This is now over a week and the authors of the arguments against the
US have been silent. Are you out of ammunition, not that you ever had
any ammunition, but you have been totally silent.

There's just not a lot of point you know? My dad used to say "there's none so deaf as those who won't hear" and that's you.
You've already shown that you refuse to entertain any contrary view, so it's a waste of time trying - and for my part, God gave me only so many heartbeats, and I've already wasted too many of them trying to educate pork. (Noun not verb!)

Well, if anyone had a point of view that went beyond
"don't try to defend the indefensible", maybe you could
make some headway. Maybe you are the deaf that refuse
to hear, after all, I did give real reasons for what I said,
not just, "this is terrible", which all the do gooders
seem to stand with as their argument.

I wonder, Obama didn't close it, he decided we could keep people indefinately without charges and now we have Libya blowing up. I wonder if Obama will be sending anyone from Libya there, ya know, keep following in President Bushs footsteps?

MajorCee, you never responded to this post and I would like to hear your response. Is a device that causes maximum physical pain but not damage still torture, in your view?

Now that Osama Bin Laden has been killed:

It is interesting that the first two clues obtained in this
long chain of information to find Bin Laden, was originally
obtained by water boarding prisoners. The first one was
the name of the courier that OBL used, and then this courier
was verified by a subsequent water boarding of a 2nd
prisoner. It was this name obtained by water boarding
that eventually led to finding the courier. He was located
4 years ago and then he was tracked until finally he led
us to Bin Laden's compound. Without this information the
chain of events for getting Bin Laden would not have happened.

Next point that will irritate all you people that declare
that these Gitmo prisoners should be given trials, Bin
Laden was not given a trial. We just killed him and
buried him. I guess you have to live with that also.
Just think of what we might have found out from him,
if we captured him and water boarded him. No need to
capture him now, we can't water board him now that Obama
declared that torture. Ah yes, we can't water board him,
but we can kill him, and without a trial.

Strange world, isn't it?

I agree buddy, ....

It's wrong.... and they know its wrong, .... yet the US cannot admit it, .... ever.

Because 9/11 was an inside job.

The real, continuing threat to America is the Clinton clan, the Bush clan, Obama and their supporting cast and crew. These people should be locked up in Gitmo forever.
