This logical fallacy again? Did the defense have a forensic analyst go over all those photos, or did they just assume the photo were all legit, because why would they think otherwise? I mean they all thought there was a plane crash there, right?

The defense reserves the right to challenge anything submitted by the prosecution into evidence. They chose not to, realizing the futility of challenging the authenticity of the photos.

Not aware that they needed to check numbers to identify the aircraft. I mean its not like the wreckage was found years later deep in the woods. It was tracked by radar to the site, the data recorders, found at the site, confirmed what was the known flight path of Flight 93, they identified the human remains of the crew and last known passengers, and identified the personal effects of the passenger and crew found at the site.

In that context, checking part numbers is just kind of ludicrous.

Furthermore, doesn't it seem odd that in 2002 Moussaoui refused to plead guilty and said that he wanted to speak in front of Congress in order to expose the truth, that he "had a secret which would be exculpatory for him"?

Just because the FBI turned over some photos of some airplane debris in United States v. Zacarias Moussaoui trial doesn’t mean it was proof the wreckage came from the crashed planes.

Can you show from the Zacharias Moussaoui trial where the FBI submitted serial numbers from the alleged wreckage to validate they belong to crash?

I can prove the photos of alleged airplane wreckage were not investigated.

Have the debunkers proved the wreckage ID process was done and used in the Moussaoui trial? No.

This is what the topic is about.

So I will consider the facts, that the photos in question were just that.
Had the government did its job in the first place and followed the regular procedures in plane crash investigation then we would have the facts and evidence, and no one would be asking questions about the burden of proof .
What evidence does prove is procedures and standard protocols from the FBI and other government agencies were not followed during the events of 911 and all the alleged investigations after 911.

Evidence the government used to convict Zacharias Moussaoui such as the alleged photos exhibiting wreckage from alleged crash scene could have been photographs of anything taken anywhere in the world.
Who is going to question the FBI? Apparently Zacharias Moussaoui lawyers didn’t. The evidence was accepted to the court as valid, because the government said so. The photos in question are as ridiculous as the hijackers ID found on top of millions of tons of WTC debris of ash, soot, concrete dust, and let’s not forget millions of pieces of paper blowing in the dust. In my opinion, this reeks of a false flag, and the evidence proves government cover-up.

For those of you who feel attacking my character by “ad hominem attacks” and calling me a liar, knock yourselves out, none of you will stop any of us from discussion the OP topics. This only shows how desperate some of you debunkers are in trying to derail the given topic.
