Exactly, SpaceJ, I had problems with Bush Jr. about the stem cell use. Banning it totally when it could be used to save lives? Gimme a break! Most of the stem cells that could be used came from (as I understand it, I'm no geneticist) umbilical cords and placentas. Heck, this was afterbirth and thrown away! To hear Bush tell it, you kill the baby to obtain stem cells. I also am against abortion except in cases of incest and rape or the mothers life is in danger and maybe other strange circumstances.

There was never a ban on embryonic stem cell research. Bush just did not want federal funds wasted on this junk science. There was a reason private companies stayed away from this research....because IT DOESN'T WORK. Why waste government money on something THAT DOESN'T WORK???

Yes, I would vote for her. She is by far the closest thing to a real person that has ran for a major political office. Of course some of the things politicians do is for image. Her record as governor should speak for itself.

I wouldn't call and "actress" real to be honest

Her record as a governor? ARE YOU SERIOUS??? She didn't even complete her term because she realized she could make more money doing speeches and working for a news network.

Wow some people are blind and brainwashed! Her whole strategy is based around you getting the impression she's "one of you"...but she's nothing but hot air and sells out to whoever pays the most. Just like most politicians.

Just like you?

Do you make millions repeating slogans like her? Did you pussy out of your main job too because you got a better offer? Do you live in huge houses while pretending to be "one of the regular folks"? Do you pretend to be an outdoorsy person who fishes and hunts...and then show what a complete fool you are on your own TV reality show?

ARE YOU SERIOUS??

She claims that she can see Russia from Alaska and that they are basically sneaky enemies. I bet you she can't even read a map. Come on, Russia does not want to have war because they know it will be chaotic for both sides. The economy already sucks so it will be a waste of money and it'll be nuclear so we'll probably both end up the destroyed while the entire world falls into a worst economical situation because China depends on US for their economy since we buy so much stuff from them and if their sales are halted, there'll be no major cash flow.

If she becomes president for America, we are in deep trouble. She called North Korea our "allies" despite the fact that they have been threatening America and South Korea (our ally) for years. Not only that but they even attacked out ally not to long ago and she thinks North Korean and us are "allies"? Come on, she needs to do her research. That is unacceptable.

So let me get this straight.. it's EITHER, Sarah Palin, or...

...Jesse Ventura announces his run, as an independant, calling his run for POTUS a non-violent "Quiet" American Revolution, and proceeds to raise his first hundred million dollars in campaign financing from an appearance on Coast to Coast and the Alex Jones radio broadcasts, in a single day, to ultimately take the Whitehouse from Obama in 2012. Alex Jones of course then gets digs on the first interview from the oval office, while Dick Cheney dies of a heart attack, and Bush Jr. starts drinking again..

it this what it's all come down to?

or will it be just be some lipstick on Obama's bum, as he easily takes a 2nd term, to complete his agenda for a new American Global Multilateralist Century.

It WILL be Palin, from my POV, that's "their" best option, because what I just outlined would be intollerable, and isn't likely to happen.

What a strange and asburd MSM driven socio-political world the US has devolved into, eh?

We feel for ya'll, big time!

Love what you were, and with real hope, what you might be once again, good 'ol US of A.

Really, the world wants the very best for you, which turns what might have been merely absurd into a crying shame.

Bottom line we want our friend and neighbor to the south, back! Please come back America, please come back (clicking heals together while praying with eyes tightly shut)

I absolutely agree! She bailed on the citizens of the state of Alaska that elected her for fame and fortune in the world of entertainment, public speaking, having other people write books for her, and making a fool of herself. Real Person? Do you even realize how pathetically lame that sounds?

I despair for America to think that the electorate is so easily fooled by self serving charlatans.

God help us!

Here, Here ! Now that is a post I can say I really enjoyed reading pcrobotwolf. Thanks.
It is so sad that most acquaintances I know that are younger than about 37 don't have much of an idea how our government is really even supposed to function. In other words, they are totally unfamiliar with actually having read the U.S. Constitution, Preamble, Bill of Rights, etc. Very sad the other day when I went to my son's high school (to sit in on a history class), [and very unruly children in there btw], So, I asked about discipline, and school "officials" told me they don't expel kids anymore for gross bad behavior. I was shocked to say the least. So, I said: "Please tell me you at least paddle their butts". They said they don't do that anymore either. And no, I haven't lived in a cave. I finally realized that Liberalism in public schools has reached a level that I am not proud of where my youngest goes to school. This was not like that two years ago in the same school. Hmmmmm ? I think I will gladly be moving from the area I live in now after my son finishes his last year of high school. I guess I'll go to the grave despising people like obama, and pelosi.

No I don't wan't Palin as my next President, for the exact same reason as some Palin supporters here say they will support her over Obama. It isn't just Obama that is a commie like some said, they both are. The US has a single political party in power that is so powerful it can afford to divide itself into 2 wings and run against itself to keep other opposition out. We have the Trotskyist wing represented by neocon Republicans, and the Lenninist/Stalinist wing represented by Dems. The communists learned that having just 1 official party doesn't work forever, eventually people wake up to it like they did in Eastern Europe, so they use the 2 party sham to keep the facade going longer.

Neoconservatism, the ideology of Palin and her backers and advisers, was started by Trotskyists in the early and mid 20th century, it is basically a way to sell Trotskyist communism to America by using conservative rhetoric. The main point of it is perpetual world revolution, that is the endless wars we have had in Iraq/Afghan, and if another Trotskyist gets in, Iran next. The Trotskyists need to keep up the conservative facade to get support so they don't advance socialism themselves, but allow the dems to do it by acting as controlled opposition on those issues. Thats how the Republicans always just come up a few votes shy to stop anything, they plan it that way. The Dems in turn act as controlled opposition on the Trotskyist perpetual warfare.

pardon me, but I have to ask you what makes her a real person. This strikes me the same as her calling her supporters "real americans". It just seems like an underhanded way to insult everyone else

I must also add that her record as governor isn't very long, and didn't end very well. During her last few months in office, she promised not to let he people of Alaska down...before quitting. This was while she was being investigated for using taxpayer money to hire a contractor to build additions to her house.

Might I add, we're talking about the same person who created and perpetuated the lie about Death Panels in the HCR bill. oh and let's not forget about her choice in news sources: all of them

so, in spite of these obvious short comings, she's a real person and in your eyes, qualified to be the POTUS?

Oh God, please no. I know people are stupid, but I hope not that stupid. It's amazing how divided America is now. Rich people = Republicans or Libertarians, Everybody else = Democrat, Freethinkers = Liberals and Anarchists,

Anyway, I'm surprised Ron Paul didn't win the first time. I liked him more than Obama. It was Ron Paul, the Obama, then stupid Hilary, and last retarded Palin

I wonder if most of the Palin supporters thought Bush was good also. They probably think most of us here that don't like her are Obama supporters to. Obama , Palin, Bush, McCain, are all bad, they are all big spender globalists. Palin just doesn't seem like as much of one to some people because Fox and others promote her, and they don't expose anything bad about her either.

She has McCain's adviser, big time neocon lobbyist and PNAC member Randy Scheunemann on her staff, that is about as blatant as a sign you need to tell she is just another neocon establishment Republican.
Scheunemann also has connections to George Soros, I think because Soros wants Palin to win the nomination because he knows she will lose to Obama.

I'm not big on Alan keyes myself, but he should have credibility with some of you on the right, even he blasts Palin for the Soros connection here.

This country is great because we elect unqualified fools, charlatans, warmongers, lying, self serving, traitors to the American electorate? Sorry, your logic eludes me.
