Why wouldn't the video-guy zoom in? Was he THAT satisfied with the distance (to see nothing in detail)?

Those were essentially my thoughts. After it "landed" why not try a slow zoom in?!
Suspicious.

Or ignored. Ignored until it HURTS SO BAD.

Ignoring is too good.
Kick until it hurts, then kick twice more. For good measure.

You probably are the only military guy who has seen a jet fighter hovering around before a strike
Perhaps you could share with us which jet we have that can make the maneuvers observed Thanks

could be a Harrier as I said before but no noise, no lights, no-flight-zone up there but it's all about the fantastic speed at which that " light " is shooting up in the air !!! a rocket cann't do that, so fast form O to Mach 8 ( ? ) or so in no time - a rocket starts slowly and gets faster and faster but never so fast ! a Harrier surely cann't do that !!!! Harriers just hoover and can go a bit forwards or backwards, slowly up and down, but NEVER shoot up like that in a blink of the eye !!!
Anyway, at that very fast speed of ascending we should hear a sonic boom !
It seems those 2 light flashes are not from that UFO, looks like from the ground up and that the UFO is escaping immediatly.
Pay attention also to the fact this happens at 1 o'clock in the morning, not very much people in the streets and if this was about a jet or a helicopter that would have had to awake lots of people = lots of witnesses to see what happens so late at night !!!
The Israelis maybe are used now to that kind of visits there or elsewhere and prepared to some new visits with special weapons ( plasma ? ), if that is true then I think no UFO's will visit that place again ...... how would you do yourself

I have never seen a harrier, of rotatory wing aircraft descend at that pace.

Wouldn't this UFO have broken the sound barrier at the speed it took of at?

Why dont we hear a loud Bang?

The UFO would also have to push a side a lot of air to be able to accelerate away at that speed. Why no sound from that?

They were both using cellphones to capture the event. Even my iPhone that I bought last year doesn't let me zoom.

Until I see one of these so-called experts on making hoaxes provide the same type of video complete with the guy in front with the ufo on his cell phone,it's a UFO!...and a damn good one!

So,until you can identify it..it's unidentified.Making it a UFO.

Have you ever taken a night time digital photograph before? Didn't you need a timed exposure to pick anything up?

This is not a cell phone video, none are that sensitive to pick up a foreground scene and distant city lights with the same exposure in motion video. It's not convincing me to be authentic.

I'm convinced it's post production editing.

Ok here's another fact besides the screen on the ph not matching the "ph" footage. Notice the guy with the ph he moves the ph slightly while object is in the air, as it's dropping and when it shoots up, the footage does not match the movement of the camera/cell. As he's following it with the ph the supposed cell footage doesn't match up. Watch the ph movement and compare it to the footage it's not the same. I think it's the same footage zoomed.

I said before (in this thread) - it could be a good hoax or it could be the real thing. The video of the flash of light is very compelling to say the least and it does lean towards this being a possible hoax.

Fair enough. Have there been other reports via media or different angles?
How did I not see this thread. Is the party over? I got a 12 of Pabst.

Do we know for certain that this was a cell phone?! Is there a way to show video finger prints?
Much like the EXIF data for a picture, can we determine anything about the video at this point?

What point is this? That you can go back and read all the post and still be blinded by the obvious blunders in the production of this hoax.
You claim that you want to be enlightened then stop sidestepping the issues plaguing this video.
I want to believe just a much as the next guy but I'm not going to so blindly.

I referred to that earlier, and the constant audio track is the proof that the guy in front is not filming what we see in the second video. Plain and simple, it's a hoax.

Maybe these kids will learn how to film a hoax before their film semester is up. Sometimes one needs objective peer review to find the flaws.

this is my point exactly there are no facts that debunk it but there are no facts to say its realy. so here we are page 13 of this thread and not any closer to debunking it or proving it.

we need some ATS veterans input

Has there been a video analysis? Any corroboration by other witnesses? Anything on the news of this incident?

If this were real, more people would have saw it. That object literally sat on top of the Dome of the Rock and flashed a bright light. Common sense dictates that it would have been seen by more than just those two men.

I'm calling hoax until some other evidence is presented...and I'm not counting on that.
