Can any of you roughly estimate the size of this object?
I cannot, without an approximate distance from the observer.

The object appears to me to change its curvature a few times; I think it's likely a terrestrial object, as others here have suggested.

This is pretty much solved. It is nearly without a doubt that this is a solar balloon like the one ziggystar posted. Not even a string of balloons (though that would be second most logical explanation) but one solid, long, solar balloon.
