Could be a stalker. You sure don't have to be famous to pick one up. Nor does it have to be someone she even had as a client.

But for him to act aggressive when she approaches, I would expect that he is angry about some perceived slight. Excitement and anger at the same time would be something I would expect there, and if that isn`t what she picked up that doesn`t seem quite right for a stalker.
