Are members NOT allowed to use photoshop to scale down a photo? Seriously this is ridiculous.

I did not edit anything. I am however allowed to scale a photo if I like. You have ZERO proof I've faked this, and just because you can look at something that says "Photoshop", does NOT mean anything has been faked. When you find some actual EVIDENCE that this is fake, then you may come on and ridicule all you like.

i have no reason to doubt the authenticity of these photos. anyway i thought it was possible to determine if photoshop was used, no? i know zero about the program but isn't there some kind of digital fingerprint in the image file that indicates if its been altered? in the enlarged shot it almost looks to me like it may have a 'mirror' finish like a blob of mercury or Terminator 3. what part of ohio is this?

edit. oh jeez. here we go. i think i read on pg1 that photoshop was never on any of his computers?

The reason why raw images are needed is because Photoshop is used often around here to fake photos. The members are aware of this and the best way to present your case is to present raw images. This is just common procedure around here

It very well could be military. I figure that if it was, then it is something far more advanced then anything we know of.

I have many other photographs which show a lot less detail on other sightings. I simply wanted to show my best shots on the first thread I created. Bad choice on my part.

Dude. Not cool. I just checked your edited photo with acdseepro after you removed the larger ones, and can verify what the mod and others are saying. Photoshop CS5.

The proof is you said you DID NOT USE PHOTOSHOP.

Bits and bytes DO NOT LIE! The exif data says it in black and white. It does NOT get any more empirical than this!

Come on, really? Get those real ones up ASAP and I will put my foot in my mouth if it all checks out.

You could have scaled it down differently. Anyways, don't expect people to take you seriously now that they think you made a "mistake".

The first photo doesn't really look like anything - where is the ufo in the picture actually? The second photo looks like somebody slung the sole removed from a Nike Court Sport shoe into the air like a boomerang.

I'm getting my SD card and am uploading the photos to the image site. Please HOLD your water for a moment.

When looking at an image as evidence of anything; one needs as much information as possible.

Resizing, resaving, compressing... all of these tasks ruin the credibility of any image. Raw uncompressed originals or leave.

Poor kid has already been caught lying and will probably be banned after he can't provide the unedited photo's.

Yes, I admit I did open the photographs in photoshop to insure the proper size on the forum. The originals are way too large to place here, and I only scaled them down so that they'd fit properly. This is NOT evidence that I "hoaxed" anything.

Don't mistake the fact that just because I'm new to ATS, that I'm new to UFO research. I've been a reader on this site for years, and an avid researcher for even longer.

I wanted to start my first thread with literally one of my best photos. You say what you wish but don't attack me because there's a clear photo for a change. These are originals, and furthermore I have no clue how to work photoshop, nor have I ever had it on any computer I've owned.
