Well that's encouraging news, but don't go ape over this. Monsanto will not ease its (death) grip on farming and the environment until they are significantly incapacitated and beaten by criticism, especially by scientists who've been very lazy at expressing themselves lately.

it may be ending, but it isn't over. Watch out for whatever legislation gets passed with agriculture and food supply in mind. When they make organic food illegal in your country, then you will know who is truly running the show, and you should leave asap, if that happens.

Some say violence just makes things worse. Actually it's running away that makes things worse, and it's even worse than not caring or doing something at all. Running away just negates the collective might of the people, and leaves the world solely in the hands of the crooks and the corporate vampires.

It's like saying to Monsanto: "Yes, you are our gods. This land belongs to you and I'm getting out of your way so you can do whatever you want now."

Stand up, gather and fight! That's all you have left.

Glad to hear some of the wind has been taken out their sails (and sales, lol).

One of the surest and easiest ways to fight the evil giant is to boycott their products to the extent we can. Buying and planting organic. As more people are buying organic, more and more is becoming available to meet the demand. This will end the profit motive for monsanto and those that use its products.

My only fear is that once there is enough profit in organics, Monsanto will find a way to infiltrate and bastardize that industry too. But in the meantime, since blowing up buildings isn't something most of us are into, I would suggest we gear up the move towards purchasing only 100% organic food.
