5 min horn has not sounded yet according to the newperson.

This is a little off topic but another issue that we could be facing if this levee goes wrong.

The Brownsferry nuclear plant has had all 6 major 500kV lines to it cut by the recent tornadoes, requiring the emergency cooling system to run on several thousand gallons of diesel fuel per hour to keep three large nuclear reactors, each 2X the Daiichi size, from melting down.

It's crazy. Susan, the info about the reactor is chilling. The implications of that are....well, let's just say that our government would certainly want a distraction to keep the media away from THAT one.

Susan is the nuclear plant in jeopardy of being flooded or
is your concern the diesel fuel it takes to keep it going.
This is of concern, I hope what they do works.

The live stream goes off when they break so I have
to stay alert to click play.

It's just been a long day all the way around, very stressful. I'm on edge waiting to see if we can see anything on the live night feed. Very concerned about the smaller tributaries that will be affected by this flooding of the farmlands as well as the MS river and I don't how much more Arkansas can take and I even include myself in that. It's going to be another long night.

A facebook friend posted it, I haven't read it yet just the headline. There is a boy scout troop lost on Albert Pike that were on a hiking trip. I hope they are found safely and in time.

It's a little close for comfort all around us. It's really bad in some areas. Keeping an eye out and ready to head out if needed but will have to head west if we do go.
