I think as in the case with all birther threads, reality takes a flying leap out the window.

If birther threads were anomalies of the laws of physics they would be black holes of ignorance. Truth goes in and is crushed by the enormous force of the ignorance of the birthers.

See, this is exactly why when some moronic part of the conspiracy is completely debunked, birthers have the ability to ignore that and post the same lies over and over again.

I think in fact moderators and the admin are even powerless against the enormous force of ignorance that is the birther conspiracy, and whenever a birther black hole of ignorance opens up, they can only sit in awe of the shear density of ignorance and absurdity that comprise these threads.

That's how crazy these claims being made by birthers are. That's how INSANE Lakin's attempt here was. That's how much you guys don't understand the law.

Lakin is on military trial for disobeying an order. He's the DEFENDANT. He can't just say, "Hey, judge, while we're here, can I turn this trial into a prosecution against a third party and bring him into court"? The thought is absolutely LUDICROUS! And would make a sham of our court system!

Perhaps and rightly Mr Lakim saw those some 161,000 entries and the devastaing information within them and decided, rightly, that he needed confirmation as to the legitimacy of the so-called Commander in chief.
Now he has been denied his right to discovery, so he can know the status of the person occupying the White House and acting in the role of Commander in Chief.
Denying what is his legal right the judge comments that the information would be 'embarrassing' to the President.
Thats putting it politely. Embarrassing to the entire Washington establishment particularly Pelosi and Co who have participated in the Soetoro charade ever since he was made a candidate, clearly without vetting of any kind.
Mr Lakim is a man denied justice because of ''embarrassment'?

I don't think Emilymary can see my posts, but the changes put forth in Executive Order 13552 to the Manual for Courts Martial were proposed in December of 2008 by George Bush and have ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to do with Lakin.

The changes to the manual are regarding fines, defining military property, charges of manslaughter, larceny, wrongful appropriation, limits of jurisdiction over civilians and assault on children.

Also, the changes don't take effect until the end of September:

These amendments shall take effect 30 days from the date of this
order.

As you can see, the DNC National Chairperson was none other than Nancy Pelosi. She was the one that Vetted Obama and sent out these forms to them.

LOL I had to laugh at that, because the idea of Pelosi vetting ANYONE is one of the scariest and entertaining thoughts ive had since Obama took office.....

Interesting point... why would the judge say that it might be an "embarrassment to the president"? What could be so embarrassing about producing documents especially if they proved he was a citizen? Of course many will say that the embarrassment would be because the president would be forced to do something he should not have to do.
