no problem. I saw immediately what the OP's video was, and just had to nip the disinfo in the bud before it became too widespread. ATS is to deny ignorance, not embrace it.

My videos are from 2009, and I have seen it happen many times. Its pretty cool.

It could just be me, but i thought planes that were waiting to land flew in circles until they were cleared to land? Nothing about this video shows planes waiting to land. The fact that theyre all in a line type formation (not moving) and the same brightness all the way through shows that theyre the same distance, meaning they wouldnt be waiting, but hovering in position for some unknown, extraterrestrial reason

well when they are coming in to land, they usually line up, be it day or night. they circle around when there is an obstruction on the ground, or no clearance to land. then they circle, but during regular operating procedures, they line up for a certain runway and come right in. this can seen day and night!

Of course! It's got to be Alien's piloting those lights...What other possibilities could it be, and around an Airport no less, where lights that fly seem to happen a good majority of the time!

Wow. A video of planes in the pattern. Shocking.

Can't see the strobes because the landing lights are too bright. Who the hell looks at stuff like this and thinks "aliens"? Come on.

It would seem to me that in order to make this more credible, the author should give us a view of the area during daylight hours. (since he lives there) If I were trying to prove an existance, I would go to any length to twart any attempt at trying to disprove my info.

These are planes coming into the airport for crying out loud. Go out to any airport at night and you will see the same thing - planes in distance lining up to land. Looks exactly like this.

First off you all have a great website here. Glad I was able to join the fight . I have lived abotu 10 minutes from ohare for 33 years . mt prospect for 30 years and Hanover park which is about 5 minutes ( depending on traffic ) from bloomingdale ( I currently live in Hanover park ) . You see lines of planes ALL the time lined up coming in to ORD. Even lined up like that. Even when you are on approach to ohare it feels like an eternity , more time than the video shows. its great attempt to find ET's . But living here that is not an uncommon thing to see espically around ohare . I work nights at a local college about 10 mins away from ohare and i look up in the sky all the time to try and see the unknown. and even from where I am at when its 3 am and there really no lights on campus ruining your view into the sky you see many planes . only once in 2 years have i seen something that i would deem Alien life . though there was the one tiem a few years back that Ohare did have an alien craft sighting ! I was pissed because i missed that one .

I contacted the camera person. He was standing on the corner of 1st Street and East Franklin Street in Bloomingdale facing in an easterly direction. That would make the distance 10 miles to the approach lights at the end of runway 28 at O'Hare. That is just to the end of the approach lights. Add on the distance that these aircraft would be spaced out by ATC then you are looking at a considerable distance. This was a snap shot of O'Hare later on during that week when the winds were coming from the west and the aircraft were lined up over the lake for landing.

The wind on the night of the OP video was from the South West. As you can see at the time of the video (OP vid was one hour ahead) the wind was from the SW thus making the runways nearest the lake active.

I think the thunder freaked me out more than anything, as for this being proof I don't work with video evidence and never will too much controversy and gripping! Still an awesome video though!

They probably came down to vote for Rahm Emanuel. You know how really corrupt that Chicagoland political machine is....but aliens voting? Jeeze!

Google maps is messed up, Bloomington is a city about 3 hrs south of Chicago.

If you note on the OP's video Channel (Username worldmaponline) he is planning to film from the same location.

Unfortunately if the winds are not the same as they were on the 13th February, then the video is not going to be proof of anything. The OP needs to film when the winds are westerly and the aircraft are lining up over the lake as they did on the 13th. Alternatively film at an angle and relevant distance in relation to which runways are in use.

In addition there is also the supporting info that they have at their fingertips if the OP wants to prove what he and his Father saw was unexplained. All they have to do is accurately set the video time and also record the live ATC feed and take snap shots of Flight Aware.

I'm quite sure that they can replicate their video during a busy period. They can easily debunk themselves if they choose to put a bit of time and effort into it!

Well there's something fishy going on because the original video here: www.youtube.com... states there is a second video in the details, but that has mysteriously been removed??!!

Finally, 'apodictic' said they had taken more videos and would upload them many pages back, what happened to them?! Strange you didn't post them to back up your case??!! I await further videos, which I am not too sure will appear?

Why take them down because of trolling? Why not ignore the stupid trolls and stand firm if you believe what you saw was correct? Anyway, cheers for the new link to the new videos, maybe I jumped the gun because I thought they had mysteriously disappeared. There has been a lot of hoaxes, but just having a look at just one of the new videos you have linked to Kali, they do seem genuine and not doctored. What the lights are are anyone's guess, I'm not expert, just curious. Will have a good read now..

One thing I would say apodictic is that if these things are occuring regularly, then try and get the best camera you can and record for as long as possible, I know you said it was cold, but maybe do shifts with someone or just wrap up double warm with a flask etc, you need to have a good length of footage to debunk the aeroplane claims.

Also try and keep the camera more stable if possible..

Very interesting! One can speculate to no end about what it actually is, and what the (Bleep) its supposed to be doing there. But until we can reveal its true identity, it will always be unexplained, unidentified, unfortunate and unsatisfying ATS post responses, one after the other and creating the endless debates amongst members. That's forums for you. Naturally, we are wired to "need to know" and things like this turn that switch on and it bugs the sh** out of us! Myself included! Recently I read a news article from a link on someone's site about everything strange unexplained phenomena... The post reads, "It's Official: UFO's are just UAP's(Unidentified Aerial Phenomena" they go on to say things like "Just Plasma formations." My general impression of the article paints a picture of typical Government-Media ass-clowns making massive understatements of arrogant, ignorant & misleading information. like "oh yea, they're just clouds now" "some new atmospheric matter we have discovered, UFO mystery closed! Just Plasma! Thanks for coming out!" Are we that f'n stupid? Have we turned into complete media made buffoons? The things I see and hear from the media is such a joke that I sometimes watch it just for laughs, and as you can see they just blatantly make sh*t up and run with it.. Sorry for the rant everyone! Had to vent about the mass media after viewing this! Unexplained? Yes. Just Plasma? I dont think so!
