The problem is, I have no idea what you are even talking about. I googled your rutherford character, Ernest Rutherford right? Great physicist and chemist? Atom nuclei and such.

On NZ news tonight was an item that said NZ scientists have discovered a new very quick way to find evil doers - the first in the world to do so.

So it means that in NZ you better run fast because you cannot hide for long.

So we have another first - hooray for us.

Ya, but that could be "we decided to put cameras up every 20 feet in the whole country...now people won't be able to breath without being filmed" or even worse...we are going to microchip everyone and keep track of them like cattle..

not a real hooray moment if its something along those lines...more like a overthrow the bastards and string them up moment if you ask me.

but meh...just speculating...cant really make a judgement since there is no details.

Now I am really angry.

This is a HUGE discovery made by NZ scientists.

I think they made a evil-doer meter...you point it at someone and it pops up with a evilometer...if you go above say, a 7...clearly the evil in you is evil enough to arrest you...in which case...they then take you to the evil extraction chamber where they find the evil parts and read it with the evilpedia to show what forms of evil you have done.

at least thats what I am imagining...however, should actual substance come into this thread, I will stand corrected.

So with no source, I'm lazy too, I imagen Probably some sort of scan, as body languages, facemovement can be learned and acted. What if that scan shows more people with the possibility to be criminal, stealing a cookie from a cookie-jar is still stealing, then there are criminals according to the justice system?
