My sister has gone missing.

Some information regarding her disappearance.

1. She went missing yesterday late night or morning.

2. My bigger sister's old car is missing, the key was taken from my dad's chain.

3. My sister who is missing could have easily taken the keys.

4. She hasn't left a note regarding where she has gone.

5. She doesn't pick her phone up when we ring her.

6. She doesn't know how to drive, she has probably driven twice in her life.

7. She has never done such a thing before, for example if she goes somewhere, or wants to go somewhere she would inform at least one person in the house.

8. Her friends don't know where she is.

9. We have called the cops to trace the car (still no luck).

10. Before the disappearance she was looking for flash lights, we had two flash lights, both didn't work so she was asking me to fix them, but I failed.

11. She is 16, an "A" Grade student, not out going, doesn't smoke, doesn't drink, doesn't take drugs, has one best friend and has got scholar ships for University.

OK, any questions are welcomed, and any theory to where she would have gone would also be welcomed.

My Conclusion

My conclusion based on what I know is that she has gone camping with X. X knows how to drive, she has probably managed to drive to X's house, and then they have gone camping (the reason why I chose camping is the Flash Light mystery). Why would she need Flash Lights ??

Please put forward you theories.

And

This is not a Joke, or some HOAX.

The reason why I'm making this thread, is to put forward more theories for my mom, she is the one worried the most, worse, she is my dad's little girl, my dad worried to death also.

Thanks in advance.

Firstly, sending good thoughts to your family, hopefully this turns out to be just a camping trip, like you are thinking and your sis is with friends and just fine.

Second: I do have a question though. Do you know if your sis is having any trouble with anyone at school, or at home that would make her want to run away?

was there any fighting before she left anything that has upset her as of late anything that has changed that would or might upset her even if you didn't know she was upset.

Reason I'm saying this is well I moved out of home at a young age 7 years ago and pretty much everyone these days is moving out of home.

Sorry if i wasn't able to help and hope that you find her.

Thank you.

I don't think she had any trouble at school especially knowing how quiet she is, she is one of those characters that talks when talked to, that does not bother anyone.

Unless there was bullying involved, I just don't know, but from what I know, the school teachers really like her and would take care of her, hence she brought the school name on the news paper.

At home, she wasn't angry at anyone and no one was angry at her. My sisters say they have arguments from time to time, but those arguments usually is just normal, they laugh it out after.

There was no fighting, but she just had her exams, she was pretty upset about that, I mean her first exam, then the rest she was alright about it.

If she moved out, she would at least give a small hint, she hasn't taken her cloths, she doesn't have any money etc...

I'll ask the same thing, were there any arguments before she left.
Does she have a young man she may be interested in?

No, the car is very old, my older sister just bought a new car recently.

Worse, the car isn't that fit to drive, it can't go too far distances, at least that is what the mechanic said. So I'm thinking if she wants to drive (or Mr. X/Mrs. X) wants to drive outside the main city, then there will be trouble.

Thanks..

There was no arguments, except the usual ones over small things.

Well I for one believe she would tell my sisters if she had someone because they talk alot, they are annoying sometimes but you know that annoying fun gossip types.

None of her close friends know where she might be?
Did she lately go out without saying where she was going? Might be a secret lover she dont want anyone to know off. Does she keep a journal where u might find clues to what she might be up to ( dont know if she will forgive you for reading, just a thought)
Do you know if she has accounts on websites like facebook where she might of logged in after she went missing?

I wish you all the best of luck in finding her and i'm also sending positive thoughts that way!
Bet she will be just fine

What part of the country is this? Is cold weather something to worry about? Here in the North West there is a major snow storm.

My questions would be straightforward and all have relevance.

1. Who was the last person she talked to outside of your immediate household? The conversation was on what topic? Did she seem irritated or agitated? If so, go back another step and find out who she talked to before that.

2. What kind of area are you in? I'm in a city. A 16 year old doesn't just take off and go camping. That's not even a conclusion a person here would jump to. Country? Small town? Medium? How's the crime rate? Anything of interest been happening?

3. While she may not be the type of person to do something completely abnormal, is it possible she was coerced into leaving for any reason?

4. Have you contacted the local wrecker yards, city, state and local police to see if there were any accidents or unusual happenings in a small area close to your home?

5. Is there anything of value missing from her room? Look in notebooks for torn-out pages. Check trash cans for addresses or phone numbers.

6. If your parents pay for her cel-phone, look up the call history and track backwards from there.

7. If the situation becomes desperate go through her internet history. Look at the recent files on her computer. See if there is clothing missing or a pack to put any of it in.

8. If she carries a credit card, call to see if there has been any usage. A car requires fuel. A human requires food and possibly lodging. As she is a minor, CC companies and even the police are usually cooperative with the parents.

9. If you live in a smallish town, call convenience stores where she may have fueled up and give a description.

10. Stay calm. Odds are, nothing's wrong. No one cares to play any odds when a loved one is involved, though. But you help no one by becoming blinded by worry. Think objectively.

Stay Calm. Missing persons are not usually investigated until after the first 24 hours. This is due to history,
statistics, and manpower. Assuming that this is not an abduction. Abductions are solved best when attended
to within the first 24 hours.

Does your sibling have a new boyfriend? Is she a teenager? Can you call the phones of others in the circle?

It would not be incorrect to do so. Cell phone chargers are not always handy. Is your sibling strong minded?

I feel that everything pertaining to your concern is O.K. and will resolve naturally. With argument of course.

I hope that I am correct in my estimated guesses.

Think positive solutions and thoughts. Is there a pool or river nearby? They are close to it I think.

I pray that this is correct.

Thanks a lot, I never thought about it in that sense, I will answer your questions after taking your advices.

I don't know who was the last person she spoke to outside the family, that could lead to something.

Thanks again.

is there anything she has talked that seems to come up during conversations. The use of torches could also be used for looking at storm drains or caves is there any mysteries around that involve any of these maybe she wants to do some investigating. Surely if this has happened she would have spoken to you about something especially if she knows that you are a member of this site.

Just a few ideas have you spoken to any of her good friends or parents?
