Best video game intros of all time!

Greetings fellow gamers of ATS. I did a search and found no thread about epic intros to one of our most favorite games we played in our youth or in present times so I felt like its time to show your best video game intro.

It doesnt matter how old the game is or what system it was on. I will start this one off.

One of my favourites. Not the best cinematic around, or the flashiest. But I love it because I think it set the stage perfectly for the role you played in Dragon Age.



And I have to put this one up. Not really because the intro is anything special, but mostly because it was such an epicly awesome game. One of the best of all time IMO.

The intro to the Mexico segment of Red Dead Redemption is one of my favorites.

I feel compelled to post the very best trailer to date.
Because I feel the game will also have the very best intro as well

This is the trailer for Dead Rising, Releasing soon and I think by far this is one of the best previews I've ever seen.

It’s cool hey, My husband plays it and I watch constantly giving him my advice on what to and where to go and how to do it. And he still loves me yey.

That game lets you do just about anything, especially when you play it on PC instead of Xbox or ps3. Still waiting for the expansion part to come out for PC so ill be patiently waiting.

One of the best intros I ever seen was from metal gear solid 4, it is half cut scene intro to the game, and half game play during the intro. Its a bit on the long side but here is a vid on it.

I can't believe I have forgotten about this game. Truly one of my favorites as well. Wonder when the next chapter will come out and when it does will snake still be alive?

I also like this one because of the sound track and because of the graphics of its time. It just radiates old.
