Personally, I like to wait till the thread has gotten this far, so when I come in, the truth is more or less sniffed out.

I don't have time read 14 pages, I usually read last page first. I think there should be some kind "hoax vote" in every thread. So if you see there is 90% hoax vote I can very easily move on and use my time better way..

Someone posted a link here where the article says the Delta Com has been bought by another company just last month. So, no this is not a viral marketing campaign of Delta Com.

The posters here are thinking in black and white. Just because the two photos posted might have been photoshopped, it doesn't immediately mean that the pics are a hoax. NASA regularly photoshop their pics. Can we say that NASA is a hoax? The answer is NO.

That kid immediately produced the letter from NASA as required from him. Look how he covered the names in the letter. Very amateurish. I wouldn't have expected him to use a pen to conceal from personal info from the letter. Unless everything he did is intentional to make us think that he is an amateur. Then for what reason will he do it? Just for the laugh? I don't think so. Too much effort exerted just to get 15 minutes of fame.

Yes the email will have headers we can examine to determine the location of the ip which transferred the email.

Interesting story. Would be mind blowing if it is what it appears to be.

Dear OP,

The claims you are making are very serious and deserve a full investigation by both local and federal authorities.

The local authorities surely wish to close an open missing persons investigation, or a possible kidnapping or murder case.

You have claimed to have evidence implicating the involvement of NASA in the kidnapping, murder or disappearance which will be investigated by FBI or possibly another federal agency.

It is typical that after a period of time the next of kin will petition the courts to declare the missing person "deceased" to gain power of attorney so that insurance can be paid and estate settled, the settlement of estate involves settling any debts and taxes owed to both the state and federal governments, if this is the case the insurance companies, all creditors, the state authorities and the IRS will investigate your claims.

I hope you realize the very serious nature of what you are claiming, you are setting yourself up to be part of an investigation involving numerous authorities from local police to the insurance companies, creditors, NASA, IRS, FBI and possibly others that will not see the humor in an internet hoax that involves them in any way. Not to mention the forgery of government documents.

I personally will extend to you the benefit of the doubt as I have no way of knowing if you are legit or not.

I truly hope that you understand the potential hardships you may endure if this is a hoax.

My advice to you would be to fess up if this is a hoax and we will all have a laugh and nip this in the bud before someone decides to inform the authorities of your uncles possible kidnapping, disappearance or murder with involvement of government agencies.

Of course, if what you are claiming is true, you should not have any problem getting all the help you will need to have this investigated fully.

Have you notified the authorities of this new evidence in your possession ? if not I am sure there are many here that would be happy to make that call for you, if they have not already done so.

Keep your boots on and your pants pulled up, as you may be getting a knock at your door soon.

Best of luck and welcome to ATS.

FrodoBaggins, I can only imagine how much fun do you have by having this thread flourish and having members actually interested in your, what I strongly believe, is a made-up story.

I was thinking the same thing.

I am pretty sure if this was true then NASA wouldn't take too kindly to it being smeered all over the internet.

----------THIS POST IS A HOAX AND THE EVIDENCE IS SUPPLIED BELOW----------

Hello Everybody,

PREFACE: This is my first post ever and I fear that the truth it contains will be overlooked by those who (unknowingly) choose to analyze the OP at his word. I am a scientist (no not for NASA!) and try my best to make my decisions on the facts given instead of my emotions. I love to emote, but often my rational side takes over and allows me to make the more appropriate decision. Here are the options that we are left with and I believe I've reached quite a conclusion.

Option 1: The OP is releasing legitimate documents from known agents and is still in the data collection process.

Option 2: The OP is releasing documents falsified by an unknown agent unknowingly and is still in the data collection process.

Option 3: The OP is releasing documents falsified by an unknown agent knowingly and revels in the discussion he has created.

Let me just start by saying I've had the "misfortunate" experience of mulling through every page of this thread because it originally struck my fancy (as it must have yours if you are reading this). I love conspiracy and want "to believe", but often find that many stories lapse in both their credibility and continuity. Sure, grammar and sentence structure are wonderful and persuasive tools, but it is equally important to not overlook those who are less polished than others. We are all human and it is the truth, regardless of its stylization, that will set us all free. I began reading this thread and made judgements on the letters and pictures supplied by the OP. However, I discovered that this is yet another story which lacks credibility and continuity in all of its facets. Intriguingly, we have yet to hear a rebuttal from the OP from the evidence I am about to supply. Since the documents have been deemed 'questionable' at best and 'falsified' at worst, it seems that Option 1 may be safely eliminated. I will skip my analysis of the documents, which I believe to be falsified, in order to get to the meat of my discussion. We are now only left with Options 2 and 3, which differ only in the intent of the OP. So, let's review what's been given to us by a neutral party in order to come to a final conclusion:

LOOK! Here we have a legitimate member who has gone through the evidence supplied and traced the source. We have no rebuttal from the OP and the header traced from the e-mail leading to the supposed identity adds up. Not only is the evidence questionable but now so is the source! So, based on plausibility we must assume that Option 3 is true unless Xadaz is a NASA disinformant with an eye on "Daniel." For me, the most plausible is that which would require the least amount of rational documentation to explain (Occam's Razor right?). So, unless Xadaz is pulling a wool over all of our eyes, you need to stop reading now...as you are only wasting your time.

-Matthew

True or hoax the OP has inadvertently involved many that will see no humor in this. If the NASA letter and letterhead as well as signature has been forged the OP may find the laughter turning to tears.

I would not want to see someone get themselves in trouble over what they thought to be an innocent prank.

Very interesting. I did not even consider this option. It was quite amazing how quickly the said person gathered the info.

I was really hoping this might be true, but it seems it is not. Except...........................if a disinfo agent is at work here.
Weird thing is nothing has been heard from the oP for quite some time now.

Ok, Im a noob here but i have read all 15 pages and I havent heard from any experts on any of the subject matter. I admit that the story has holes, and that the pictures can be faked. But lets at least use some science to debunk the evidence. I am not a specialist in any of these areas which is why i am asking for someone to examine the evidence.

First: In this picture the earth has a crescent shape that would indicate that the position of the sun should be somewhere in the area of the line that I have drawn. Again this is just my opinion I wish an expert would comment. Secondly, why are there no stars in this photo? It appears that if the exposure time was sufficient to capture the surface of the so called "Moon" over the brightness of the so called "Sun" then stars should have been visible.

[atsimg]http://files.abovetopsecret.com/images/member/1dcfabc12315.jpg[/atsimg]

If we have an expert in astrology in the forums, could you determine the validity of the position of the "Earth" in relationship to the constellations?

[atsimg]http://files.abovetopsecret.com/images/member/e8abb8b5e0b2.png[/atsimg]

And last, Take notice of the time stamps in the EXIF data. It appears as though almost 8 hours had past between photos.
Picture taken from UKWO1Phot EXIF data post.

[atsimg]http://files.abovetopsecret.com/images/member/89a6e3c7fc89.png[/atsimg]

And it seems as though the size of the "Sun" has changed dramatically. Also, it would appear that the camera had rotated on its axis to keep the "Earth" in view, as the landscape has changed between photos.

Again, these are just my observations and it would be great to have an "Expert" in such areas explain them better. Instead of just coming to an abrupt conclusion.

The picture has already been de-bunked the earth is pasted in from a generic 3d rendering program.
