Might be being a shut in, but the light should be bouncing into your room and give more energy, at least I notice in the summer time theres more energy even indoors. However, depending on your disability, I have chronic fatigue and a 100% non-functional thyroid and its a major health issue. Up until last year with sungazing which I fell into accidentally by reading something about thanking the energy and reaching without thinking into it with my senses and being greeted. So out I went to sungaze. Up until this year I spent 8 months out 12 sick, or just recovering, like a week two into a relapse. I could never tell if it was a relapse or another virus. And near migraine type headaches 3 or 4 times a week, where only sleep for 4 or more hours would take it away, not painkillers. With my kids thats pretty impossible, though it did happen a bit as there are older ones.

The sungazing, increased my energy and cognitive overall, into the evening. For example I can post at different times, but usually my writing goes out the window sometime in early afternoon, and I bottom right out completely of energy. This changed overall, and my headaches went down to a few a month. I still got sick, but not as much. I still have to schedule things a lot, and rest up from outings, and really don't get a lot. I do have a lamp, which a health nurse recommended, for energy depletion, but this year I couldnt use it. Sun is vital to our health and moods even, not to mention the metaphysics of it.

But feelings are biochemicals and while they count, its really more important that we chose, to be as positive as we can, no matter if its hard to feel it. To do our best. You strike me as a seeker, who questions things, this needs to be nurtured.

Wishing you well, and happiness, no matter what lies ahead for any of us, to see the silver lining under every cloud and sometimes just walk ahead with faith, no matter what, for we all count and we're here for a reason. Warm wishes!

Ahh, "peaceful resistance" you say? It isn't the 60's anymore, anybody who tries that kinda stuff is bombarded by ridicule and labels, just like you have. They call you a "tree hugger" or a "hippie" or a "beatnick" and your word travels no further then the range of your voice. The only way to stop evil is with equally overwhelming force, these people cannot be reasoned with, they cannot be coerced, they cannot be overtaken. So then how, how do we truly throw off the reigns of oppression, if violence nor peaceful opposition are not the answer then what can a man do?

You do realise that one man drove the British Empire out of India don't you? Using peaceful resistance.

I wouldn't call me a tree hugger or a hippy. I have peaceful views yes, but I don't waste that love on smoking dope, ok a little, but not on cruising from one concert to another. I don't run to a ranch to trip for days doing nothing much productive. I don't march on Washington and demand to be heard.

No my friend, I quietly spread the message over a long period of time. I work to change peoples hearts. It may not work, but I am at least doing something that stands a chance. I served 14 years in the Marine Corps with plenty of time in intel, security, and various other jobs. I know what I am up against, and I know what it takes to change it. The only way is to get the world to change one person at a time.

If I don't succeed this life time, I will have the fire started for next time, or the next after that.

It is better than doing nothing my friend. And, I am Free! I may not have anything else in this world, but how may do you know who are totally free?

We're all here doing exactly what we're supposed to be doing.

Do you not think that this universe, in all it's infinite wisdom, not think of a course for all of the simulations running within it?

Does not a teacher always think of a curriculum for it's students?

They say, one of the greatest ways of learning about something, is by becoming a teacher yourself.

Perhaps one day we will have the fortuity to be able to study where we came from as well.

It is amazing that's for sure. For me it went like this.

First, I thought, OH NO! What have I done, I must change myself and the world and wake others up!!!.

Maybe not the end, could be a new beginning, or both as every end has a new beginning. Considering the events of the shuttle program ending, which is something we would NOT do considering we wouldn't want other nations getting the upper hand in the space program UNLESS we had a better way, nothing here lately is adding up. Lets also consider NASA has been using the same shuttles for years now, with no advancement in tech...which is unlikely if you consider how fast the computer evolved along with other technology (i'm thinking it is a front that will soon no longer be needed). Then the sudden big search for new worlds, with much success with a recent find of a earth like world very nearby, they probably knew it was there for some time. Something is happening, either our gov is slowly letting us on to stuff they've known for years to "prepare" us for the truth, they are preparing for something big...possibly an evacuation, or both because they have no choice.

NDES are glimpses of what will happen to many of us, but those who had the experiences had only glimpses, they didn't stay there - yet. Regression experiences of dying in a past life reveals more empirical information. Most go to a light world, but don't stay yet, since they are not mature enough for it. They have to go back after some time for a new incarnation, and again, until they have finally learned to understand and live love, and to reconcile. Only then can they stay there.

Some few though stay as "lost" souls on the material level until they, too, incarnate again. A few go into some intermediate "gray" region, which is not very pleasant, until they return.

There are also very few NDES which have revealed glimpses into dark regions.

I happen to have met the channeler of this message and I believe that he will agree to my telling a bit more information he gave me.

What happens around 2012? A separation of dimensions, or of worlds. Dimensional worlds that have so far been more or less interlaced are separating, like “sandwiching apart”, and it has already begun. They will become separate but in a way parallel worlds. Those who choose the kind of life that is still very common in the world as it has been and still more or less is, i.e. materialism, selfishness, superficial entertainment and violent feelings will stay on a lower level and continue to live as before, however probably more intensely so, since that is their choice. Those, however, who learn to understand and live love and a peaceful coexistence will ascend to a higher level, and are already beginning to do so. Those who stay on a lower level will not really be aware of the change. As the separation becomes more pronounced, persons around them disappear, but they soon forget them: “Wasn’t there a guy living here? Where is he now? …? …What guy?” Maybe even his house isn’t there anymore, because he went to live on the higher level and things associated with him dissolve. But the “low-levelers” soon forget that and live on as if that person had never been. Yet those who “drift” up to a higher level may often be more aware of such changes: “Didn’t … live here? Oh, he must have stayed on the lower level? Too bad!”

For the time up to and around 2012 catastrophes and even a third world war have been predicted. Allegedly, only between 1/4 and 1/3 of the Earth population will remain at the end. Well, that will rather apply to the lower level, to whatever extent it will be true. It will be a lot more peaceful on the higher level.

Well, if you don’t believe this: don’t worry, because you will probably stay on the lower level and not be much aware of the dimensional split, and soon forget whatever you for a moment may notice of it. Then it will seem to not be true to you, but it is to the others who ascend. Only drastic changes will be true to you, which you experience as predicted catastrophes.

Of course we don’t know yet if this is all true, or not, and to what extent. But it makes a lot of sense (maybe not to the ones, though, who will stay on the lower level) and many of us hope that it will be true… because the development of the human race on Earth does need it! It cannot go on like this, anymore!

we could make a lot of people think.
friends, family, coworkers, people in the street.
and all we'd have to really say is; "open your eyes & open your mind! really think about life, think about what you want, what you're doing, find your own truths!"
(or something along those lines, catchphrase anyone? lol! also.. less would be more in this instance I would think.)

I think thats what we need.
get attention
make people stop and think.
we don't need to tell them what we think they should be trying to figure out, we shouldn't really say anything other than to think. (There's a point when it becomes p r e a c h i n g . yuck.)
(at the most: take the time to think for yourself, always strive for love, respect and understanding between everyone, treasure life, keep an open mind and find your own truths.)

I can see what you are saying, and there is a truth, in that we all should be open to other s who are trying to change things for the better, I can see what’s going on around me. There is a wake up call, maybe not all of us hear it, the same but change is coming, I will not live in fear and will not give up.
I just feel, for me I would have to live over 900 years to work this all out, I am not naive, when I say it would take more than one lifetime to get this right...
