Yes there is plenty of evidence. Do you know any Iranians? If so ask them. Most of them absolutely HATE their gov't. Look how they brutally killed people and stomped out the 'green revolution'.

The people of Iran are very much like us westerners. They don't want their woman to have to suffer to honor killings, public stonings for infidelity, be forced to where burqas etc. they want to live with certain freedoms, that you speak of, like we do.

as far as nuclear power, yes every country has the right to nuclear power. but when the leaders of certain countries speak of bringing about the 13th Iman and bringing about armageddon. Also speak of wiping Israel off the map, it concerns certain other countries because MAD goes out the door when your advesary is that radical.

People always hate govts but without them they are just clueless. They dont want a govt but they still demand one. A few people lead the masses by some provocations and there you go with some millions of death. Sheeple without a shepherd are just lost, at least this is carved in their mind patterns. Before countries go to war they usually take shots at each other in the press, to purposefully provoke responses to make them look bad if at all possible. Sometimes it backfires. Usually they will say things their people find popular and most of the world does not. All sides do this, to deny it is to be ignorant of the world.

All this rhetoric from both sides is a beating of the war drum, the puffing out of the chests, the flexing of the arm.

Will they fight? Who knows. Sometimes when two people confront each other with strong words, nothing happens. Sometimes one side completely backs down after a short war, other times they will die for what they believe.
It sure looks like their gonna throw down though, it seems inevitable to me.

Why does the action of a few affect an entire people?
A palestinian bombs isreali people and its a declaration of war?
This is what gets me the most about all these leaders. They take the actions of a few, paste it on the opposing nation which is justification for their actions.

Its worse then eye for an eye. It more like take an eye, give your head. This is includes all sides on this i am not saying one is worse then the other.

Here in North America if a Chinese Man beheads a Canadian, Canada doesn't go to war with China. Ok bad example, but I bet i can find many examples like that. Gunmen in the USA rob a bank, they are not from the state they robbed the bank in. The two opposing states don't turn on each other.

This is the problem with the middle-east, their idea of constantly getting back at each other leads to only one thing: Annihalation. That's why i refuse to get involved over there.

That argument says nothing. I'm against a war versus Iran but saying it hasn't started any wars doesn't mean anything at all.

Lets just say Germany had never caused any wars before the NSDAP took over. Then the Nazis got more and more aggressive, would you still use such an argument?

In any case, we have to judge each situation for what its worth, ideally without any past assumptions or bias, unless they directly relate.

I don't think Israel will attack. We all know that Israel probably has 200-300 nuclear warheads. Iran if it does make a bomb will be infantile compared to Israels. It would be suicide for Iran to initiate a nuclear exchange with Israel. Not only would Iran be wiped off the map as well so would the entire middle east.
Lets hope cooler heads prevail and come to the understanding that we all must share this planet and take care of it as well.

ok ! I have read all the comments and havent seen anything on purpose or interests about Bolton's hurry to attack Iran.

Israel cannot and will not attack Iran during ramadan but manipulating allies, coalition forces to do it in their place is a good way not to bring a "holy war".
