I have never claimed to be spiritually enlightened or whatever you want to call it. The more we advance scientifically the less human we become......Do you call this enlightenment?

I think the same way, science just reduces the human spirit to a few chemicals in the brain. Which is imho half of the truth, spirituality covers the other half.

Well it starts with understanding that we must create a unity amongst us, We must overthrow the oppressors and love each other while spreading positive messages but never once neglecting global events. We must allow people to practice religion peacefully no matter what form they chose. We must stop the media from implanting ideas in our heads and brainwashing the youth. We must understand that now is the time to act with your heart to change the world for better rather then wait for the last minute and retaliate with violence.

Unfortunately most lands have been claimed, but the only peaceful way out would be if folks united and found a new community based on a more simple life. Kind of like society v2.

not once can i say I have constant peace and happiness while millions of people suffer world wide.

Me neither, despite thousands of beautiful pictures and movies I have seen 'in my head' that appear otherworldy, I turn on the television or read the internet about what is going on on this planet and I just can't reconcile those worlds. It is the only logical response for the human spirit to go nuts once it realizes the state of the world.

Please don't turn on the tv and watch the scary show. You need not suffer. This is just propaganda, to make you fear and suffer. Why bring pain into your life?, can you really make anything better?
What would you be without any thoughts? Thoughts are put there to make you unhappy, it's up to you what is allowed in. If peace is required, don't eat violence.

It's all part of looking, searching for the truth. It's horrifying to learn of the corruption and we suddenly see how blind we were, we try to show others, not many are impressed or even interested.
At some point you may realize that it's been one big lie and you don't know where you are. And that's very scary until you see that you are always right here, right now. And there is nothing else.

This one is not so sure i can describe the meaningless term of "enlightenment" with any more words..
I can not make it any more clear that it changes nothing other than ones own perspective of their "place" in the world. It changes nothing else. It is the actions we take from that base that can change things. This one claims no enlightenment. "enlightenment" changes nothing "out there" but changes everything "in here." The actions we take beyond that are what will change the world, if enough people join in.

However, i most certainly am doing everything in my power to help others. Far, far beyond what is seen on this message board.

So i ask, since these things bother you. What are you, as an individual part of the whole, doing to change things? This one has made his stand here. There is not much more to do in an avenue such as a message board. i let others know what this one is doing, and they are welcome to join, or do nothing. this one is pushing other things on other fronts as well, which for now, i must remain silent about.

We can only attack passively by spreading knowledge, We must educated people. It is going to take a natural disaster on an enormous scale for people to realize they are no longer in control of anything. U2U me with some ideas if you may.

The whole notion of self and the true nature of the human being is now up for re-evaluation. The 20th century was the century of the self. The 21st century is and will continue to be the century of the human being, and all manner of transpersonal experiences and psychology. Undo the self, and God is realized in eternity. Think of a 1000 pedalled Lotus, of a whole Vinyard of emergent Christ-consciousness, of everything that was old, made new and functional yet again!

It is absolutely inevitable that we will collectively turn away from all materialist distraction and re-pose the most fundmental question that man has been asking for a very long time - who am I, and what am I? and what is this and what's it all for, although it won't be like some sort of hippiesh "new age" nonsense, a mere platitude, or a question for which we begin by assuming it has no answer, chuckle and shrug it off, since there is nothing now of greater importance, meaning and significance, facing the human race, and even the whole weight of human history is now posing this very question TO us, rather emphatically, demanding to be heard ie: just WTF were you THINKING?!

And the "sign" if you will, the supreme test or the measurement as to its progress, will be the degree to which we both take ourselves infinitely more seriously as beings made in the image of God, and the degree to which we cannot help but laugh uproariously at the utter absurdity of our folly, born of the egoic structure, of nothing more or less than petty selfishness.

Once people start REALLY questioning the self, and the nature of the self, then they begin automatically to awaken from the highly constrained prison of an assumed localized "me" exclusive to the individual body.

Reminds me of a clip from that movie Phenomenon with John Travolta where he becomes a super genious from a brain tumor that he experiences as a flash of light one night on his birthday, and as the tumour grows it activates vast regions of the unused brain, and at a fair where he performs telekenesis, he describes the human being like a certain species of tree (i forget which one) who's root system makes it the largest organism in the world.

So that's my suggestion - undo the self, or show people how it is inevitable that the self is up for re-evaluation at this moment and turning point in history, and once they turn their awareness and attention towards the self which cannot be found, then God-consciousness, Christ-consciousness, whatever you want to call it, Cosmic Awareness etc. will be realized, and once the mind changes shape it can never go back to it's original configuration, there is no turning back and he who looks back isn't fit to plow the field.

The whole egoic structure, as that little quiet enlightened man from Vancouver, Eckhart Tolle has pointed out, must and will inevitably fall, and then one of the first things we'll do is begin to treat everyone as equals no matter who they are, or what their social "stature", and laugh out loud together at our own foolishness and absurdity, or at least the absurity of who we THOUGHT we were, and then the whole tree, from what Carl Jung called the rhizome, which come busting through the ground and enter the scene, what the Mayan's and the Bible referred to as the Tree of Life, which is not an "it" but a person, and it's also the person of Jesus Christ returned, not from anywhere in particular, or in any one in particular, but from everywhere and all directions at once, both as an emergent bottom up phenomenon, and causally as a top down phenomenon born (requiring nothing more than our permission to come) out of the incorruptible source, the first/last cause and the alpha and omega of existence. A free flow of life in eternity, absent the tree of the duality of the knowledge of good and evil (hard black and white judgements).

Open mindedness, willingness and fearless honesty, with an unfathonable love capable of transcending the very deepest of sorrow and suffering, will be the means, and the catalyst to action, our own modern history, now strewn around as the garbage that it is, or was. The data, is in. The materialist selfish way, is crap. It didn't work, and is unworkable. Time to shed that and leave it all behind, and try on a whole new set of garments, as children of light and love.

Where one or two here and there did it long ago, this will begin to happen en mass, and it's already started I can see it everywhere now. I am it, or part of it, part of the process itself, not a thing.

All with those to hear let them hear (ie: it's non coercise, non judgemental, nothing more than an open invitation for consideration), a light burden, an easy yoke.

There is nothing now hidden which will not be made known and brought to light.

And the meek shall inherit the earth - took long enough!

Let it begin, I humbly ask and pray, in the name of Jesus Christ, amen.
