Again at mega mind. There are so many diets and fads because there are so many delusional people like yourself, which others can make money off, by inventing all these knew diets.
There is a market for everything man
There is a market for pet psychologists nigga. There is a market for twisted
#fetish video's. For nipplerings, for riverdancing, for chocolate cupboard roaches..-immortal technique

if people are dumb enough to by into these fad diets there will be a market for it.

Do you think people were fat 10,000 years ago, when people ate healthy and lived off the land? It is your lifestyle choice that makes you fat. Hours on the computer while eating mcdonalds and not exercsing.

And what do you do? Were you ever fat? how much? did you lose it all? for how long did you keep it off?

Yeah I agree something has definitely changed! But I know people who eat garbage day in day out and do nothing and yet are thin.

I mentioned it about 2 times already.

I lost roughly 30 pounds in 3 months. Went from over 30% body fat to about 11-13% but that is fluctuating now because I got really busy.

I'm in my mid 30's and in better shape than ever the past 15 years. I have maintained my weight about 4 months now AFTER losing the initial weight. I hardly do crap now. Pull ups on my bar, some HIIT type (boot camp) exercises every other day, watch my caloric intake and PIG OUT and DRINK on Saturdays.

It's just become second nature now.

ETA : per your questions above, I was about 30-40 pounds 'overweight' for about the last 3-4 years. More importantly was my body fat percentage.

I just said my genes are # compared to my brother and sister, i put on fat easily, but i watch what i eat so i do not. It comes down to will power, for example my best friend until 17 was at least 80kg overweight. His dad 50kg overweight his mum about the same and all his sisters prob 40kg overweight. He lost the weight through will power and has kept it off, but his family are still fat. You know whey because they are lazy and keep eating like #.

Really, I know what will power is. It is not about being lazy. I feel for your friend. In the course of his life he will struggle forever always mustering up huge amounts of will power that his thinner friends will never understand or relate to.

All I know is that in the last 3 month's I have lost 20 lbs. All I did was just not eat anything heavy and only half portions. I didn't count calories or fat grams or any thing else just did what I said. Oh and no excersize

Yes because I have been in your shoes. When you keep it off for a long time then it will be meaningful - sorry I'm not trying to berate you just telling you how it is. I have been successful many times before - and more than likely so will you.

If it bothered someone that much then they would stop over eating and start exercising, I'm sick and tired of seeing/hearing/reading about fat people who sit there and cry about how much they are overweight and then proceed to tuck into a bowl on Ben and Jerrys...

[snip], my point was his family are fat and still fat because of there lifestyle choices. Greasy fkn food. For christmas one year he got a deep fryer and thought it was the greatest thing ever. He changed his lifestyle choices, but his family haven't because they obviously get greater satisfaction from eating junk food, and until they change they will remain fat.
