Makes you think though:

"Bad Moon Rising" is a song written by John Fogerty and performed by Creedence Clearwater Revival. It was the lead single from their album Green River and was released in April 1969, four months before the album. The song reached #2 on the Billboard Hot 100 singles chart and #1 on the UK Singles Chart for three weeks in September 1969 (see 1969 in music). It was CCR's second gold single.

1969 and here we are still muttering on about the same old disasters 42 years later!!

Yes not bad.
5th November HHAR.AG.00.HHZ.2011.309

6th November HHAR.AG.00.HHZ.2011.310

Today HHAR.AG.00.HHZ.2011.311

The reason that the 4.7 (5th) and 5.6 (6th) appear to be about the same size is because of scaling.

Here is the first one again at the same scale as the second: HHAR.AG.00.HHZ.2011.309

Hi everyone,

as promised, I've recorded the "Hard Times (and not just in Guy, Arkansas)" song and uploaded it to YT. I've opened a new thread for it and you can find it here: Hard Times (and not just in Arkansas...)

I'd appreciate any comments. But mainly, if it helps to spread the word about fracking then it was worth doing.

Best regards,

Mike

HA! In one day it began throwing errors of two programs running so until I find the one that is open somewhere in la la land, I can't do jack.

Sweetie, if that ever happens, all you have to do is open task manager (right click on your task bar), hit the processes tab and find javaw.exe. Select and then hit End Process. That'll shut that sukka down dead. Then wait a few seconds and relaunch GEE.

Hey!
Sorry it has been a minute....had to clear my "energies" yesterday because most of last week was a lil hairy for me.

I am familiar with my task manager and do not see GEE running at all. I couldn't find javaw.exe running either. I have no idea where that sukka is but I plan on finding it if it is the only thing I accomplish today.
Thank you so much for trying to help a girl out...much appreciated!!

Now - I am really crawling out of my skin..... This is not behaving in any fashion I am use to observing... I am very concerned!!!!

Yeah, lol thanks for noticing how chaotic my spirit was last week. I feel as though the chaos has turned into peace. I allowed myself to do something I normally do not allow and that is to have fear. Why would I want to neglect a natural feeling you may ask? Because I do not like the way it makes me feel and react. Last week I was mirroring what those around me (in this forum and beyond) felt and I allowed it to take over. What could I have done different? What I always do....remain vigilant and aware..but fear nothing. Fear to me is poison of my heart, soul and mind and I will try harder in the days to come to prove that my will of love is much stronger.

When I think of my children fearing and going without is when I allow things to "get to me" and this is something I need to overcome.

Dreams, feelings, and just a gut feeling continued to to tell me to listen to West Coast and I will continue to do so. She kept saying watch Oklahoma. I did...and looked what happened. Is there a bigger one lurking for the area? Possibly. Should we fear a possible event? Hell to the double hell no.
The Earth has always went through changes and we can all see it is continuing to do so. Being alive in these "times" we may indeed see a lot we wish we would not see.....but this is "life".
We can make it what we wish...so I dream of a day when peace fills the air and we fear nothing, especially with our home we call Earth. It has sustained for millions and millions of years....it will remain steadfast imo.

I am reminded of my childhood and who I am. I am a believer of a master spirit and this spirit has clothed me when I needed clothes and has given me food when I was hungry. When I was without a home, I was given a place to sleep. Why worry about tomorrow? There is simply no logical reason for me to do so and whether you are a believer or not....still..the same goes. No worries for tomorrow. I am reminded of the wisdom that says "God, Grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, change the things I can and the wisdom to know the difference".

Earthquakes, War, Economy, the Future, Doom and Gloom from red flags, comets, asteroids and so on.... We have NOT the power to change anything. I continue to hope and pray for world peace and peace to reign forever and ever.

Peace and love!!!! xoxoxox

Gasfrac Energy third-quarter profit and revenue both more than double

Monday, November 07, 2011 11:15 AM

www.globalnews.ca/money/gasfrac+energy+thirdquarter+profit+and+revenue+both+more+than+double/6442516337/story.html

CALGARY - Increased activity in both Canada and the United States enabled Gasfrac Energy Services Inc. (TSX:GFS) to more than double its third-quarter revenue and profits, the oil and gas well fracturing company said Monday.

Calgary-based Gasfrac said its third-quarter net income totalled $5.9 million, or 10 cents per share, up from $2.3 million or six cents in the same 2010 period.

Revenue was $57.4 million, up from $26.6 million.

"The increase in revenue is comprised of increased activity in Canada, a full quarter of activity in the U.S.A. and completion of services and materials to Husky (Energy) upon the signing of a long-term contract in late September," Gasfrac said in a release.

Revenue from U.S. operations in the quarter was $12.6 million as compared to $5.6 million in 2010.

Meanwhile, the company announced the appointment of senior oilfield services executive Zeke Zeringue as its new president and chief executive officer effective immediately.

He replaces founding CEO Dwight Loree, who is retiring from the post but will remain on the board of directors.

Gasfrac has developed technology enabling wells to be fractured safely with LPG, specifically propane and butane.

MamaJ, LOVE your post. So well said. I feel the same way. funny, too how you talk about fear. Our paster just completed a four week series on fear. You pretty much summed it up.

I DO have a question about the recent local seism in the Ok quakes. Please take a look this and tell me what you all think is going on starting at the 21:30 (11/6)and 03:30(11/7) mark....both last for about 30 min.

Thanks WC and (((((HUGS))))))
It is indeed a small world and people and places are no coincidence in my honest opinion.

I have no idea what to make of the markers you present, I will await for some answers though.

After just a few minutes I was able to get GEE back on track and installed again. Whoooooo hoooooo!!!!!
Now, I am going to make my way to the thread that tells all about this sucker and will refuse to be beaten by a double application again.

Doesn't look like it was, but unusually consistant timing, almost once every hour, looks kind of volcanic.
You can see it better on LISS SNZO graph, for some reason NZ and Taiwan picked up the cleanest signals

Here is an image of some of what I've been watching.

The west coast of Oregon and Washington have been crackin' this morning. I've seen at least 10 decent sized quakes, that by the looks of the traces, and surrounding stations, must be offshore. None of them have shown up on USGS.
BTW, the top squiggle (another favorite technical term
) is Fredericksburg, VA. It's been crackin' all day, too. Needless to say, my stomach has been in a knot--between OK, the constant tiny rumbles I'm feeling in VA, and worrying about what may be on the horizon in the CSZ--especially because we haven't seen anything significant since the last ETS (18Oct-4Nov).

So, not sure if these could be what you saw--I doubt it--they are on the small side.

ETA: I'm not sure how strongly the ionospheric electron counts correlate to quake activity; I know research is being done. But I watch this map--almost the entire US is pretty high right now. Just an observation...

All those signatures are man made activity, for sure. It might really help if you read the Gee Tips thread. Look in my profile or in search, comes right up. First thing is to always confirm readings on another station close by- within 50 to 100 miles. A quake will almost always register on another one, except for very remote locations where there may only be one seismometer. After seeing a lot of quakes, you can spot man made activity right away.

Hi Olivine. MEGW is the instrument IN an electrical substation. Don't know if you missed that post. That signature is electrical 'junk'

MEGW.UW..BHZ.2011.311

As I said at the time in response to diamondsmith it probably is not worth watching.
