John Wheeler - Dead

If there was something behind his work and his murder, it would be easy to see why, as he was for sure an inside guy that was not in tune with a general conscience of his peers.

Wheeler's military career included serving in the office of the secretary of defense and writing a manual on the effectiveness of biological and chemical weapons, which recommended that the United States not use biological weapons.

Wheeler say not to use biological weapons, would seem to be a red flag, with his murder.

hmmm... if I understand it right, all government officials, or some, are bio-chipped. This is a complete assumption but based on William Pawelec's interview below.. which I believe to be very credible....

Take the case of Vince Foster.

The guy was found in a park. His shoes were clean as if just in a house.
He was found with a pistol that was from an evidence room from decades back. It was an obscure pistol at that and had the numbers gone.
While he was reported as self inflicted shot to the head, there was little to no blood. I've seen a head wound suicide. Blood is EVERYWHERE!
There were reports of "DNA" in his underpants. This cat had obviously just "got lucky". Hardly any sign of someone going off to "whack" themselves.

One more thing if I remember, there were fibers on his clothes (his VERY clean clothes though he was walking in wet/damp soil) that were found to come from a safe house.

Cover sheet for the autopsy report, listing cause of death by gunshot wound to the head. Note that the cover sheet of the report is signed and dated for the 28th, but a closer look at the lower portion of the eight reveals a line which suggests the date was altered from a seven. Possibly an honest mistake.
Far more significant is the date on the page that describes the exit wound out of the back of the head. That page is dated for the 21st, two days BEFORE the FBI teletype reporting there was no exit wound at all!

Last year after Veri-Chip , now PositiveID HAd it's chip appoved for human implantion, 1000 Mexican Offical had chips implanted.
I was not aware of any American officials being chipped , but I'm sure it is possible.
I would like to see them all get chipped as I'm sure the stock would start to climb out of it's slump.

Fortunately for all of us, the government isn't that good at pulling off assassinations, overthrows or much of anything else. Both the CIA and FBI have left a trail of easily identifiable victims over the years, and of course some are not identifiable, but the fact a murder was committed generally is. The exception would be "heart attack" kills or "suicides" and those do tend to stay hidden, but not by any means all the time. At any rate, Wheeler was murdered and pinning on government agents is never easy, I'll give you that. Sometimes, though, there's no attempt to hide murder, just who's behind it.

Wow, great digging and research guys! I see a lot of new angles since I posted yesterday. Also I take back what I said earlier about the lack of a possible 9/11 involvement, since the MITRE Corporation seems to be involved with that mysterious Ptech outfit. Here is an index of articles mentioning MITRE in 9/11 research, that I haven't had time to review.

The poison gas angle seems less likely to me, a red herring, simply because of the source (Sorchal) not being credible. I made a transcript of what Lt. General Tom McInerney's appearance on America Live with Megyn Kelly, Jan 4, 2011, the video link that greeneyedleo posted earlier. Here's what McInerney said about the chemical weapons versus cyber-warfare motives:

"The fact was that his latest expertise was really in cyber-warfare. It was early in his days in the military that he wrote a paper on chemical weapons, but his real and latest expertise was cyber-warfare, in which he helped Mike Wynne and General Buzz Moseley lead the Air Force, of all the services, into that area. And I participated in a number of meetings with, when he went with MITRE, that he had convened, a group of experts. And we discussed cyber-warfare. So that's the area that really he concerns me - he was very, very knowledgeable in that, plus the very high security clearances that he had. That's why I think that the FBI has go to get involved with this and find out who did this."

Other interesting comments by General McInerney:

GEN: "I got my last email from Jack on the 21st, other people had gotten them on Christmas Day, and he had a very large electronic footprint - he put out hundreds of emails a day, perhaps. He had lots of connections. Most of the well-known correspondents in the DC area knew him, had worked with him. Former Secretary of the Air Force Mike Wynne, he was his civilian assistant and extremely close to him. They were classmates at West Point, along with General Petraeus and others."

McInerney's interview is interesting because he names Wheeler as a direct ally of Wynne and Moseley, the two top US Air Force men that Defense Secretary Robert Gates forced out of office in 2008:

In an unprecedented action in a time of war, Defense Secretary Robert M. Gates simultaneously fired the civilian and military leaders of the Air Force on Thursday, saying that oversight standards for the U.S. nuclear arsenal had deteriorated on their watch.

The immediate reason for the requested resignations of Gen. T. Michael "Buzz" Moseley, the Air Force chief of staff, and Air Force Secretary Michael W. Wynne was a report on the accidental shipment of nuclear triggers to Taiwan. However, the dismissals came amid a long-brewing dispute between Gates and the Air Force leadership.

