Probably because it so politically incorrect to come down on them. Who knows? We are the evil racist who are such heartless meanies because we want our people protected.
It is always about the rights of the illegals, what they want, what they need...to hell with our own citizens.

When more and more employers refuse to hire you because you can't speak spanish, when more and more people die, does it matter? We have been invaded, have lost our jobs and for some even family member's lives. But that's ok because our corporations are getting richer on cheap labor.

i was trying to think of a way to stop illegals from getting in
first we have to stop giving them visas like wtf?

Many overstay their visas and become illegal in that way. You are fortunate that it isn't as bad where you are. Too many illegals work the system for all it's worth. It is a shame.

"SANTA ANA – A woman must pay $80,000 in restitution and has been sentenced to 180 days in jail following her conviction for fraudulently applying for and illegally receiving public assistance for 11 years."

"Prosecutors said that beginning Dec. 6, 1991, Ramirez fraudulently applied for public assistance for her nine children through the Orange County Department of Social Services by signing under penalty of perjury that her husband lived and worked in Mexico. But, prosecutors said, while she collected aid her husband held three jobs and lived with his family in Orange County."

And there are many just like her. Enforce our immigration laws!!!

Look what has happened to this Solders family, the problem his wife facing as he is stationed in Iraq because of illegals.

How about this, 15 years in American and 10 children later ( who paid for the kids? ) she still can't speak English.

Face the Facts America,,, 15 Years and can't speak English,,,, Come on,,, how about trying a little to show some respect for the tax payers.

Night Star, Keep Up The Fight!! You're Great!

Great vids! In the last one, the woman is just up and moving to another State. With laws being enforced in some States, the illegals just up and move to another. This is why it so vital that laws are enforced in all States.

The operation, which set up shop about a year ago, is evidence the Mexican drug cartel has infiltrated and is operating in Rhode Island, authorities said during a news conference at state police headquarters."

Wake up people!!! This is Rhode Island, nowhere near the border. These cartels think nothing of dismembering bodies.

Night Star, I want to stay on your topic and bring you something I read today.
The source of the story is: news.yahoo.com...
Man charged with 3 counts of murder in Va. attacks
Now get this,,, this Murderer was odered to be deported,,,,, 10 years ago

Here is an excerpt from the source:
MANASSAS, Va. – A Salvadoran man who was ordered deported nearly a decade ago but never left has been charged with three counts of first-degree murder in a series of shootings and a knife attack in a Virginia suburb of Washington, authorities said Friday.

Jose Oswaldo Reyes Alfaro, an illegal immigrant, was charged in the pair of attacks blocks apart Thursday night that left three people dead and three others injured, Manassas Police Chief Doug Keen said.

And this from the same article: A similar uproar ensued in August when an allegedly drunken driver struck a car carrying three nuns, killing Sister Denise Mosier, 66. The man charged in that crash, 23-year-old Carlos Martinelly Montano, had been turned over to immigration authorities but was released pending a deportation hearing.

Now, read what a Bleeding Heart Liberal for Open Borders as to say, from the same article:
Nancy Lyall of the immigrant advocacy group Mexicans Without Borders said it was misleading to link an isolated criminal case with the issue of illegal immigration. In Prince William County, she said, "the undocumented population is a very, very low percentage of those who are accused of violent crimes."

Can You Believe This Person
Mexicans Without Borders
You all need to go back to Mexico and Open Your Borders Or Obey Or Laws.

Night Star and here is a Doctor that will alter finger prints for illegals, to help them evade prosecution in our court system.

news.yahoo.com...
Doctor convicted of surgery to alter immigrant fingerprints.
BOSTON (Reuters) – A doctor from the Dominican Republic was convicted and sentenced in Boston on Thursday of offering to surgically alter the fingerprints of illegal aliens, the Department of Justice said.

The case is one of a number of attempts in recent years to subvert the U.S. government's powerful new biometric border security program, known as the Integrated Automated Fingerprint Identification System.

Jose Elias Zaiter-Pou, 62, pleaded guilty of conspiring to conceal illegal aliens from detection by law enforcement authorities, by surgically altering their fingerprints in exchange for payment.

I'm sure, Murderers, Child Molesters and every kind of Criminal.

My humble opinion :

If you do not want so many illegals, make it being there legal easier in the first place ... of course doing that would make the whole world move to the US and it would go broke pretty soon. And I wonder why that would happen?

Getting legally inside the US is so hard you would not believe it if you had to go through it, if it was not enough, some countries need a visa just to be TOURISTS or just set foot for a CONNECTION FLIGHT in there.
All of these cost money, to find a legal work you got to be invited by a corporation or business (or you thought anyone could just go around asking for a job , no no, not legally my friend) ... etc etc, a lot of bureaucracy.

No wonder poor people with delusions of greater life and wealth are swarming your borders, none of them can afford the "legal" way in, but they all want a piece of the cake, it is obvious people that are determined will find a way in somehow.

On another topic , It still baffles me how 9/11 happenned even with all this "security", and yes , it was already like this before 9/11, I remember going there once as a kid for Disney and the hell it was just to get in for a week of fun... that shall never be repeated of course

As long as you are considered the "richest", you will always have these border problems ... you could think as an analogy the people that come from the country into the city.

I do not condone illegal inmigration, just saying, ignorant people will be ignorant, anywhere, my solution to this would be the utopic world mentioned by someone on the first page, where no one would feel the need to move illegaly to another country, even the most ignorant.

In Your Humble Opinion,,, The very first thing the immigrant will need is a passport from their Country.
Now as far as cost go, Try travel.state.gov...

