakes enough you will see they like to rebound around the plates back and forth because they are building up tension and then releasing but then it just moves to another point or rebuilds up. Off the coast of oregon we kept having some decent sized quakes so I told my friends to watch across the pacific for a bigger quake. I would have never guessed the exact place or size but sure enough it happened. What I worry about now is the pressure being moved to the West Coast.
