I am going to say you are in Vegas for some reason the temp seems to be about 80 degrees during the summer on a vacation and your arm is around something that is not alive.

I'd like to say that the "test" is more for remote-viewing.
as in viewing the person not visible in the photo,
have quantum bind to the image,
go back in time to when it was taken,
then view the person, delve into their mind,
figure out what they believe their name to be...

magic as in what witches or wiccans do,
is when you cast spells on paper, with some ritual,
and then the result appears or manifests in physicality.

You can test magic in your own life,
by casting some spells, doing rituals,
and seeing what appears.

Of course you might want to read up on wiccanism,
since there are many nuances to intention, phrasing, casting, and recognition of results.

I haven't read this thread but since people are still guessing I take it you haven't had a hit. I don't know if my guesses have been tried already so here goes.

Did a quick I-ching reading. The line that stood out to me is 'Not going out of the door and the courtyard'. So I would say you are in your own house or neighborhood. Wherever that is.

You say you have your arm around someone. Did another for that. Two lines stand out. 'Tolerating what has been spoiled by the father.' and 'Setting right what has been spoiled by the mother.' So I would guess you have your arm around a parent or a "wanderer", because I got hexagram 56.

Trick question, your not putting your arm around nobody. As to where, somewhere in Europe.

I have no specific talent, but I got the impression mother/brother at the same time I looked at the picture. I thought Florence, looked down and saw Fullerton. Thought I just pulled it from there.

Good luck though. I know there are people with talent out there.

Okay, I have not read all the replies but I read the first few pages. I knew it was an image in the back and that it was a wax figure that you were standing next to before I read that answer, but of course there is no way to prove it now. When I first looked at the photo, I got the impression that the building is on a college campus but the figure you have your arm around seemed to be "grayed" out. (possibly a statue?). Sorry, I just didnt get more then that.

I would say you are at a wax museum and standing next to a wax president.
