I did not record the news, and for that I am deeply sorry. If I had recorded it, you would have seen proof that NZ scientists can trace DNA within a week - a huge breakthrough. Long ahead than every other country.

Looks like NZ will be able ID any "crim" DNA, saving us from the cost of raising and subsequent incarceration of said "crims".

No need to wait for any evil deeds from these "crims", just snuff 'em in the womb.
Of course, on the flipside, there's the loss of revenue from "Born to Raise Hell" tattoos...
