This is correct. The ships normally in this part of the world have simply added keeping an eye on the visit to its normal duties. Of course that does not sound as exciting as 34 warships sent for Obama visit but, you how we love our drama at ATS.

It's posts like yours that bring me back down to reality. Ever since I've become a member of ATS I've been on edge, shopping for food like there's no tomorrow, worrying if I have enough ammo, water, blah, blah, blah. That Baba Vanga prediction that Obama will be America's last president has had me so freaked out...I think I need a break but it's all so addicting.....I spend way too much time on this site

things like this the best you can do is just wait and see what happens. Usually nothing ever coms from these types of things. Im not counting the hours.

If the geographic location calls for a force that large to travel with him, then he should not be travelling there when other pressing matters have been overlooked from day one of the administration.

$200 million dollars a day is ridiculous with the state of our economy, just to have a diplomatic meeting with a
country we are on decent terms with?

200 million times 10 is 2 billion dollars

2 billion dollars on a trip where business ties are looking to be improved?
during a normal economic state it is still ridiculous
the us population is just over 300,000,000
we each could get 7 dollars or so instead, or even take those below a 40,000 income line,
which according to en.wikipedia.org...
would be around 500,000 families
and give them each a $4000 tax rebate
help them a lot

Well, I think if they knew it was going to go really soon anyway, they could plan this, then use HAARP to trigger it. It's a ticking clock as it is. They would just pop the zit. But no, I don't think that's what's happening, but suggested that there is a small possibility of such a thing, given the large increase in earthquake and volcanic activity.

Or maybe, he just wants to be right there at the point in a new, larger war that will be launched jointly by the US and India to invade Pakistan and Iran. Now that would be a WWIII starter.

They were accompanied by officers of Mumbai Police and civic officials of the D ward (where Mani Bhavan is located). While inspecting the route and the buildings lining up the route to the museum, the Americans detected a skyscraper near Peddar road and also found the area to be highly populated.

Since it is difficult to monitor such a congested area, they came up with a quick solution which left the Indians accompanying them amazed: A bomb-proof over-ground tunnel — to be installed by US military engineers in just an hour.
