The courts are not obligated to release any further information. The constitutional process for the presidency came and went. No further evidence is needed.

They are not two different things… It’s because no one has produced concrete evidence Obama is a Natural Born Citizen that Lt. Col. Lakin cannot perform his obligation under the constitution and serve a commander-in-chief that has no evidence of his citizenship. Therefore he’s been forced to go on trial.

Oh but they are, birthers have yet to bring forth any evidence that proves that Obama was born anywhere else but Hawaii. Real evidence is what is needed for a court case.

There is a reason he has to do something and that’s because he has NEVER done anything to produce proof of citizenship before taking office.

Oh he really has, just because you don't want to believe it is not sufficient reason. You have to bring evidence to prove your side of the issue. That's the way the court system works, innocent till proven guilty, the charge against Obama is that he is ineligible for the office of POTUS, which means that you have to provide sufficient evidence to show that he is not eligible. Just saying so doesn't cut it. It never will in a court of law.

This whole debate would be funny if it wasn't soo sad. The Birthers just don't want to see the truth. Start presenting some hard evidence that he was born in another country.

Neither does Lakin, he's an idiot for throwing his career away over something he could not prove. Maybe it's for the better of the US military that these kinds of people get weeded out. Clearly there is a segment of the population who wants to know the truth. That is why they require access to the documents that obama has been withholding. Statists refer to this group of truth-seeking as 'birthers'.

If birthers were actually interested in the Truth, this whole debate would have been over two years ago. However, birthers aren't interested in the truth at all, in fact, the truth is the last thing that birthers want. They just want to get Obama out of office and that's it.

That is why they never ever put forth any credible evidence to prove their case but insist that if they see one more piece of information than they will be satisfied.

Well, candidate Obama's team tried that, they tried to help out the birthers when they put the COLB online for everyone to see, but instead, the birthers put their hands over their eyes and claimed to not see anything.

You can only help out a group so far, after a while when you realize that they will never be satisfied no matter what, the best plan is to just ignore them. Which is what this Administration is doing, ignoring birthers, because again, if birthers were actually interested in the Truth, we wouldn't be having this discussion today.

We definitely know that a true long form BC exists because it has been sealed by the state of Hawaii. Obama would have needed this to get his passports etc.

The COLB that has been paraded around has no embossed stamp and one of those Hawaiian issued documents can be requested by practically anyone without ever proving you were born there. It is a computer generated document with no hospital or attending physicians listed.

If all of the bio info. that we have been fed about Obama is true than he should have no problem presenting his original BC to prove his status.

Which leads me to believe that there is more to the issue. Certainly he was born either in Hawaii, Obama is not sure which hospital though, or Seattle. Furthermore, several different time-lines suggest that he may have been earlier than his claimed August Birthday.

He is covering for all of the lies told over the years including who his biological father is.

That is not true! There has been proof! Investigators have found multiple SSI numbers, including the one he currently uses that says (by the numbers) it was issued from conn. even though he has never lived there. Or how about his draft records which are known to be tampered with, or the Kenyan long form birth certificate which provides more believable information than the fake one they present! Or the vetting document that Nancy conveniently changed prior to sending out to the states?

I think that raises enough questions to ask him to clear things up before he goes to war and murders people.

Common if you even screw up a tax return the IRS will clime up your ass with a microscope, ask you to show them every receipt for the last 5-6 yrs. If they can interrogate you like that, I think a large group of people (who are a part of this country, like it or enough) should be given the respect to satisfy the doubts that they have.

I wouldn't have said it in those exact words, but you clearly don't know how the law works.

Lakin is ON TRIAL. No one else is ON TRIAL in this case. Neither Obama, NOR Obama's birthplace is on trial here. The ONLY evidence that is admissible IN THIS CASE is evidence directly related to LAKIN missing a movement and disobeying an order. This is the way our court system works.

If Lakin can produce evidence that proves or indicates that he didn't miss a movement OR disobey an order, then that evidence would be admitted. But he can't. Because he's guilty.

Lakin can't go into court saying, "Yes, I broke the law and I demand that the court prove me wrong." That's INSANITY in our court system. Really, you guys don't understand the law. I'm sorry, but that's how it works.

If Lakin wants to bring Obama to trial, he can. But not by blackmail. He's going to have to gather evidence that proves his case (a VALID foreign BC or similar documents) and take Obama to court. You can't take someone to court because you suspect something about them. You have to have evidence. Of course it's been tried and no judge has found the evidence solid enough to proceed with it. And no judge in his right mind would.
