My only interest is in finding THE TRUTH OF THE MATTER.

I did respond to the topic of the discussion.
Republican bashing aside.
I am ALL for spending, if it is found within the CONSTITUTION.
Here, let me help you understand the seriousness about our borders and the protection afforded us to this VERY COMPONENT within the Constitution.
The Migration or Importation of such Persons as any of the States now existing
shall think proper to admit, shall not be prohibited by the Congress prior to
the Year one thousand eight hundred and eight, but a tax or duty may be imposed
on such Importation, not exceeding ten dollars for each Person.
No State shall, without the Consent of Congress, lay any duty of Tonnage, keep
Troops, or Ships of War in time of Peace, enter into any Agreement or Compact
with another State, or with a foreign Power, or engage in War, unless actually
invaded, or in such imminent Danger as will not admit of delay.
The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican
Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on
Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature
cannot be convened) against domestic Violence.
To provide for calling forth the Militia to execute the Laws of the Union, suppress Insurrections and repel Invasions
WOW, from the CONSTITUTION!

The thread is calling out to ALL republicans and I am only seeing accusations and anger from you, along with EXCELLENT facts and bits and pieces and links from others who seem to agree with me on the issue.
Again, I am CALLING ALL REPUBLICANS FOR ANSWERS.

Ugh, this thread just reaks of people still caught up in the Red Vs. Blue debacle.
I thought we were starting to gain some ground.
Let me offer a simple statement that should end this topic, but I know it won't :
They are all working together.

Close but I think you got it wrong.
A Republican Politician's (and Dem Pol's) stance is "profits for me and my friends above all else."
I think we need to call for ALL legislators to start thinking smarter about how, what and why they spend any of OUR money. Period.

Yes, you're right. But the BIG DIFFERENCE between the parties is who get's the spoils.
Really, at one time, there were philosophical differences betweens the parties. However, at the heart of it, they each use the same methods and tactics to get, control and maintain power for themselves and to funnel money and contracts to family, friends and donors.
Niether party is altuistic in their beliefs or goals. It's just words they say to get elected and stay there for as long as they can.

I understand your anger due to possible political bias, but the questions remained UNANSWERED.
The thread is calling out to ALL republicans and I am only seeing accusations and anger from you, along with EXCELLENT facts and bits and pieces and links from others who seem to agree with me on the issue.
Please do not let your bias get the best of you and cloud your thinking/actions on this thread, thanks.
Again, I am CALLING ALL REPUBLICANS FOR ANSWERS.