The nuclear-trigger investigation -- led by Adm. Kirkland H. Donald, the military's senior official on nuclear safety matters -- found that the Air Force had failed to focus on its nuclear mission even after last year's high-profile incident in which a B-52 bomber crew unknowingly flew six nuclear warheads from North Dakota to Louisiana.

...(Gates) appointed a task force led by James R. Schlesinger, Defense secretary under President Ford, to recommend improvements in the oversight of nuclear weapons.

That seems to get back to the 'Bent Spear' Loose Nukes incident I linked to yesterday.

Wynne defended himself, as reported in this LA Times blog entry:

Air Force Secretary Michael Wynne, fired by Pentagon chief Robert M. Gates in the waning days of the Bush administration, isn't going down without a fight. In a round table with reporters today, Wynne -- gently, politely and firmly -- hit back at his soon-to-be-former boss. Gates had insisted that the firings of Wynne and the Air Force's chief of staff were related only to the Air Force's oversight of the U.S. nuclear arsenal. But Wynne claimed that his ouster was part of a series of escalating policy disagreements -- like the need for F-22 fighter planes -- with the administration.

However, Wheeler is not the first high level Air Force figure linked to the 'Loose Nukes' issue to die violently. The previously mentioned General Buzz Moseley's executive officer, Brigadier General Thomas Tinsley, died in "a likely suicide":

(Tinsley's) previous 22-month assignment was executive officer to the Air Force chief of staff, Gen. T. Michael "Buzz" Mosely, who resigned in June under pressure in an agency shake-up. Mosely, the Air Force military chief, and Air Force Secretary Michael W. Wynne, the agency's civilian head, were held accountable for failing to fully correct an erosion of nuclear-related performance standards. One concern was a cross-country flight in August of a B-52 carrying armed nuclear weapons.

How many other USAF personnel involved in this 'Bent Spear' incident also died? According to Cryptogon, a lot!

There is an obvious flaw with your reasoning:

Those cases that are successfully hidden cannot be tallied up.

IMO, the body of a ex-government high official was dumped.............not suicide...............dumped~! That in itself tells me 2 things...

he was made an example for the rest of those in the dept(s). he worked in, at or had contact with..
or it's a false flag...

I'm sorry but, I can't buy the robbery thing, why? For a man deeply involved with security within the American Government MUST have had some sort of protection, even if it was not directly from the government itself.

Think about it, your sitting at your desk, at one of the depts Wheeler used to work in/at/or closely with and you hear this over the news.... I'd LOVE to be a fly on the wall the moment they get this news..~!!!

A shocking report prepared for Prime Minister Putin by the Foreign Military Intelligence Directorate (GRU) states that one of the United States top experts in biological and chemical weapons was brutally murdered after he threatened to expose a US Military test of poison gas that killed hundreds of thousands of animals in Arkansas this past week.

According to this report, John P. Wheeler III, Special Assistant to the Secretary of the Air Force, Washington, D.C. from 2005-2008, when he became the Special Assistant to the Acting Assistant Secretary of the Air Force for Installations, Logistics and Environment, was found brutally murdered and dumped in a landfill, and as we can read as reported by Fox News:

“Delaware Police are investigating the apparent murder of a former Bush official who also championed the fund-raising effort to build the Vietnam Veterans Memorial on the Mall in Washington, D.C. Wheeler’s body was found in Wilmington on Friday.

According to police, somebody initially reported that the body was dumped out of a refuse truck, which would have been coming from Newark, onto the landfill. Newark Police spokesman Lt. Mark Farrall told Fox News that nobody had reported Wheeler missing before he was found.

The Wilmington News Journal reported that Wheeler was last seen riding an Amtrak train from Washington to Wilmington, Del., last Tuesday.”

Wheeler’s military career included writing one of the most important manuals on the effectiveness of biological and chemical weapons which led to his being hired in 2009 as a consultant to the Mitre Corporation, whose aviation system development department, the GRU reports, is at the forefront of creating the computer command and control systems used by the US Air Force in their fleet of aerial spraying planes.

These aerial spraying planes, this report continues, are based at the Little Rock Air Force Base in Arkansas that over the past few months have been involved with ‘test dispersants’ of poisonous gasses in the Afghanistan War Theater using chemical weapons stocks obtained from Iraq and held at the Pine Bluff Arsenal, also located in Arkansas.

