So, while I don't particularly believe this too be the case, it should bear thought.
If it is in fact man made, and being done by Haarp, then there are some things to keep in mind.
First up, I don't think it could be the Alaska station that's doing this, because as I understand it Haarp works through heating the ionosphere and
using the subsequent changed level of atmosphere to direct it's beams. Because it is just a ultra low radio frequency, and not some all powerful
death ray. That said, doing it through atmospheric deflection should limit your range, as your triangle will only be able to extend so far. Since
Yemen is almost on the other side of the world from Alaska, it would need to come from a different ground station. Anyone one aware of any US
facilities in the area with Haarp arrays?
Second thing, if it is targeted there, why? Why Yemen? They aren't known for their oil wealth, so it couldn't really be that. Most people there are
dirt poor and own AK-47's or other weapons. It would not be a great place to go through the trouble of invading. But if they are, and if we can think
of a reason, then maybe the Haarp beaming is targeting the fault in hopes of triggering it and giving them a reason to show up as 'humanitarians'
