As far as the Temple goes I ask you this, if that Place was so sacred and 2 Temples of previous Kings that had built been so important then why is there a freaking Islamic Edifice dominating its surface ? I would argue that perhaps that place is not what it seems because Israel normally just takes what it wants and does what it wants so why is the Dome of the Rock still there ? hence the Fantasy about the Temples bit.

I would say it speaks volumes of the kind of Nation it is and has become and what it stands for, I wonder how much aid is given by Israel to poor nations ? I didn't see any of this FREE US money given to Israel handed over to Countries like Haiti ( www.guardian.co.uk... ) even friggin The Congo gave aid to Haiti but oh no...not "The Most Generous of Nations" Israel.

Americans and the Free world will help the tiny state of Israel, Palestine,as well as any other state in the world. Not because of religion, but only because they are humans just as everyone else is, with inalienable rights, and not to be tyranised by those with might and power.

In Vietnam, american mothers pack lunchboxes for their sons while bidding them goodbye for their tour in Vietnam, bouyed by the understanding that they are fighting against the tyranny of communism and liberating the oppressed vietnamese, and that they might never see each other again.

In Iraq, the same thing happened.

Today, we humanity had realized how far we had been duped. It had not been for humanity that we had been fighting for, but for the rich and wealthy for their domination and control of our planet's resources, pittng brothers against brothers while they grow even more rich and powerful.

Today, awoken americans had enough. Enough of being dragged into such wars or to support any such wars. Worse with the economic problems currently faced and look with dismay at the level of aid being sent for more unnecessary prolonged wars, when it could have been used to elevate poverty at home.

Listen folks. A Mosque is mathematically beautiful and round. The angular lines of Temples are, well, nice, too. Instead of building either religious architectural versions of the "godhead", try planting a sacred tree. It will symbolically represent both sides coming together to watch it grow into old age by nurturing it with love and by watering it roots with tears of people divided by war. Maybe birds will make its home and nest within its tree branches and people can watch hatch-lings come and go.
