Well, tonight was FUNNY.
There was some pretty funny stuff going on right there.
Damn fairies causing all sorts of trouble tonight.

One of the better side shows in my opinion.

I bet the ufo people are up in arms now. lol

I really enjoyed the Xfiles...sorry the Supernatural episode tonight.I really think some of the writers are lurking around here.(*waves*hi guys:lol
.The scene where Sam finds the trailers,it was like an ATS convention over there.
I love this kind of episodes, they add up a little to the story, but there is a hell of a laugh.

Now sth that really got my attention was Sam's behaviour.Ok he doesn't have a soul, but he claims he has all the memories.Since he had a soul once he should know or remember how he should behave and what feelings are. From his own memories alone. In the episode he was asking Dean questions like he never had a feeling in his whole life.Basic stuff.
So my vote goes that he is not Sam at all.For a reason he reminded me of the Trickster.

After last season I had honestly forgotten how funny this show can be when they choose to be. I laughed more watching Supernatural tonight than I have laughed during just about any actual sitcom in a very long time.

Best line of the night? "I think the 4th kind involves butt stuff." (working from memory, so might be slightly paraphrased).

it was a good episode, didnt pick that it would be fairies but also didnt expect it to go down the UFO part either even though it had an x files parody. I think sam didnt take his soul back nto because of deen, because he may like it better this way

And the way Dean screamed "UFO,UFO,encounter, encounter!".After all the monsters-demons-angels he faced you wouldn't expect him to scream like a little girl

Ok, Dean microwaved a freaking fairy. That's just mean!

"Dean, did you, "service" Oberon, King of the fairies?" LMAO!

This was a funny episode!

Yes this was a funny episode.
Cant say I thought it was one of the better ones, just different, but then the entire season has been a little different. I also could not help but notice the fairy lore they used seemed to parallel some of the vampire lore.

Sera Gamble was most likely the reason the series is a bit different, but I don't think the quality has diminished at all.

I dont think its as good as the other seasons, but its still acceptable and is keeping at a similar feel though different in some ways ive noticed more with the feel and style. It doesnt seem to take itself as serious overall, just at certain times.

I think what you said pretty well sums it up as far as I am concerned.
Its not on an as serious note, but still enjoyable. But then again how can you really be as serious when you are following staving off Armageddon.

i got to admit the feuding brothers does annoy me, the thing i liked about thr first couple seasons where the idea of the team working together now the internal struggles does at times annoy me more often

I kind of agree with you there also. I know most brothers will fight like cats and dogs but but the arguing and fighting going on hear just has gotten old and not enjoyable.
When I say fight like cats and dogs I remember back to end of the last season. When cas used holy fire, or something like that to force Michael to pop back to heaven to regenerate. Lucifer said no one messes with my brother but me, then blew up cas. Thats kind of what I mean when what I say that is how brothers might usually act. Yes they might argue from time to time, but the fighting going on in this season just is not real becoming to me.

For me its when there is too much drama, and now im worried it may get to that. Lets hope it doesnt cross into the tweeny drama thing which believe it or not I think it could by the end of the season

I really hope your wrong about the show turning into a tweeny drama hour. I think I know what you mean by the statement, and in my opinion that has ruined some potentially good shows.

im confident them adding the vamps in any way was to appeal to the tweens as a lot do watch supernatural and a lot more have jumped on this season because the character are ''hot'' as one idiot put it to me who has no idea about the sotry. This same person said the first 3 seasons where boring...idiots!

However they could have potentially sexed up the show more then what they have, they have sexed it up more yes, they have added vampirism a touch more to make it more appealing. I guess its about ratings, im just hoping its not a final cash grab for its final season. Hope this makes sense

They did have vampire episodes in previous seasons and this season's episode was mocking the twilight style vampires. They already have an audience of 16-22 crazed girls that fight which brother is the sexiest(and that since the first season). If you remember the episode "the monster at the end of the book" they made fun about this when Sam found a site about Dean-girls and Sam-girls.It's really funny:

I think that they will keep the style they had in the previews seasons. This is what made it succesful. Why spoil it now?Especially if they have in mind a spin-off or a movie?

Episode 10 promo clip:

And the bad news it's going to air on December 3rd.

And the summary for the next 2 episodes:
Supernatural Season 6 Episode 10 :: Caged Heat
Meg kidnaps Sam and Dean and tries to force them to tell her where Crowley is hiding. Sam makes her a deal - they will help her find Crowley if she promises to torture him for information about how to get Sam's soul back. Castiel joins the fight but finds it difficult to work with Meg.

Supernatural Season 6 Episode 11 :: Apointment in Samarra
Dean seeks out Death to help get Sam's soul back. Death tells Dean he will help Sam if Dean will agree to act as Death for 24 hours. Meanwhile, Sam decides he doesn't want his soul back and asks Balthazar for a protective spell to keep his soul out of his body. Balthazar tells Sam he needs the blood of his father for the spell to work and since John Winchester is dead, Sam decides Bobby is the next best thing.

Well that was something I was not aware of

retained 91% of viewers from its lead-in, Gilmore Girls.[170] Supernatural had low ratings during its second season, with viewers consisting mainly of teen girls,

I am glad the show is not more sexed up as yo put it also. It does however have a cult following now, as we manage to prove here every day.

I really hope your right, I unfortunately, have seen what were good shows get ruined when someone decides to change a format that was working not only well but very well. This season is going ok, and it sounds like they will be focusing on getting Sams soul back. That is good so Sam can get back to normal and there will be fewer fights between Sam and Dean.

Between you and me i hope i'm right too
So far they stay in the same format amd don't forget that Kripke is still in the production so no matter what he won't let them get off the track.

Sam's soul seems to be the main story so far,but maybe they have bigger plans than that. We'll have to be patient.

OK so i was right sam doesnt want his soul back! The empty sam doesnt have the need for a soul as it see's it as a burden. Going to be fun trying to shove a soul down his throat
