Right, sorry about that - I always do a face palm when people don't read the entire post and then make comments - I did just that - I read your post but didn't watch the clip before I started doing some research for myself.. anyways what I am getting from it - they are commercial and international in nature and the reason they are doing it is because all their wealth won't be worth much if the global economy completely crashed - which is more than likely would if a powerhouse like UK went under.

Now, is that the real reason or just a front for something more sinister..

Anyways, sorry OP didn't want to steal your thunder - I was sleepy, didn't pay enough attention and just trying to add to the conversation.

Since it's not an end of the world thread.. I've had a lot of fun and enjoyed chatting throwing theories about..

One of the things I wonder is, Did Lord Blackheath (Tory) leak details of this organisation out of desperation to get the Gov to act, or did he leak it out on behalf of the Gov to see how we would react!

Tho I am still :puzz: as to who it could be, I can not help but feel that whoever Foundation X are, they are legit and have the assets they claim. (Tho I am not sure of their motives)

I do feel the doddery old git that is Lord James is not only not a fool, but also has considerable connections (long standing) within the city/establishment/secret service to get the answers he wants.

So I feel him not only perfect to investigate the legitimacy of the funds but is the right person from a Governments perspective to spill the beans Lord Sassoons comments and the Govs lack of interest seems too planned. So I am erring on the side that this was a purposeful Government leak.

Anyway I've come to a couple of conclusions as to who this org could represent, my first [that I'm verging on discounting now] is that maybe this org was set up around the great depression, perhaps with the overall aim of preventing another great depression?.. for want of a better word an elitist self interest group that has remained in the shadows all these years preparing itself for the type of situation we face today. I would call it the bankers insurance policy

But it feels rather far fetched as the target of their investment does not shout Banker/Finance group out to save the world, it shouts someone either wanting really great PR and/or be seen as the saviour (not in the context of end time type predictions)

Now that could be anyone.. given the state of the World, It could be any/all of the Arabian [Persian] Gulf states wanting a safe haven to turn to when the SHTF or to create a moral obligation to ensure support when the SHTF.

If you want a moral obligation, hospitals and schools certainly scores a lot of brownie points in your favour.. as does the no interest.. and almost flippant no need to repay the debt...

The time line fits the wealth coming from finding oil.. and it fits in the type of wealth oil nations have, and we have been told by Lord Blackheath that it is not funny money, nor is it terrorist funds (he went out of his way to qualify his expertise in that area) I take that as the possibility we might see them as terrorists..

And it was that last conclusion that leaves me feeling (as of now) that this Foundation represents 1 or more of the Gulf States.

In other words if the debt system in the UK was paid off then the big bankers would be like a trillion in debt as once banking entity as it seems.

All The Major Players in the Banking Industry our tied up in money knots. That's their real wealth as it's all tied into the rest of the world's debt.

If 75 Billion were to pay off UK debt than that would cause a chain reaction of Bankers basically going straight to hell in a hand basket.

Thanks for this post, Muzeam. I don't have much of a handle on the intricacies of how the banking system works, but I'm learning! So, your comment that the big banks would collapse if the debt was repaid reminded me of something I read recently, which directly links to your statement.

I didn't keep the link, and don't have the time right now to search for it again, but basically, it said that the UK and US are actualy bankrupt, and that they have been for a long time. And, apparently after 70 years the debts are written of and they are no longer bankrupt. And guess when the latest 70 year period was about to end? 2008. So, the article was suggesting that the economic crisis which reached crescendo point in 2008 was engineered to do just as you say - create more debt and get the countries back into bankruptcy to save the banksters. This might explain the inordinate spending which has been going on - to run up the debt quickly again to keep the banksters' ponzi scheme going for another 70 year cycle. And, since the governments are the puppeteers of the banksters, perhaps this is also why there have been so few legal charges made against them.

Interesting news from the House of Lords . I would like to take this oppertunity to thank OP for bringing this to the attention of the membership.
This offer , made under the dubious banner of having no strings attatched seems to good to be true. And Im betting that it is. There must be a reason why the Lords would have chucked the idea. Perhaps the House of Lords are well enough informed to know that who ever is bank rolling this offer, is more than likely to want something back , and that with the amounts being discussed, that payment, that backhander is likely to be more pain than its worth.
Besides which , even if the Lords were happy with the idea of paying off this "no strings" gift, they would be hard pressed to legitimise the idea of having Britain run on money which we cannot track the source of .
People need to know how the government and the nation are funded , whos providing what to whom. If this Foundation X were to become involved, they couldnt remain shadows for long .

I don't believe that Federation X will just go away, it's best to stay one step ahead by contemplating the magnitude of whats occurred and understanding it's implications.

What do they want?

I can only imagine that they want: support or protection.

Who are they?

They represent: Companies or Countries.

If it was a group of company business men making this offer then It would never have been addressed in the House of Lords in my view.

Which leads me to speculate that Federation X represents a Country that needs diplomatic support and protection.

Yemen come to my mind but obviously this is just pure speculation.

I think it might be the FED.

Now the dollar has still some value they can exchange dollars for pounds ,or any other currency for that matter, and lend it out to whom every wants to take , This way the loan will still maintain its value if the pound holds its ground on the world currency market,

Britain and the US have been economic and miltairy allies for some time now and this deal is beneficial for both and will stabilize britain for a little while longer until the S really hits the fan.

I think the FED is moving massive quantities of cash around as they are puposely killing the dollar to eridicate their debt and punch China in the gut at the same time.
