Well being very familiar with sitting at the end of the runway at Nellis and watching the take offs and landings, especially during red flag
operations... I would venture to say that IF we had any top secret toys, they would hardly send them from Nellis, which is in the heart of Las Vegas
and they have a viewing area on the road that passes the end of the runway. A cheap pair of binoculars is all you need to see anything on the
flightline
People in Lo$$ Vague Guess ... um... I mean Las Vegas ... are easily distracted by all the lights, sex, gambling, and other things going on in Vegas
to notice what may or may not be going on at other nearby places, imo.
This was part of the point I was trying to make, yet around the time I joined ATS I was on duty in the FACC (Fire Alarm Communications Center) at Fire
Station #1 (there are four stations on nellis, base) I personally witnessed all communications at the 911 dispatch center for the entire base lose all
communications via radio for over 8 hours while ufos were "flying" over area 2 restricted munitions area, and also watching the sp's driving up and
down the airfield at high rates of speed, and absolutely no air crews working on aircraft on field, and also the control tower having no
communications (or electricity) for almost an entire day. I saw ufos over sunset mountain, and flights into McCarren commercial airport diverting
around their usual flightpaths over southside of sunset mountain. These objects, and lights in the evening, were not anything I was personally
acquanted with, and were doing things that no human I know of could physically survive if they were in these things. Hundreds, if not thousands,
witnessed this event, not just me. Why can say something about it? I'm 100% mentally disabled according to my goverment, due to ptsd associated with
multiple traumatic brain injuries from being too close to stuff that went boom in warzones (although I don't believe them) who pays me a generous
monthly pension, so .... I'm discredited, and you can feel free to ignore and disregard anything I might share here.

Now I would LOVE to sit near the runway at Tonapah test center, that place that has the covered aircraft parking so Google Earth can't look in on them
Indian Springs and part of the Tonopah test range was renamed
Creech in
2005.
They do have that cool new solar power array though... know anyone on base that could get me a tour of that?
That's near base housing and near the Hospital. I would call
1-702-652-0001, I believe,
for base operator and get in contact with public relations and/or tickets and tours to see if you could set that up.
I've personally witnessed arial phenomenon at low to the ground perspectives in restricted areas for an extended period of time with radio
transmission interupted for hours at secure locations ..... in a post 9-11 reality ... can't imagine what benefit it would be for us to disrupt our
own base communications and base functions.
I expect a report on my desk in triplicate I would consider you a reliable witness
The event was ordered by us (the people keeping the logs of the event from the FD point of view) to be a "Helping Hand" so to speak, which at the time
simply meant it was someone in the Q area (area 2) who was an unauthorized entry attempt or someone who should not have been there. it started early
in the morning around 8:30. Our head personnel were dispatched to the area. We had no radio contact with them until nearly 14 hours later. They
were gone all day. Landlines were working on and off all day, and we could not contact those on scene, higher ups, via commercial cell phones,
either. Early in the afternoon we were told it had turned into a training excercize... possible. I went out for a smoke break flighline side ... and
saw things flying around that were not helicopters and were not planes or aircraft I was familiar with. I went inside got a few more firefighters, we
went outside together and watched few things in the air not moving, hovering I suppose, over the munitions area, area 2, the Q area, for about 15
minutes, and then I went back inside into the FACC (no windows/secure) Around a little before 10 pm (2200) We heard the first broadcasts over our
radios (we monitor many frequencies) since that morning. It was the control tower (Airfield Traffic Control Tower) stating they had electricity
again, and were asking us for a radio check, wondering if their radios were working again. They did not have radio capability all day long. Before
the incident ended, I had went outside to see what I could see about 4 or 5 times I think, and to smoke a cig. During the evening hours they were
amber in color, but seemed to change color, and also seemed to be "phasing" in and out of places. They would be over sunset mountain (commercial
aircraft still flying around them) and then as they dissapeared from that location, they would be "popping" into existence simultaneously over
different locations over the base, but I did not witness any over the flightline itself. Recordings of every radio transmission and every phone call
exist stored in the Fire Alarm Communications Center (FACC) always until the end of the month, but these recordings were gone the next day and reset
more than a week early, first and only time I had seen that done in my eleven year career. I'm not sure what happened that day, but why would they
tell me, I was just the acting NCOIC of the FACC in charge of the emergency 911 systems on base with no capability for an entire shift + 2 hours, why
would my superiors feel the need to tell me why I could not have the capability to do my job, and why all 911 systems didn't work? I don't know, and
I don't know.
these are some of my opinions and experiences that i am prepared to share,
ET
Waiting for report
That is all I am comfortable sharing right now, and most of all I know about that particular subject. To share more would only be what I heard from
others. But, with more than a decade in, I managed to hear a few associates talk about them occassionally. And, I also had other ufo sightings, and
heard of other ufo sightings from other long term military career people.
This was one from a friend now at 45th wing space command at Patrick
Hill AFB, Utah 1985 During war games at Hill AFB, Utah, I was standing out on the flightline, guarding the perimeter, the entry-access control point.
The rest of the base was in black out conditions, with black plastic over the windows of the buildings. All of the sudden, an aircraft or an airship
was above me, of unknown origin. It was the biggest aircraft I have ever seen, completely silent and moved approximately ten miles an hour, almost
floating. It was triangular, no visible engines, no markings, gun metal black. It essentially looked like it could fly in space. And when it
accelerated, it leaped frog; that it is to say, it blinked out and reappeared farther away. It basically disappeared when it accelerated. BV
I was responding to you as I read, please consider the report I gave you about them "phasing" in and out of existence as some information I shared
before reading the above similiar "blinked out and reappeared farther away". This did not effect my sharing with you that they seemed to be in more
than one place at the same time, and phased in and out of airspace while simultaneously appearing somewhere else. Also, the craft I saw did not
resemble triangles, and were mostly amber/yellowish orange lights in the evening hours after the sun went down. As to their shape, I couldn't tell,
their shapes sometimes seemed to change, but for the most part seemed saucer or disc shaped, metalic shiny during the daylight hours.
Other than these things, I'm not comfortable sharing too much else about that incident or day, but that is most of what I witnessed, and what I
honestly recall.
Hope sharing this might help,
ET
