after staring at the painting more and seeing the trash ! and the Money on the ground !

just could it be instead of disgracing the Constitution as some would think !

Just Maybe ! Could it be!! That Obama Step on it from Blowing in the Wind !!!

Like the Trash(The Paper) Mindless & Wasted Unnecessary Deals ,Projects Contracts.Banker, Bailout Wars Etc..) and the Money it was used with ?

Remember what Obama was a Civil Rights Attorney , a Professor & Lecturer of Constitutional Law!

Just another view of what the Painting represents..

University of Chicago Law School and civil rights attorney

1991, Obama accepted a two-year position as Visiting Law and Government Fellow at the University of Chicago Law School to work on his first book.[44] He then served as a professor at the University of Chicago Law School for twelve years—as a Lecturer from 1992 to 1996, and as a Senior Lecturer from 1996 to 2004—teaching constitutional law.[45]

IS America going called Obama a ARAB Again ?

Chicago community organizer and Harvard Law School

Chicago community organizer and Harvard Law School After four years in New York City, Obama was hired in Chicago as director of the Developing Communities Project (DCP), a church-based community organization originally comprising eight Catholic parishes in Greater Roseland (Roseland, West Pullman and Riverdale) on Chicago's far South Side. He worked there as a community organizer from June 1985 to May 1988.

Supporter at McCain Rally Believes Obama is an Arab

Its not OBAMA its the People(TPTB) Pulling the Strings that are attached to him like the Previous Presidents Well I should say the One's that are not with Secret Society's Anyways..

I just noticed something about the painting and possible meaning for choosing presidential placements.

9-11

The first two presidents in order from left to right are the 9th and 11thth presidents.
eleventh president (James Polk) and the ninth president (William Henry Harrison) are the first two presidents from left to right. Out of all the numbered presidents to put first, the artist put the 9th and 11th presidents as the first two (from left to right).

Interesting painting,Slayer I have some observations:Have you noticed the expression on JFK's face? to me he's looking at W. with a "How the hell did someone like you become president?" Abe looks outraged.LBJ and Nixon look like the criminal masterminds that they always were.Ford is lost nothing new there.Washington and the others are in disbelief that things have gotten this out of hand.Clinton seems to be in his own world.HW Bush seems to be lurking in the background fitting for him I sholud think.

That Obama Step on it from Blowing in the Wind !!!

Like one of those optical illusions where you see one of two completely different images depending on how you look at it.

Good point.
Now that you mention it, I feel a fool for not noticing and seeing it like that myself.

Can someone else please count the Presidents in the picture?

I thought and have checked that Obama is the 44 th president of the United States, yet I can only find 43 faces apart from the man on the bench, there is a President missing isn't there?

So who is the forgotten man?

Had my Wife check it also, there are only 43 Presidents in the picture.

The White House

There is supposed to be 44.

Is that the point of the Painting? is the forgotten man the missing President?

Grover Cleveland is counted twice. No need to paint him twice.

Source

Grover Cleveland served from 1895 to 1889 and from 1893 to 1897. Since his two terms were not consecutive, he is counted as both the 22nd and 24th President.

I'll admit I have not read every detail of every page, however, I have read most. so if this has been covered forgive me for being redundant.

Often an artist will use color as a means to send a message. If you will notice, ever president either has on a black tie, or a blue tie, except Obama! He is wearing a ruby red tie.

Black ties are usually worn at formal occasions. They symbolize special events. Hence "Black Tie Affair".

Blue ties are worn to convey a message of peace or tranquility often in hostile environments.

The red tie is worn as a symbol of power, passion, strength or a hard won victory. a ruby red tie is worn to have the ultimate power effect!

Tie color

Red has also been known to represent blood. The trail of blood left behind, the bloody sacrifices made. A lot of blood shed to get to this place of power. Check out this thread for more. www.abovetopsecret.com...

It's very interesting if you think about it. I believe the artist really wanted to send this specific message.

one other thing. Who are they applauding. Several of the men have fixed their gaze outward. Is someone speaking? Are they presenting a foretelling of America's history. it looks as though the country is being scrutinized but for whom?

Just my thoughts Slay, very thought provoking thread

Thank you for clearing that up, it was a bit confusing, and I wasn't seeing anyone else mentioning the 43 faces instead of 44.

There should really be a outlined version of the Painting with number in order of Presidency just for the sake of historical reference, maybe something I could attempt while I'm fighting boredom.

Was he the only President to serve different terms like that?

Also are there any vice presidents who took office when a President was too ill or who died in office, who still held the title.

Reason I ask is the man on the bench being called the Forgotten Man doesn't make sense if it refers to the American people.

The Painting has me intrigued, and not many posts make sense, Obama for once it seems to me he is trying to protect the Constitution from blowing away, first thing that came into my mind was some other Presidents would be trying to save the money from blowing away, this indicates he is trying to save something held dear to him, while being ripped by some of the others.

