I think many people forgot what the word UFO stands for -

Unidentified
Flying
Object

I believe the "Object" is still "Unidentified". 2 points for me
Apparently, the yacht would have to be able to fly to be at that altitude, so I am correct again.

Is there an uncompressed version of this video out somewhere? It`s common knowledge that youtube drastically decreases the quality, which is really not ideal for getting the most out of UFO-sightings.

Alot of good video footages of UFO-sightings are posted here but sadly mostly through youtube which only makes blurry footages even more blurry.

Is the raw-file out somewhere in better quality?

Within a few sentences you've just shown that your analysis was flawed, your hypothesis skewed, and your conclusions moot.

Skills! Perhaps wait for the raw data before starting to play around with the video. And certainly don't start arguing the toss if this is what you end up posting.

You haven't debunked it; just made a lot of noise in a rather annoying way.


EDIT TO ADD - Chadwickus - I can't be bothered with a mud-slinging contest, so please take my post as a sort of good-natured kick in the nuts. I see your hyper-skepticism as both a curse and a blessing when it comes to UFOlogy. I too am somewhat skeptical of this footage and the backdrop circumstance, but until raw footage becomes available, along with a clear and in-depth report into the purported events, it's counter-productive to start mucking around with 'screenshot zoom' and throwing argumentative words around the message board. My two cents.

Errrm, the dropa stones are a known work of fiction don't you? You really don't need to look far to see where the author of Sun Gods in exile actually says that. They can't be dated as they don't exist.

Thank you for all the kind responses, everyone. I was just asked if there was any more available footage from Dr. Leir's presentation. I have one more clip, surgery footage from one of Dr. Leir's most recent patients. Some of you may find it interesting, others may find absolutely nauseating.

if its a cruise ship or yacht wheres the port and starborn lights ?. i dont see a red or green light on the video.

Funny, when evidence is presented everybody ignores it. The video in question was shot inside a small space. Acoustics don't lie ...

I thought one of the first rules in photography and filmatics was to shoot a scene with some sort of perspective and definition. So the professional news crew who shot this had no clue how to obtain , what they obviously knew would make the shot more believable. pan left or right or up and down to show something. but there is nothing.
If it were distant and they had to zoom in to see it , then why not show the zoom in and out.

We're supposed to be monkeys compared to aliens who could be able to visit us, but I don't think if we found animals in Mars we'd kill them. Thing is, people seem to think of alines as intelligent animals. We should try to think of them as like we're one step up from animals, they'd be one step up from us. Cruelty is a primitive property in a living being. Would aliens NEED our flesh or our trees to survive??

I think with that technology they'd only need water for a way to develop endless quantities of energy. For fuel purposes, our planet doesn't have enough fuel to reach even the nearest star outside our solar system.

Problem is your thinking in human terms, what makes you think if there was such a thing as aliens that they would think in human terms? Step out of the box and look everywhere, you'll find that ideas could be endless.

When we have a fuzzy ufo in the sky, we get the crowd saying hoax hoax hoax fake too fuzzy cgi yayaydydyayda.

When we have a clear video of what appears to be a UFO we still get the "Its too clear, its CGI" yadadada

Looking for stupid explanations.

Sure, for a price, in fact ,if you have 2 or 3 million dollars, and if ats blocks the whole site from out side forums, and if i can only leave my video up for 1 hour only, I will even throw in what a real triangle looks like as well as the wasp race aliens.
all jokes a side, I found the moving aliens very interesting, and i must say i might have to take all what i said back, I looked at my video and looked at this one and i must say....the aliens look very familiar ,to be extra honest, I might be wrong ,I doubt it, but could be.

Im probaly the only person in this world who can take a lie detector test and pass,only for the triangle space ship, and wasp race that is,i dont believe in flying saucers ,i guess because i have never seen one but i have seen the wasp race aliens,they are much skinyier then the reptillien race of aliens,plus the reptillien dont fly,they are the uso,s you here about,and they only really came out during world war 1 and 2.

If i am wrong,its only because the video maker animated those aliens inside the toy,in the dark,in a small room,with somebody holding the craft with there hand or by string.

This is nonsense. It is not possible to get from that picture those grey alien pictures. That video is not even HD. Everyone wanna see what they want. I could also play with those pixels to get anything what i want...

I will never believe in some university proffesors answer to a subject on ufo,s ,or some guy who gets paid to talk about ufo,s,i will only believe in math,math is the only logic i will ever go by in debunking everything,why because math never lies.
And what did math tell me ?
It told me that out of 1.8billion video,s shot in the dark,that there is no way in 1million hells,it could capture that image,thats what math told me. NOOOOO WAYYYYYYY INNNNNNN HELLLLLL.......PERIOD !

Then math said ,unless it was directly in front of him,if landed.
or the video man was super man and he was flying exactly in front of the air craft.

Oh, I think I figured it out.

It has to do with the guy using an external telescope as a lens, as shown at the beginning of the May 22, 2008, footage. It's why there frequently seems to be some bad editing done just before he zooms in on the light. He's putting the telescope in place. Somehow, he's filming a curved distortion of the light on the inside of the telescope. It's not necessarily the same boat, but it's a similar reflection of a light as it's distorted on the inside of the telescope.

I remember having similar problems with a telescope when I was a kid. And here this guy is, with a cludged together arrangement of lenses, filming a weird reflection. I'm guessing the "aliens" are actually part of the telescope mechanism holding a mirror or lens in place.

I'm looking around trying to find an example of it, but I haven't found any yet. Please feel free to help me out, but I'm pretty sure this is the answer. Like anything, it just has to be confirmed. But it makes sense.

P.S. -- Here, look at this. Now imagine it being at night, and the only light source is a little speck from a boat or something. It reflects off the internal workings of the telescope and shows up as a weird arc.

I have to say thanks to you and it has absolutely nothing to do with aliens and UFO's

As a Civil War reenactress, I'm always searching for hoop skirts and dresses on eBay and most listed for CW reenactments are also listed for SCA events as well. For the life of me, I couldn't figure out what the hell SCA stood for! I mean, duh! I could have googled it, but I kept forgetting. Anyway, thanks for solving a great mystery for me, hehe.
