Anyway, facinating thread, since i'm a Soldier I would hate to think of fighting in the next world war...

My wife just gave birth to my first little one! I want to be there to make sure he grows up to be a respectible man.

Woaahh! lol ... Did you know 616 is said to be the real # of the beast? No joke, read this:

"A newly discovered fragment of the oldest surviving copy of the New Testament indicates that, as far as the Antichrist goes, theologians, scholars, heavy metal groups, and television evangelists have got the wrong number. Instead of 666, it's actually the far less ominous 616.
The new fragment from the Book of Revelation, written in ancient Greek and dating from the late third century, is part of a hoard of previously unintelligible manuscripts discovered in historic dumps outside Oxyrhynchus in Egypt. Now a team of expert classicists, using new photographic techniques, are finally deciphering the original writing.

edit: I just realized the # in the url backwards, is this thread #
This is quite possibly the most evil thread on ATS. Congratulations OP

Crazy intense thread...I'm not even fully through it yet.

I think(I hope) that we are on an alternate timeline... or we better make the transition.

I think(I hope) the development of the Internet worldwide might be the clincher... Also the development of the Timewave and Vanga's predictions. We are more vigilant now I think(I hope).

Once we become conscious of the pattern, we have altered whatever path/momentum we were on.

Don't disagree. But when these phenomena are proven, demonstrated and allow practical application (of time travel/predicting the future, etc.), then it will make sense to believe old women can predict WWIII, global catastrophes, new religions and the end of the space-time continuum. But, this has never happened. Until it does, why pretend to be a conceptual maverick, assume that's where we're going and believe that while we're too sad sack to have these superheroic abilities, other people who say they do, do and we should believe that?

It is a fair question. Why should we believe in the Christian god given so many alternatives? Some of these alternatives are very enticing too. In the muslim religion you can have 4 wives and if you kill yourself in the service of allah you get a harem of virgins (sex of virgins not specified lol). In other religions you get to actually become a god, eventually, for example the Mormons.

For me the reasons that the Bible is evidently the correct way, is due first to fulfilled prophecy and second to the actual power displayed by the power of God and the Holy Spirit, through answered prayer. I have been witnessed to many miracles and so have many of my christians friends, including things like the dead being raised, demons cast out, miraculous healings, prophetic words etc. These manifestations were all consistent with the Biblical record. Moreover, having first hand experience with occultic phenomenon, I was able to see the darkness in that path and watch it being cast out of my life.

But you don't need personal miracles to see God's hand. Just look at the state of Israel. The country should not exist, no ancient country has been personally resurrected by their God in this way (though perhaps Babylon will by her god, satan).

Here is a prediction for you:

"You shall eat the flesh of mighty men and drink the blood of the princes of the earth, as though they were rams, lambs, goats, and bulls, all of them fatlings of Bashan." Ezekiel 39:18

The Lord God Most High wants the sons of Israel to be cannabals.

In the above passage God says to the Son of Man, to call out or speak to the feathered fowl and to the beast in the field to accept the sacrifice of the wicked and to eat the flesh of those mighty men and to drink the blood of those princes who misused the Natural World and their authority over it.

In other words man does not eat the wicked, the fallen, man simply lets the animals have their fill of them because of the grievousness that was brought upon them all. I am speaking about those that have poisoned the World with no attempt at seeing how their actions have effected others. Those disconnected from Nature cannot walk in Nature. Take a king and throw him in a field, will he know how to sow the field? Will he know how to nurture? No he will perish amongst those that live in the field. Nature survives and will be Appeased.

I believe Nature will eat of the wicked in many forms and expressions: earthquakes, tidal waves, hurricanes, and the like, and the animals will reap their just reward! Some will be fish food and some will be bones to scavenge between the dogs and the wild beasts.

Just wanted to add my thoughts on this since I first noticed and scanned the thread my take away is this:

Baba Vanga was not a very popular figure on ATS until now, why?

