cant believe you haven't seen the news clips showing the protesters smoking and joking having a fun time. People actually protesting a leader who is trying to do something about the situation. People protesting which are on strike or so they say and their union leaders are making as much or much more money as the Congressmen. Strike pay what's it up to $900 a month. Does the Leader of the AFofL/CIO get $900 a month when one of his unions go on strike? Does the President of a Local that goes on strike reduce his salary to the alloted strike pay his constituents will draw?With all the Enlightenment going on people still believe the "American Dream" is real... Dream on !!! I wont wake anybody up

if they ordered the pizzas then its not hard to track down who these people are who ordered them and have them rounded up for arrest for supporting these communist entities full of america hating unionists who despise the american way of life and think they deserve a free handout. Speaking as a patriot who believes in freedom these pizza people are committing the crime of providing material support to a terrorist entity. These unions are bullies, getting alot of people together just to cause trouble. Its high time we start sending these democrats and union leaders to prisons for standing in the way of progress to build a better future for americans everywhere. It makes me sick that these pizza places even delivered the pizzas or should also be found guilty and sent to prison for supporting these communists whose only goal is to tear down our way of life and replace it with a godless state. As a christian I cant let these people who defy the word of god stand up and try to tear down the great country our founding fathers built as a free place to exercise our right to be christians and not criminals! It was stated on the news earlier that there are muslims in these unions which further proves they have been infiltrated by the muslim brotherhood. I see no proof offered that these muslims in these unions who are trying to tear down our country are not affiliated with the muslim brotherhood. I have not heard one union leader stand up and speak out against those muslims and their role in the terrorist atrocities that have occurred due to the muslim brotherhood including the stoning of women and beheading of journalists.

I thought Christians were followers of Christ?

Wasn't his two great commandments to love God and Love your Neighbor?

Didn't he warn you not to Judge, lest you yourself be judged?

Didn't he ask you to be humble, meek, and to walk as he did?

Would he know you if he saw you today?

The protestors are workers who represent themselves, not some vague sinister communist directive. There is a lot of disinformation on this thread by posters who wish to set up a strawman argument to shoot down the protests. Here are some important points to keep in mind when you look at what is taking place in Wisconsin.

The teachers are on strike. Still. A large number of the student body have joined them. The WEAC has requested the protest wind down.The protestors are not supported by the unions at this stage. Any posturing of support by unions is to maintain the facade they are there to represent the workers. They are not. The union hierarchy is there as part of the mechanism keeping the worker dissent controlled, and facilitating the demands of the management. Unions have already agreed to management demands.

Now for those who are posting something along the lines of this; 'America is suffering hard times, Wisconsin badly managed its resources, now everyone must accept severe belt tightening I have this point to make'.

It was not ordinary Americans like those workers in Wisconsin who are to blame for financial sink hole America has become. It is the bankers, politicians, and elites who own the corporations and industry that demanded the policies and legislative acts that culminatively resulted in this disaster. Not just those groups in America either. The people need to be looked after. That is what federal government and local governments are elected to do. It isn't a case of the ends must justify the means either. The ends envisaged as theirs alone by those who bought this disaster upon the people of America is simply not the ends to be suffered by ordinary working Americans. There is a giant chasm between the wealth of the elites and the average American. That wealth needs to be reallocated for the good of the country amongst all. That is what the protests by the workers is about. Justice.

BTW Send more pizza to the protesters in Wisconsin. And send Kushari to the protestors in Egypt in return. Solidarity for the workers in the protests in all countries is what is needed now. Because in the months to come these protests are going to become more frequent and much larger, in many locations around the globe.

If you travel a little here and there you find out it really is true that people are basically the same. Oh we may be different colours, have different religions and even different social values, but in the end most people just want a peaceful life, to have fun and spend time with friends and family.

Maybe the message is slowly getting through.

So let me get this straight. The protesting Egyptians who live on 2 bucks a day ordered pizza for the Socialist Union protesters who make 100,000 bucks a year. Wow! The very people who protested Mubarak because their pizza comes in the form of roadkill sandwiches rotting on top of the hoods of cars( I actually read about that one) are generously sending wealthy teachers pizza. Or wait, maybe it was George Soros account via Bill Ayers and Bernadine Dorhn, or Jodie Evans with Code Pink. Far more likely scenario.

Until people get off their asses and kick the politicians and bankers out of power they are going to keep on screwing the public. People do not need to be looked after, do it themselves. The bankers didn't make people take out loans they couldn't afford, they just made them available (fraudulently yes) - people made the decision and they should pay for it. As to spreading the wealth, not every rich person has ripped off the public - some people do work very damn hard for the money they make. (perhaps we should eliminate welfare so people have to actually work for a living)

Thanks for mentioning that the people protesting in the U.S.government workers....In other words, Egyptian citizens protest a corrupt, greedy government, while greedy US govt. workers are protesting having their benefits reduced--benefits that the citizens actually pay for....Maybe the generous Egyptian pizza person was sending the pie to the Tea Party?