Important to note about the Pine Bluff Arsenal, which calls itself “America’s Arsenal”, is that it is one of the World’s most specialized munitions and chemical-biological defense products and services bases which Russia had previously accused of not fully reporting the chemical agents removed from Iraq, between 2003 and 2008, and taken to the US for testing and subsequent destruction.

According to this report, the US relocated from Iraq to the Pine Bluff Arsenal an estimated 63,000 metric tonnes of the poisonous gas Phosgene that is described as one of the most feared chemical weapons ever used due to its ability to literally cause the lungs and respiratory system to explode.

Nearly immediately after Russia accused the US this past summer of not fully destroying Iraq’s Phosgene poisonous gas stockpile the Pine Bluff Arsenal began an ‘accelerated’ disposal programme injecting it deep into the ground in central Arkansas, but which, unfortunately, since this past September, has caused over 500 minor earthquakes to occur raising the concerns of their local population.

More frightening, however, is the claim made in this report that the Americans have also begun shipping ‘massive quantities’ of Iraq’s Phosgene poisonous gas stocks to Afghanistan where when used they will be able to say they had nothing to do with it, and believe no one will be able to prove it either.

Important to note about Iraq’s Phosgene poisonous gas stocks are that they are no longer able to be made by any Western country, including the United States, which makes its value as a Weapon of Mass Destruction (WMD) incalculable, especially in a war situation like Afghanistan where the enemy forces are firmly entrenched in hostile terrain.

To the direct reason for Wheeler’s murder, this report says, was this past week’s transport of Iraqi Phosgene poisonous gas aboard a US Air Force KC-767 tanker aircraft from Little Rock Air Force Base enroute to Afghanistan that shortly after takeoff had a ‘critical malfunction’ of its aerial spraying computer directed command and control system over central Arkansas causing the deaths of thousands of red-wing blackbirds.

According to US reports an estimated 4,000 of these birds were killed outright and were quickly removed by US Environmental Services workers wearing hazmat suits and gas masks. Another US report states that cause of death to these thousands of birds was “trauma in the breast tissue, with blood clots in the body cavity and a lot of internal bleeding” which this GRU report states is consistent with Phosgene exposure.

Even more chilling than this incident is this GRU report stating that it was the second “accidental” release of Phosgene poisonous gas in as many days, as the day before, this same US Air Force KC-767 tanker aircraft also had a “critical malfunction” causing a release over the Arkansas River that killed over 100,000 fish.

Upon Wheeler discovering what was happening with Iraq’s Phosgene poisonous gas stockpiles, this report continues, he traveled from his home in Delaware to Washington D.C. where he openly confronted and threatened to expose the Pentagon and White House Officials responsible. Being a Vietnam Veteran who was responsible for having the famous memorial to that war erected, Wheeler was more than knowledgeable about the United States massive chemical and biological attacks in that conflict and had vowed to not let happen again.

Sadly, but all too common in the United States these days, when Wheeler threatened to go public with what was happening he was targeted for death, and as a “sign” to anyone else thinking of going against the regime, had his body dumped in a garbage pit for all the World to see.

Today, another great American was murdered in an effort to save his country from destruction. Sadly, his death will go barely noticed; the American people seem no longer to care as they continue to seek their solace in their propaganda media lies rather than confronting the brutal truth about the monsters they have let rule over them.

For hundreds of thousands of other Americans they have become so disassociated with what is happening to, and around them, they have proclaimed May 21, 2011 as the day the World will end and are giving up everything in preparing to meet their God.

The great American Revolutionary leader Noah Webster once said, “Every child in America should be acquainted with his own country. He should read books that furnish him with ideas that will be useful to him in life and practice. As soon as he opens his lips, he should rehearse the history of his own country.”

The Americans living today have utterly failed to heed these words and have, instead, become just what their masters have always intended for them to be… imbeciles. May God have mercy on them all.

John Wheeler was Secretary, U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, on the team that worked major insider trader investigations.

Conclusion - US government or master bankers killed him. He was about to expose US financial systems fraud.

Video taken 2 days before his murder shows a "disheveled" (meaning roughed-up) Wheeler at a parking garage. From that article:

The video shows a man that appears to be Wheeler entering the lobby of a parking garage at 5th and King Streets in Wilmington on December 29.

An employee of the parking garage said Wheeler look disheveled and said he was looking for his car. The employee also said his right shoe, which appeared to be broken, was in his right hand.

“From the way his shoe looked, I would say that it looked like somebody done something to him,” the worker told Eyewitness News.

The video then shows the man getting on an elevator and walking around for 20 minutes. After that, he talked to a supervisor before he was escorted out the pedestrian door.