If the 9/11 prophecy prediction is remotely true, certainly there would be some historical data or reference to the prediction considering the scope of this site, the global reach it has, and the quite large 9/11 forum that documents just about everything related to 9/11. Is Baba Vanga every mentioned in the 9/11 forum? I did perform a search on 'Baba Vanga' for the 9/11 forum, I didn't get any results.

It would seem that Baba Vanga is a geniune figure although I can't conclude that the predictions tied to this individual are genuine. There are too many inconsistancies with the list of predictions that have already been mentioned. The most obvious inconsistancy is the dates in relation to when the predictions are posted on this site as well as whatever can be found on the web. Predictions about Obama and 9/11 are nearly obvious red flags, while some of the other more rather mondane predictions may have more substance and accuracy to them then some of the more spectacular and larger predictions.

My .02 cents.

2167 – A new religion.

If I recall in zeitgeist they were saying that entering into another astrological sign always is connected with a new religion. 2167 is exactly the time we enter in a new one. (dont remember which though) so this does come preety true in my mind.

Currently we are in Pisces, about to enter Aquarius... I have read the date is kind of flexible depending on calendar used and interpretation of when precisely an age ends/begins. Some say we are just into Aquarius now, others say mid to late 22nd century.

baba vanga.. i know she's respected and all, but no one has ever made an accurate prediction because its impossible to know the future. she reminds me of an old gypsy woman in a carnival, peering into her magic ball to make a quick buck off some kids.

I just watched a show where a scientist hooks a person up with glasses and I think sound that flashes random light and sound from a computer, no one knows when the flashes will occur but the human brain responds BEFORE the flashes occur proving your brain can see at least a short distance into the future at all times. Sure i explained this badly but it can be looked up.

To me this and every other "Prediction" sound like BS.
My main reason for thinking so:
Were still here.
But seriously these "Predictions" are starting to clog up ATS.

The bible says the way to tell FALSE prophets (prophets NOT from the God in Heaven) is to see if they are wrong ONE TIME. That's right folks. God's prophets are always, 100% correct.

80% puts this wack-job freakazoid in the false prophet category.

The bible also warns about people loving to hear what they want to hear in the last days .... "itching ears" ... but not loving to hear the truth.

Buy yourself a King James 1611 bible and start reading 100% accurate prophecy.

Predictions aside, if we just take a good look at the facts emerging on the ground, we can infer that a new battle front has been already created. Here are some of the "MSM" news that point towards an emerging trend:

1. The month of September saw an unprecedented number of drone strikes (approximately 2 dozen) in Northern Tribal areas of Pakistan.
2. We had the "terror alert" issued by the U.S government that warned about possible strikes in Europe. Even in this case, the official notice said that some terrorists trained in the tribal areas of Pakistan are on the prowl.
3. More than 80 NATO supply vehicles were destroyed by gunmen in a matter of one week in September across several areas of Pakistan.
4. And here is a glimpse of the "retribution plan" :

US ready to bomb 150 Pak terror camps?

One point is quite apparent, if the events in Pakistan unravels beyond the usual drone strikes that are happening in NWFP or the tribal areas, then the situation could become complex (Pakistan has approximately 70-90 nuclear warheads with the adequate delivery platforms like missiles or the F-16 aircraft).

hmmmm.

take a woman from a time and place where any news might take months to reach her. Take a person living in a world where even a 3rd grade education is very rare.

Imagine *you* being teleported to a street of an alien city 1000 light years from earth. *what* would you see?
and...when you come back and tell people, how would you describe stuff that has absolutely no references to anything that you know?

So she Sees, or is Told.
Using the language of her time and place. Then you add other people's interpretations and even adding a bit to the prediction list! Then add a good dollop of Politics too.
[why is it that any seer will always seem to maximize their own country, in its role for the future?!]

basically we each can only see just what is around us. Thus she might not "see" anything for South America, say.

then I am bothered a bit by her far future seeings. there seems to be "too much quick recovery" after ww III and other events.

then there is the Timeline thing with alternate realities, especially after a number of years have gone by.

[I will come back to read this further, all pages, when I have more time.]
