Do keep in mind that Twitter account was attached to Discovery News, which was one of the outlets ODDLY toting their "Jerusalem UFO hoax" article, along with another video hoax article...keep in mind they rarely if ever report on UFO sightings, and didn't report on other similar UFO sightings around incident (Utah, etc).

If the interview makes sense, we should accept it as the best evidence - in addition to videos so far - but if it raises more questions, we can go to what I wrote above.

Hopefully that won't be the case, though, and we can move on to interesting topics like these-

I know you repeatedly slam on people who don't adopt a mainstream point of view in respect of your field of expertise - particularly if they try to highlight specific research areas that have perhaps proven controversial/ are usually shunned by mainstream archaeology (etc). I also notice that you tend to show up in tandem with other members of a similar ilk to bash the hell out of any thread where Sitchin is mentioned with some level of esteem.

I've tried to argue certain points with you in the past, and in much the same way as several other members across various forums, whom I could name (but won't, for reasons similar to those provided by Pimander) - you stonewall / flame any opinion that strays outside the acceptable mainstream.


The problem adequately mentioned by Pimander elsewhere (but worth restating) is that while many pseudoskeptics on the internet operate from a sense of personal empowerment, some do in fact operate as paid-for propaganda peddlers, either government or corporate. Learning to tell the differences can be tricky. While there are clear examples of you trying to control opinion on the ancient civilisation threads, I believe that probably stems from ordinary pride in your academic discipline and your personal knowledge/expertise in various subjects.

But this is a forum, so maybe I'm a disinfo agent, planted to muddy the waters and confuse the honest people of ATS. I guess we'll never really be able to trust each other in this realm of ego-casting... Therein lies the problem. Solution? Our 'answers' must be to our own satisfaction, and we must avoid trying to control the opinions of others.

There is certainly disinfo put about here, often on particular subjects, and above simply "for and against" Again, often I have found those who do have more than a grounding on the subject, will always leave a little, but important, bit out. Then there are those the," minutemen" who post long and endlessly with the," It's been proven " syndrome and frankly, nothing else. I can think of one limbly challenged poster who has been at this thread doing just that ad nauseum.

this demonstration would be suitable, were it not for the fact that the jerusalem video is not against a static 2-d background. there are lights turning on and off in different places around the vid as well as moving cars in the foreground and background.

please try doing that with your video effects programs and then post your results. thanks.

I wasn't going to mention that. Anyone doubting what FlyInTheOintment is saying should take a look at this thread. FlyInTheOintment is quickly misrepresented with a twisting of his words. (Lied about?)

The number of times WingedBull and his side-kick in that thread make false accusations or bend the facts is untrue. If you doubt me have a look.

I have withdrawn from the debate other that to be a messenger of Robert Schoch, who was accused of not being the man to trust on his own theory. Suffice it to say, FlyInTheOintment was driven from the thread by the tactics of ostracising and harassing any who challenge orthodoxy. How is that not trying to control what is discussed? It's bullying tactics and how many of us like to smash bullies. Quite a few is my guess.

Just adding orange or red dots in the video would lead to a chaos and the blinking dots position would not render a consistent fourth dot in one single 2D plane.

Sounds logical to me. But the question is still there...how many guns, flashes, bangs or pharts from the big gun battery crew? An errant shell casing, a whiff of cordite? I'm wondering why any agents would want to bother with this forum or any other, if only just to have a nose and a giggle. The infighting on these types of forums between those who think it's infested with "Agents" is hilarious.

I'm still waiting mate, I know the person who has done the interview and he's a well known astronomer who also is sceptical, but open minded. As he and many of us who are astronomers/stargazers often say, for all the time we spend looking up, very few ever see anything out of the ordinary
