Secretly forced brain implants: Explosive court case

www.examiner.com

Few American doctors, psychologists and psychiatrists will break rank or brave the new world of high-tech electronic abuse some of their patients report but evidence mounts that increasing numbers of innocent citizens targeted for U.S. state-sponsored terror are being secretly brain implanted with U.S. RFID chips without their consent for no-touch torture and mind control plus experimentation. One man evidenced this in court; won his case; and now prepares for a continuationin federal court, due to be equally explosive.

Wow, there's no law preventing the implantation of chips in people without their consent. Now, I know they wouldn't respect the law, but it just shows me how bad things have become that there doesn't even exist a law to protect people's rights in the most vital respect.

According to the article, this man was being bullied into handing over an invention....and got chipped and tortured as a result.

This is how all the information which would create free, clean energy, effective natural health treatments, etc, is suppressed.

These vile psychopaths shouldn't even be in charge of a toilet, let alone a country.

Simple question: "Why would you believe this?"

Can you give everyone details on why the source is accurate and trustworthy?

Except the court case does not mention that at all....

and zero evidence was presented to claim that he was microchipped!

The source lied about the court case, microchips are not mentioned anywhere in the court case.

Raise a glass to Debrah Dupre! Who cares if the information doesn't have a Harvard Law professors signature on it.

Why do you believe what she says is false?

Can you prove that implants aren't being done to unsuspecting people?

The planet is going mad, somebody please press the launch button.

It doesn't matter what is fact here people, I believe she is writing this for awareness purposes.

Should a law be on the books, or is there already one? That's the message I get when browsing it.

Should be easy to verify if someone knows how to look into court records.
If this case took place, there must be a record somewhere.

Most people who claim to have been electronically harrased,or chipped or hearing voices are often called whack jobs, although there are certain techniques which could result in people "hearing voices,or experiencing pain:

A&E is literally targeting consumers with hypersonic beams on billboards. The rays broadcast sound in a beam, so the noise is inaudible unless the consumer/victim strays into the target area--in which case they may experience the sound as a voice in their head.
David Giantasio of AdWeek's magazine's blog, AdFreak:
Now, Holosonic Research Labs (sounds like something out of Scanners) strikes some new notes in the urban symphony with a creepy audio outdoor effort for A&E’s Paranormal State. From the release:
“People passing by the Manhattan billboard suddenly hear a voice talking to them, but when they take another step the noise is gone.
The sound captures their attention and the message appears as though it is just for them.”

majikthise.typepad.com...

Thats one way of making people "hear things."
And we know there are other technologies, such as the US military "Pain ray"
which is essentially a form of electronic harrasment:

en.wikipedia.org...

Chips have also been used, inserted in the brain,to control movements/tremors and such.

So all the tech is there and out in the open, all that would be needed for this tech to be used as mind control/harrasment/torture are some nasty people in places of power/authority...

Do such people exist?

History tells us that yes, they do indeed.
Think project MK and related.

Nowhere does the article tell us when or where anything might have been implanted. Do you really believe this?

Actually the article seems to have nothing at all to do with the court case, the claims in the article do not much the court records shown!

There is no law to protect you that you know of. People don't research such things as they have become dependant ON the "government".

YOU are owned by the "government", you are collateral for the national debt to the Banksters. So you are government property, many threads on ATS about that.

So yea, the government can do what they want with you and TO you. Until you let them know you are a free man and a Sovereign.

Do some research on that.........

Pity the people making those threads have no clue what they are on about, you are not owned by the government....

...but maybe someone else? maybe by the same entity that 'owns' the government?

all jesting aside, if these copies are genuine, the court case included microwave harassment and stalking, but no implants see

www.raven1.net...

the technology exists and while it may not be as sophisticated as some would have you believe, the threat is very real, i mean Jose Delgado worked in the 1960s, almost half a century ago.

makes no sense if they wanted to implant and test humans do it to kiddie fiddlers and rapists and mass murders
if it goes wrong they deserve it anyway if it works we'll be doomed anyway
how do u think a chip in the brain works if they can track ur mobile phone then a little chip could do so much more ???

Exactly, so the "official" explanation as always is bogus. But I've seen them do this kind of stuff to pretty much anyone, so I doubt that some sort of chip is required at all.

Me, personally, "it" harasses and tortures me wherever I go. I could be underground in a subway station, in the woods, or anywhere so I doubt it has anything to do with radio waves. More like some new type of technology we're not aware of yet.

I think that people underestimate the things they would do if they had something in their head that chose not to come out, and could torture them inside and out all day and all night. I don't think people realize that there really isn't anything stopping "them" from doing this to anyone. The ultimate national security threat!

Why would a sane, sober, rational judge rule this way?

The defendant failed to show up in court. The defendant has to pay all legal fees. The defendant may not employ 3rd-party means of re-establishing contact with Walbert (which would constitute multiple stalking), and may not employ any form of "electronic means" in harassing Walbert.

groups.google.com... i=1

The judge's ruling has nothing to do with the materiality of the alleged stalking. The defendant simply couldn't believe the charges and didn't bother to show up. The judge had no choice but to rule in Walbert's favor. Here is the actual ruling:
www.raven1.net...

Curiously, Walbert claims that defendant was an investor in his "invention." Wouldn't that imply that Walbert must owe him some money? Why would someone who thinks he may have been scammed out of money harass someone?

There are laws preventing anyone, including gov or cia form kidnapping, torture (surgery would be that) or doign anyting to the body of the said person. So this not true.

I tried to look at the Gim Guest letter, Walbert's medical necessity letter, the Walbert letter to the court and the Federal Case filed 7/20/10 so I click the link and I get "Welcome to GMail".

This certainly takes away any credibility from the article.

Kidnapping and physical assault are both illegal. So yes, there are laws against it.

This is a very irresponsible way to go about denying ignorance.

Don't ask people to prove a negative.

Facts are always important.

The examiner isn't a very reliable source. Anybody can write for it and there are no editors to fact-check claims. Me and my girlfriend both started writing locally for awhile until we realized how very little we received in pay for so much work.