Now lets take a look at the cost of some visa's Shall We!!! Don't give me this,,,, They need a Lawyer to feel out the forms, I've done them all myself, for my family and my wifes family and with No Rejections!
Another thing... The Forms Are Free with a Help and Instruction sheet and a 1-800# for you to call and get help in any Language.....

Your average visa cost is $140.00,, now an E. visa is more money, That's a E - Treaty Trader/Investor, Australian Professional Specialty category visa: $390.00.
Also you have the: Border crossing card - age 15 and over (Valid 10 years): $140.00
Border crossing card - under age 15; for Mexican citizens if parent or guardian has or is applying for a border crossing card (valid 10 years or until the applicant reaches age 15, whichever is sooner): $14.00.

Now, Lets look at some of the forms and their cost for Long Term Stay In America,,,, Now,,, I want you to remember, You need a Passport from your Country.
Now we're at: www.uscis.gov...
Remember, All the forms you need are here for FREE! And again you still have the 1-800# for help.
You do not need a Lawyer to fill out these forms. I did it and I have had No Rejections!
From The Site: www.uscis.gov... 29c7755cb9010VgnVCM10000045f3d6a1RCRD
USCIS FORMS ARE FREE: You should never pay anyone for copies of our forms. USCIS forms are always FREE to download on this site, or order by mail or phone at 1-800-870-3676. Most USCIS forms can be downloaded and filled out using the latest version of Adobe Reader. "DS" forms are available on the Department of State website.

Shortcut links now on all forms pages: For example, Form I-130 is at www.uscis.gov/i-130 - Form N-400 is at www.uscis.gov/n-400 - and so on.

Petition for a Nonimmigrant Worker, Form # I-129 cost $325.
Petition for Alien Fiancé(e), Form # I-129F Cost $340. (There is no fee for petitions for K-3 status based on an immigrant petition filed by the same U.S. citizen.) But you do have a $85 biometric fee.
Nearly all of your immigration forms have a one time biometric fee and that is their finger prints and picture and back ground check.

Once you have your Green Card before two years is up, you can apply for your 10 year Green Card and the cost will be the same and after you have 5 years here you can apply for your American Citizen Ship like my wife did and she is now an American and our daughter has her test in March.

Yes, just so hard and expensive, If you respect your Host Country, It's not hard to abide by it's laws.

In case you missed, I repeat

"I do not condone illegal inmigration, just saying, ignorant people will be ignorant, anywhere, my solution to this would be the utopic world mentioned by someone on the first page, where no one would feel the need to move illegaly to another country, even the most ignorant."

So by that I guess you understand I believe people have to abide by the law of the host country? Good.

Continuing, I do not want to have to take a special visa just to travel there and put my money in their tourist market, because I simply choose not to travel there and not have to waste my time filling forms, then I abide by the law, good , does not mean I have to like it though!

Just put yourself in the shoes of many tourists, most of the other (european mostly) countries allow you to stay from 1 month to 3 months limit, and you do not need a visa for that, and even though I think 1 month is too long to tour around a country, this US policy certainly disencourages tourism.

All of these Green Cards have very specific needs for each of them, what I can see is that you need someone "on the inside" already to get inside, be invited, or be someone very special, the only one I saw that could allow someone who simply wanted to move (self-petition) in are:"
# individuals of extraordinary ability in the sciences, arts, education, business or athletics,(E11)
# Individuals who were granted a National Interest Waivers (NIW), (E21)"

Which was my point if you read it, its not it being right or wrong, it is being hard. Yeah, I do not see any famous scientists invading either....

Secondly, 340 bucks might not be a lot to you and me, but it might be to some semi-analfabet mexican jumping the fence.

And at last, these people might not even have an internet connection to check those out and just go with their ignorant thinking that it is the right thing to do.

I do not want to get too personal, but if you can answer me which of the 300 green card routes you took to get in I would be thrilled.

Again, why not only make one green card type?

Suggestion : Green Card for people who want in.

Requirements : You want in.

Consequences : If you do not work you will still starve, if you go criminal, you'll still go to jail/deported/etc, if you work, you are still paying taxes.

First off, I'm an American Citizen, My wife and our daughter was born in China.
The form I filled out was a simple: I-130 Petition for Alien Relative cost $420 per. person and G-325A Biographic Information cost $0 and form I-485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status, this form is filed the first time with the I-130 and at no cost to you this time for the two year green card for your spouse and child. You also have to pay, $85 a biometric fee per. person.
So, what's the grand total? $1,010.00 for my wife and daughter.

It took nearly two years for my family to get their Visa Stamps in their Passports so they could leave China and Enter America and their Green Cards for two years upon arrival.
Any other question you have?

To be Honest, I don't like illegals and don't believe they have a right in our country, My wife and daughter has the same thoughts on illegals I have.
We did it the right and legal way and so have many, many others.

How is this Obama's fault? I seem to recall that so far during this administration border security has been bolstered, not only by more fences and personnel, but by robots.

WRONG, WRONG, WRONG!

I just completed a thread about how Napolitano removed several hundred border patrol personnel at the Mexican border, shot down the build a fence project, is removing three of the four border states National Guards AND to add insult to injury is informing the CORRUPT Mexican government where the civilian patrols are!

Napolitano sets stage for False Flag Terrorist Attack

Why not be hand delivered back to where you came from? Being sent to a US prison just means that US tax dollars pay for the upkeep of the inmate.

Correct, it is not just the Mexicans causing harm. All the crimes of illegals no matter what their color or race, could have been prevented. Thousands of deaths could have been prevented. I am not going to wait until it is me or one of my family members or yours before bringing awareness and standing against this.