Just to add I have followed Presidential policies since Reagan, mostly because I was a staunch hater of Margaret Thatcher still am to an extent and will be till the day she dies for what she did to this Country, it is well known how close she was to Reagan, even the TV show spitting Image showed them in a bed together.

Although I didn't mind Reagan that much,he was far from the Worst President there ever was.

I feel that JFK is pointing at the constitution and saying ''ya see? This is what I was talkin about!"

ETA: It also looks like GWB is replying and saying "Look John, it had to be done! If I hadn't screwed the constitution I would have wound up like you!"

Well that certainly is a painting to place the artist on the steps to fame.

He is either really smart, or just lucky as heck. I think if he placed the foot of Nixon, Bush 1&2, Clinton,
and Johnson on the Constitution he might have really struck a home run. To put the current (respect)
and only African American presidents' foot on the constitution by himself is not only ignorant, but rather disrespectful.
Also, to put Teddy Roosevelt clapping by the wayside is just completely objectionable.

You know, everything is shock value nowadays. Create controversy ! Bad press is better than good
press!
Think Not? Then What is Lindsay Lohan doing on the front page in this day and age?

Pure distraction. I mean, when you go to pay or withdraw and you get an"Insufficient Funds" alert,
That is reality pal. How will this painting help you pay your bills? Wise up people. Wise up now.

the man on the bench may as well be you or I, it is a soul who longs and thirsts for justice, righteousness, peace, progress, prosperity, love, ideals, but is intimately aware that these things are missing from the world at large, and he understands that it needn't be the way, and so he is distraught and his spirit is crushed, his hope fades and his heart grows hard, until there is only cynicism and despair. I wish I could tell the saddened man "do not be distraught, and find hope, love, peace, joy, strength, and encouragement in the Lord God who calls out to us even now through His Son Jesus the Christ, to know how much He loves us and wants us, that His love and compassion and mercy would soften our hardened hearts so that we could respond with love in kind, for to know the cost, ugliness, punishment, consequences, and misery of sin, and to know that God loves us so much that He wants to help us in spite of our pride, obstinance and sin, He wants to help us get free from sin because He has so much more that He intends for us, and to know that God is so good and deserving of our trust and love, how is it that anyone would continue to sin against Him? Only through and with Christ is there life, light, truth, love, and hope of salvation!

these indeed are trying and tumultuous tribulations that we find ourselves witnesses to, and it is as it was promised by God through His prophets and Saints, and as was revealed to us by our Lord Jesus who is Christ, Savior and Hope of all the Nations and Ages! The only peace and consolation that we might find is in His word, in His will, and in His refuge. The only way that we might be healed is by His touch, mercy, grace, love, compassion, power, wisdom, which flow upon the Earth through Christ Jesus. Praise, thanks, and glory belong to the King Jesus Christ the Son of the Living God, Who lives! and reigns with the Holy Spirit and God the Father; forever and ever! Amen!"

Your youtube video is no longer available..

I found another one that also shows his Wake Up America Picture as well....

Interesting pictures.

This is powerful. It is hard not to feel mournful for the promise that has been squandered along with the birthright of this nation. Now instead of leaders we have politicians who are agents of assisted suicide not of any individual but of this very nation. They devoure like pigs ala George Orwell's 'Animal Farm' the liberty and independence of their fellow man and chain him in dependence and in regulatory obligation to their will. It is time to send the pigs to the political slaughter.

I have never seen this painting.
I know I don't get out much.
I think the flag being flown at half mast on top of the white house says it all.

Great insights on the painting I LOVE IT! whoever caught the tie colors I couldn't agree more with you!

My thoughts

The painting shows a few presidents around the saddened American with concerned looks on their faces you will see that these are Americas Founding Fathers and a selection of others like Lincoln Reagan, and Kennedy, even Bush is showing a bit of concern for him. What you see in the majority of the painting is Obama standing on top of the US Constitution, and the most recent Presidents of the past fifty or so years applauding him, while the saddened American is mocked or ignored!

It is a very powerful image and it is the symbol many of us here in America feel as we head into the future. It is about the growing balance of power taken from the people and into the hands of Government. The artists has got to be right wing because no liberal would think to paint something like this or his other more religious paintings.

This painting also could be interpreted by fellow ATS members as a salute to the NWO. I have had for a long time felt that Obama may be America's last President. He could usher in WWIII before the end of the summer and effectively declare the elections off. The other greedy Presidents are applauding Obama for completing their NWO agenda whenever that was put into place. I guess after Kennedy. I also believe that Mitt Romney. the current front runner would be smiling and pointing to the man as well. He has genuine care for the American people, and you can tell that when you hear him speak.
