Not sure if someone has pointed this out already but... to me it looks like an animal sitting in the grass. If you look at the grass, you can make out legs and paws....

Does anyone else see that?

Could it be a white turkey or a white turkey blind?

Guys, its a BIRD flying right at the camera.. most likely a Finch.

Its not an alien, UFO, turkey, chicken, cow, or anything else.. its a bird.

Bird flying toward the camera. You can see the blur of the birds wings flapping. above the 2 bright dots are the birds head, face, its small facing the camera. The dots i dunno, daytime so dunno about a flash, maybe something in it's claws reflecting. Definately a bird though.

I concede that it could be a bird. If it is indeed closer to the camera than it appears, and alot smaller (sparrow/ finch) that would explain the nonchalant attitude of the turkeys 40 seconds later. The lack of interest on their part leaves holes in my coyote theory.

It was resolved pages ago. The OP himself realizes it's a bird. The OP himself identified the species of bird.

Okay people.. I have the solution to what it is. I am now at home and have looked through the past pics from the game camera so as to find some object/creature that is similar in just colors, then I really studied the shape. I played with it in Paint for a few and then while taking in everything that those who really took the time to see what this might be into consideration it hit me. Everything Phage stated was correct. The object is closer than it appears and there is motion blur. I referenced the shadows just like some one else on here had done but I did it more accurately. I zoomed way in on it and studied it until it clicked.

What this is not:

turkey
cat
dog
robot
owl
rabbit
bee suit
person in camo
toy
deer
hog/pig
goose
baloon
feeder
trash blowing around
insect
camera glitch

I now know without a doubt what the "Glowing Eyes" are. Drummmm Rollllll.......

IT IS A BLUE JAY....

The colors gave it away.

Thank you for those who really tried to figure this out instead of dismissing it off as just some random object. It is definately the most unique game camera capture I have ever seen. I guess I should feel lucky to be the one who's camera it showed up on.

After seeing the entire photo with the cropped trace-over for comparison, I agree 100% that this is a Blue Jay.

Too bad I can't rotate this pic a little.

Very awesome, I thought it was a bird yesterday on page 8 but I couldn't figure out the "glowing eyes" lol. Looking at it this morning with fresh eyes I feel like a fool for not realizing it was the birds tail, with a leg interrupting the light making it look like 2 glowing balls instead of one spread tail.

Do you think maybe one of your buddies is playing a joke on you? It does appear to be metalic, and I see something blurry in front of it. I've noticed that as the popularity of game cameras grow, more and more anomalies are showing up on the photos, usually in the form of strange lights in the sky. No matter what, that's a decent setup you have there, and I can visualize a nice Thanksgiving dinner.

Holy crap!! It took me a good 5 minutes after reading it was a bluejay..to actually see the bluejay in the original pic.

Those wings, with the dark sides, really gave the illusion of its white tail peeking through, as 2 bright eyes, and that TOTALLY screwed my perception.

Awesome detective work guys!!

PIG

still say feral hog, you can even see left tip of ear.

Blue Jay tail feathers do not spread out that far in aspect to the body.

Big Pig with large testes.

Wow, that sure is one large blue jay, lol. Had fun with this thread - still a little skeptical!

That was my problem at first, too, that it was too large to be a blue jay...but when you "see" how close it really is to the camera...case closed.

The two "eyes" look most like the birds upper part of its legs, or its knees, if that is the correct term. They are not as usually noticable as a bird's ankle, which are often mistaken for its knees...been there, done that

So, a pic of a UFO and some turkeys with Thanksgiving right around the corner. How fun!