Investigators said Wheeler was last seen at 10th and Orange Streets in Wilmington around 3:30 p.m. on December 30.

A day later, police were called after Wheeler’s body was dumped out of a garbage truck into the Cherry Island landfill.

Investigators said Wheeler’s car was found in its normal parking location in a garage across from the Wilmington train station.

A tipster told police Wheeler was alive on Dec. 30 at 3:30 p.m. near an intersection about four blocks from the office of attorney Bayard Marin, who was representing Wheeler and his wife in a heated property dispute, and about a mile from an Amtrak station where Wheeler often caught the train to Washington. They found his car at the station.

Witnesses reported seeing Wheeler acting erratically on Dec. 29, multiple media outlets reported. A parking lot attendant next to the New Castle County Courthouse in Wilmington said Wheeler was unable to find his car, appeared disoriented and said he had been robbed. She said he was holding one shoe and was not wearing a coat over his suit despite cold weather.

Earlier that day, Wheeler had asked a pharmacist in New Castle for a ride to Wilmington. The News Journal of Wilmington said pharmacist Murali Gouro, who had filled Wheeler's prescriptions in the past, said the former official looked upset.

Farther south along Interstate 95, The Associated Press traced the garbage truck's path through downtown Newark before it headed to the Cherry Island landfill where workers saw Wheeler's body falling out of the truck as it unloaded. Investigators have said they believe the body was in a bin early in the truck's run.

Hi all - this story is just amazing!

I have to disagree with some of the comments that his body was dumped "as a warning to others." That's not established at all. Remember, his body was stashed in a dumpster. It was only because sanitation workers saw the body as it fell out of their dump truck at the landfill that the police were called (Source - Raw Story). It's possible nobody would have seen it, and he'd vanish into the landfill. Not an effective warning if he disappeared.

About that article about the disheveled, distraught Wheeler walking around - very strange! Unfortunately the video wouldn't load for me. Any other links? It is worth reading Radell Smith's coverage on this case. Yes she's posting from the Examiner, but she's trained as a behaviorial forensicist and is putting up good coverage. About his 'dishevelled appearance,' she writes:

John Wheeler did not reek of alcohol nor exhibit the slurry speech of someone under intoxication, according to Boyer. He appeared--for all intents and purposes--like a man who may have fought off an attacker and really been robbed.

Was it after that he went and stayed at a nearby hotel? We need to make a timeline for this. His car was nearby and his home too. Why was he staying in a local hotel - was he afraid to go home, go to his car, or talk to the police? He really seems to have encountered some hostile people at this point. If he was attacked by his neighbor, by muggers, why wouldn't he contact the police? But if he was being threatened or frightened of someone in power...? Or had he gone off the deep end? Did someone make him go off the deep end?

Here's another new angle nobody's posted about yet, a source linking Wheeler to an attempt to firebomb his neighbor's home! From the Philadelphia Inquirer:

Police found evidence linking John Parsons Wheeler 3d to devices planted at the New Castle home of a neighbor with whom he had been feuding, said the source, who is close to the investigation. The feud was over the size of the neighbor's house, which was under construction in the city's historic district.

The source emphasized that the evidence does not shed light on the murder itself, but it has helped detectives understand Wheeler's state of mind before he disappeared.

There are so many possibilities in this case, but here is one sketch of an idea. Was someone trying to make him look crazy and then have him disappear? Bomb the neighbor's house then plant the 'device' evidence in his house? Then have him seen walking around looking wild, before vanishing? That seems risky though. Maybe frame the neighbors? Those strange mind weapons we sometimes read about come to mind, but that's a chilling and unproven idea. But...

Remember from my earlier post, Wheeler was the right hand man (and former West Point classmate) of Michael Wynne, a USAF Secretary. They had to be involved, knowledgeable about, experimental non-lethal weaponry because, while Secretary of the Air Force, Wynne actually said:

Nonlethal weapons such as high-power microwave devices should be used on American citizens in crowd-control situations before they are used on the battlefield, the Air Force secretary said Tuesday.... "If we're not willing to use it here against our fellow citizens, then we should not be willing to use it in a wartime situation," Wynne said.

Wheeler seems to have run with a rough crowd. Could Wheeler have been subjected to something like this? There is the floorboards ripped up in his home, there is the neighbor's report of a loud, continuous TV playing (to mask some kind of sounds, presumably).

All we really know at his point is that something terrible and sinister happened to Wheeler!

Yea, I just read that, how weird is that?

Is he the kind of man that would do such a thing?

Also I guess he and his wife are going through an ugly divorce.

Apparently they know how he died, yet are not disclosing it.
