Because women are far too difficult to figure out. Conspiracies are far easier to expose!

I have to disagree with some of you. I think women are just as interested and invested in conspiracies as men can be. My mom is 100% convinced the moon landings have been faked, that JFK wasn't assassinated by Oswald, that Roswell happened, 9/11 was an inside job, Bush rigged his re-election, etc.

I think some women do not want to go on websites like ATS because if they identify their gender, trollers dismiss everything said on the premise of said gender, much like other social networks like Xbox Live.

far more Men than Women in that catagory?

well hell, that's a given. we can make a conspiracy out of anything.
it's pretty obvious that according to this thread there is a definate conspiracy to get us to do more dishes.

I find it strange that there are probabaly many more men conspirators and hoaxers than

women because imo women in general, when called upon, have a better imagination and can

spin a better yarn!

Statistically speaking, I find the most immature "u suk" trolls seemingly to be male in origin, but as someone pointed out I could easily be wrong because of the androgynous nature of screen names. Just the same, I've seen clearly female posters say ridiculous, outdated maxims that make the whole women's movement shudder. And from observing this thread, more male trolls than female.

Just sayin'.

A woman shoudnt worry about any thing except rubbing her mans feet, cooking him dinner, and making sure he is happy, she woudnt and shoudnt have time to worry about conspiracies.

Well the bohemians are all men and so are the masons. Why are most of the alleged conspirators men?

do you think it would be safe to say that women cover/hide their emotions better and tend not to jump into insulting replies as quickly?

Well she would, but she is too busy working, caring for the kids and house and exploring conspiracy theories.

Absolutely, and probably try to approach a topic/situation more analytically/objectively in order to completely eliminate the chances of being dismissed for being "too emotional" that some men still do. However, when composing an angry post directed at someone, women go straight for the jugular like a seasoned predator.

yea, agree for the most part.
i know of one exception, a friend with bi-polar, she knows she can come release on me anytime it's needed.
pretty much likewise, we use each other, but man, when she flies off the handle you better duck.

As a woman myself, I try and see the good in everyone. I don't want to believe that people can do such evil things and maybe that's part of being a woman. Don't get me wrong, though, I'll fight to the death to right a wrong and to protect my loved ones if I find out there's danger lurking. I don't have any lady friends, that I know of anyway, that are into conspiracy theories. Men seem to me to have a need to protect and maybe that's why many are so skeptical and think everyone's out to screw 'em. My hubby seems to think there's a conspiracy by every auto repair shop that is conspiring to screw me out of money every time I need to get a repair on my car. We once drove 1500 miles on vacation with barely any brakes because he refused to believe the mechanic when he told me we needed the front and rear brakes done. Ended up having the work done whilst on vacation. Anyway, men seem to me to be less trusting in general than women.

The only conspiracy a woman should worry about,is how to learn a new recipe to keep her king happy, thats it, and thats all.

Hate to break up the chest pounding

I think the op is incorrect, I am a woman and I love conspiracies, and so do many of the woman I know.

I have run into many women on ats, I won't pretend to know an exact ratio but based on my experience on ats I would say 60% male 40% female.

That's the beauty of the online board, unless the topic warrants it gender doesn't typically come up and you can argue with a mind instead of a specific person or gender.
