On the other hand, you have read most 9/11 threads on ATS and are still a staunch believer of the OS?? Then what sort of proof are you after? What would really convince you to the contrary of the OS?

I have a feeling that you are misrepresenting yourself. You pretend that you are trying to learn more about 9/11 by asking for more proof, but it really shows that you are merely trying to discredit what you call "truthers".

I hope the truth movement never goes away. There are so many families who lost someone that day and they want the truth too. If I were in their shoes, I would not rest. Someone knows something.. and that someone must be held accountable. I don't think whoever was behind it, was counting on people waking up to the inaccuracies of that day, or the events leading up to and after.

Just the fact that the planes hit their targets (except one) without being intercepted should ring a bell. How a city like New York can be left unprotected is beyond me. Every plane needs a flight pattern before taking off. So it should have been expected from radar operators to follow the designated protocol when the planes get outside their flight plan.

Only by intercepting the chain of communications could this event happen. If the control tower did alert the authorities, there's a good chance that only one person took the calls. A straw (wo)man ?

At that point, I could consider this an inside job. No absolute certitude there, like anything in life, since the majority of information we get comes from another person.

All the evidence presented may not prove who or what is responsible but what it does prove, is that the media and official reports are lying about what really did happen. Now that is certainly something worth investigating and there can never be a time limit on reaching the truth. If the truth ever does come out the impact will massive and only then will there be closure on the matter.

Someone asked me to prove that the OS is correct. I don't need to because that's the story. The truthers story is after the inital OS and lacks evidence so they need to show the PROOF to debunk the official story. If I claim i was captured by Aliens, then I am telling the truth till someone disproves my story.

How exactly this evil was committed no one except the people who did it know and they are not going to EVER tell us. I remember watching the tv that fateful day and saying to my father how the "terrorists" must be dancing in their caves not being able to believe that things went so well for them. Why refuse to testify unless you have something to hide. Maybe they feared that some day they truth would come out....Bill CLinton has already been caught once lying under oath. President George W. President Bush and Vice President Cheney insisted on testifying together, maybe they are just really good buddies and wanted to "do this together" while Clinton and Gore met with the panel separately.
The 9/11 Commission themselves have stated that they believe that US gov agencies including but not limited to the FAA, The Pentagon, CIA and NORAD were delibritly deceiving them and interfering to slow their progress. And on the whole the chairman believe the commission was set up to fail.
So is that just a coincidence cuz it sure sounds like there some sort of cover up going on here.

Prior Knowledge on the part of the Mossad. Israel knew about the attacks, or did these Mossad agents just be happening to be filming the world trade center before and after the attacks. All the docs and vids and pics I've seen on the subject have convinced me this has been staged. It's so obvious. But alas the brainwashed public aka the Sheeple will always believe what their masters feed them. If the masters said 'Yep the world is flat', the brain washed public would believe it.

Hard proof will be hard to get. The Government is not going to admit to doing this dastardly deed so the truth will never come out. There is a lot of proof out there backed by a lot of evidence. But how is it going to be labelled as Absolute Proof if the authorities keep denying it? How will it be proof if it can't get aired by the controlled mainstream media?

Im sure it was mentoned here already, but i'll mention again. I never really beleived in this whole "truth movement" thing until I researched WTC7. It is almost never discussed in any of the shows I have seen on tv about this subject. I have noticed that is the one thing that happned that day that most people seem to forget. I can accept the fact that tower one and two fell because commercial air liners flew into them. Even though it's like a mosquito flying straight through my screen door and the door falling off but I digress.

But building 7 fell for no reason at all. It just caught fire and fell into its own footprint. The fire would have had to burn for days to produce the same kind of heat they clamed to melt the gurders in tower one and two. Jet fuel or not you can't produce smelting tempertures outside of a steel mill no matter how much jet fuel you pour on it. How was there melted metal in the footprint of building 7 from a fire with no jet fuel? Did they have a steel mill in the basement?

If someone can explain to me how molten pools of metal ended up in a fire that wasn't hot enough to melt metal. I'll change camps again.

What hurts and helps not at all is when loud voices come onto the conspiracy scene and scream that there were no airplanes that hit the towers or the Pentagon. How many independent videos show the planes--at least the second one-- striking? It was covered on live network broadcasting! The Pentagon missile argument rest solidly on a broken light pole being out of place. (It it was a missile that hit the pole, it is doubtful that it would have continued on to hit the building.) The depth of the damage to the Pentagon indicates an inertial mass destructive force, not an explosive force from a missile that hit the outside wall and exploded or bunker-buster that pentrated into the interior before exploding.

Genuine, hard-working truthers, silence the false, silly and stupid voices of the wantabes and disinformation specialists and you will further your cause greatly. Those voices detract from every bit of solid evidence you recover. When the screaming gets too shrill, it turns people off.

For my money, there were forces that knew that the attack was coming, and helped it get done and other forces that did nothing to prevent it happening because all three aspects wanted it to happen for their own reasons.

I think 9/11 trutherism has dwindled since its high point around 2006. Now being in the 10th year with no proof and no confessions is bound to engender a weariness if nothing else.

However, what I believe will kill trutherism overnight is if radical islamic terrorists get through again and cause further heavy civilian casualties.

If, lets hope, that does not happen I think there will just be a gradual decline until there are just a handful for whom it is a hobby. Rather like the people who still want to discuss the blowing up of the USS Maine in Havana harbour 112 years ago :-
