I have no problem with people knowing that I think, that xenophobic, intolerant, fascist scum, are of less worth to the world than rational , impartial people. Thats not racism at all. Xenophobia and intolterance are a condition which affects all the tribes of man, so its not a matter of race at all. But no matter the colour of ones skin, or the creed by which they live, xenophobes are a disease, of which mankind is slowly dying. For the good of the majority of fair minded, realistic persons, xenophobes should be removed from society , either by force of arms, or force of public opinion.
Personaly speaking, I would be fine with the idea of using the crushed remains of Nazis and KKK members to cool broken nuclear reactors , and clean up oil spils. Just using one horrificaly toxic pile of crap, to clear up another.

I think there is a good possibility that they young men were using these 14 year old boys, an maybe the older high school boys to get to know young girls. This is why the 14 year old boys should be treated as victims. Depending on their roles, they might be prosecuted at some level as well, but most likely there was abuse. The young men use their influence combined with physical intimidation to get these young boys to do their will, and this how we get gangs.

Adding abuse of the boys to this list of crimes will only increase the charges against the men in this situation.

Wow the sterotypes, bigotry, and racism here is on another level. Is this ATS or yahoo? I feel for that young girl, and believe that those involved should get whatever is coming to them, but this isn't a thread to point out some obviously warped statistical proof on how if it weren't for blacks, hispanics, arabs, etc.. whites would live in a Garden of Eden in perfect harmony. Give me a break.

Well what you said there is not racist at all. Blaming everything on white rich men is. The brown rich men, the black rich men, the whatever rich men are all just as guilty as the white ones. They all are working to keep the common men beneath them. They worship money, and that god does not have any morals or ethics.

But it is a true statement! And they neither were nor are poor or poorly educated. That is a key difference. The well-to-do and well-educated conduct their misdeeds through surrogates a safe distance away from the action.

Does truth become "crap" whenever it contains a reference to race? My comment was not only racist ("white"), it was sexist as well (i.e. "men") (ergo, "white men").

Don't get me wrong. I see your point. Referring to the guilty group as "white men" rather than something racially neutral like "those fellows who just happened to be in power at the time" does have a racial or, as you say, "racists" ring to it.

I could have been more PC. But, then, the whole point would have been lost in the strained attempt to be politcally correct, would it not?

Haven't read thru the entire thread yet and wanted to post that I talked to a guy who worked there and even know many of the accused.

Firstly, it was as many as 27 guys on the 11 year old Mexican girl.

The blame first need rest on that childs parents. According to the guy the girl is 11 years old and already a whore. the incident started out as consensual sex and then escalated. The event took place over a few days.

The back breaker for me was when it was noted that some of the "filming" was done by this girl herself, where she was making all sorts of lewd remarks.

The sex committed was "anal" sex! HTF will a 11 year old girl know/handle that type of sex!?? That young girl I'm sorry to say has been the victim of molestation for a long time. Any normal 11 year old would have died from the attack.

What you say actually makes sense. It doesn't excuse the men involved, but you point out some realities as to how this situation could have evolved.

Yeah it doesn't excuse the men and I think any guy over 18 should receive some punishment, not life ending but something.

I forgot to mention that it was well talked about in the town how the girl told everyone she desired to be a porn star.

People have jumped to conclusion without realizing how scandolous it is out here now! I'm not for adult on child sex, but these kids in poverty stricken areas and even some good areas, are growing up VERY fast! Go drive by your local school, JR high, and look at the young girls and boys that come out of there!

It's our culture which is promoting this. There's always bad that comes along with the good.

I moved on a street and there was this girl, I used to see her coming home from a night out in the morning when I would be leaving for work. She looked good and was dressed like a grown woman, heels, short shorts, breasts out, the whole nine. So I asked around about her and was informed her street name was "Fire Head" and she turned tricks. Fortunately I asked how old was she, the reply was that she's 12 YEARS OLD! I was stunned!

I have seen many guys lives ruined by having consensual sex with a minor. We as humans are the only species who have to wait until we achieve age 18 (the age most people graduate high school) before we are considered sexually ready. Does this go against our biology...the pudding is showing that it does.

Which might give you a clue as to why the statistics look the way they do. White people may report rape more often, and they might also, here in the US, report black on white rape more often, feeling slightly more confident of a conviction in those cases than if oh, say, a Kennedy clansman rapes you.

Or, it may indicate that Europeans are rape happy guys.

Most rapes in Europe are perpetrated by middle eastern and african men, they're way overrepresented.

Don't try to absolve these (particular) blacks of their deeds by shifting the blame on europeans!

So what? How about if I were to post pedophilia (molestation) numbers and statistics, which race do you believe has the highest number of offenders? I'll give you a clue it's not blacks. Or serial killings? So does that mean I should guard my child every time I see a white person? No, that's silly, why? Because crime is committed by the individual, not as a group. Racist people, which seem to be coming out the woods lately, turn to others to point a finger towards for their own problems. No race is perfect, and EVERY race commits some type of crime. It's 2011 and with all the problems happening in the world now we should be looking for commonality, and brotherhood and not differences and scapegoating. Looks like people are starting to wake up to some realities in this case.

No matter how willing the 11 year old girl was, what these men did is still a crime.

Where were the parents of the underage boys who participated in all of this? The men who perpetrated this crime should also be considered guilty of abuse of the underage boys as well.

Men caught pushing boys into these types of acts also be charged with abuse of a minor.

If there are NO LAWS to say what we can and cant do, so be it. Today, we can do WHATEVER we please, but we know there is a price to pay for our actions. Usually it means prison, or capital punishment.

I for one agree 300% with what he said and I'm completely sane in my head.

In cases where they have dna evidence and it is without a doubt clear who the sex offender is, I'd say shoot them off right away. No prisson, no psychological help, no reintegrating in the system. Just shoot them. It doesn't matter if he's white or black or yellow.

A dog is put down if he has bitten someone as well, imo these kind of criminals aren't better then a biting dog
