Really...You never had any friends when you were younger did you?
Never threw anyone in a pond while they were sleeping off the night before, or rolled your buddy up in a shower curtain and left him on his dads porch?
I past out once when I was a teenager and was put into a dress and taken out to the side walk and left there.
I had many friends that were girls, did we ever take them against there will? Yes. we would take em out for a drive, wich was involintary, because we drove like maniacs and were always doing stupid dumb boy stuff. but these girls were our friends. we took care of them and they took care of us. and there were many times that I was forced or tricked into doing things that I didnt want to. like shopping or going over to this one dudes house who I could not stand.

She was his team mate on the swimming team, in college. if you dont understand this, you are a very, very sad person, and probably a commie.

Conveniant?

All Rand Paul has is a bad barber and his daddy's money. Whether these allegations are true or false or bleen, it's not like he was going anywhere, anyway.

Oh Lordy. The left must be desperate if they're using this as some scandal against Rand Paul. The man must be clean as a whistle then. Go Rand!

Seriously. Love the whole spooky 'secret society' spin. And it's just some Groucho Marx glasses wearing frat kids in togas and robes. Yeah, real creepy Illuminati and Skull & Bones stuff right there.

I'd be concerned if this was an abduction, rape, and beating accusation but seriously? Aqua Buddha?

Did these people ever have friends? Sounds like just a bunch of crazy kids, doing crazy things, in the crazy 80's.

My friends and I did stuff like this all the time. We didn't force anyone to take bong hits or worship a make believe creek deity but we would show up at our friends houses and snatch them off to party with us. I guess I better not run for office lest my past as a serial abductor catches up with me.

Good heavens. Not like he's some Ted Kennedy.

Yeah, statute of limitations anyone? If the event bothered you so much why did you wait over a decade to report it until he was a public figure and you might get some $$$ from it? Or maybe you just don't like his politics.

My guess? When it was going down, the whole time you were smiling and giggling like a sorority girl.

In any case, if it does become a scandal (which it shouldn't), I hope it gets named Aquabuddhagate.

Try putting the shoe on the other foot:

Bill Clinton: "I tried smoking pot once but I did not inhale."

Remember the brouhaha that caused on the right? Especially the religious right which were apoplectic over it? I guess they don't care who panders to them, so long as they pander.

Let's put it in some context:

Bill Clinton: "I abducted that woman but did not rape her."

Bill Clinton: "I abducted that woman and forced her to smoke pot but she did not inhale."

Bill Clinton: "Aqua Buddha is my savior but I do not worship him (it?)".

I'm just pointing out the sheer hypocrisy coming from the right here. If this had been about a Democrat you'd never hear the end of it from the talking heads at Fox.

"A photo of a few of the NoZe Brothers published in a 1983 issue of The Rope. Rand Paul is dressed in a black robe and straw hat."

The OP's article is based on a piece by GQ:

GQ Exclusive: Rand Paul's Kooky College Days (Hint: There's a Secret Society Involved)

That photo is nothing compared to some of the crap I got up to with my mates at Uni. Seriously, it's just a bunch of students pratting about for a photo (notice the Alcoholics Anonymous sign in the background, for added humour). It's no different to when we paid a guy £10 to drink milk until he threw up and photographed it in front of grafiti, which said "Do crack, it's good for you!". Looking back, it was dumb, but we thought it was hillarious at the time.

As for this kidnapping report, I'd say it's utter tosh and political bashing. As previously mentioned, who would run for office with a kidnapping in their background?

Of course, rather than being a partisan pointing out only the hypocrisies of your opponents, you could realize that this case and that are both examples of low-brow career assassination campaigns having no relevance to anything whatsoever.

Clinton made it through okay, and I suspect Paul will too. The fact that likely the majority smokes pot, secretly or otherwise, probably helps in both cases.

After a night of partying, I awoke to being carried out the doors of the dormitory, on my mattress. By the way, I lived on the third floor.

As for this even being true, I highly DOUBT it.

The freaks in control are beginning to get scared of this freedom movement.

We DO NOT need the government to decide for us ANYTHING.

We DO NOT need them to take half our labor and give it to others.

GO Constitutionalists!

Go Libertarians!

Go Independants!

Go True Conservatives that are not warmongers!

Unemployment lines to the Rinos and the Dems that are really just communists in disguise!

Honestly this sucks!

They are really very very very much on overdrive to not allow Rand to Win.

See this as well:
www.abovetopsecret.com...

Honestly this is pathetic and has nothing to do with politics.
They are turning politics into more of a soap opera than it already was.

Losers!

lets be real, to be a politician nowadays, you need to have some mental problem, to lie in the face of a lot of people, to not care about anyone ...

most politicians must have something going on

Well, i heard somewhere that Ron Paul was thinking about running in the 2012 election. I don't remember where I heard it anymore so I cannot verify. However, this would be a good method to smear his name.

Remember once the accusation is made, that's all you need.

From what I read though it looks like this was just some college prank and from the sounds of it this woman was never in danger. They where just having fun with her? Does that make it better? Well not much..

Is it important to note? Yes indeed.

Well I bet it would be impossible to find a more genuine and honest report than that.

Folks, this is just a sad example of the desperate measures democrats will use to try and avoid huge defeats this coming November.

The democrat campaign strategies will be this:

Make the races personal and not about the issues. Try and find as much dirt about the Republican candidate as you can - even if you have to fabricate it - just don't let the race be about issues.

The democrats know they will lose any race based on issues ...

No, you're not.

You're trying to say that if the "right" did it back then, it's OK for the dems to do it now.

If fact, what you should be saying is that if was wrong back then - and it was - it's still wrong to do this kind of political character assassination.

This is exactly what I have been seen happening
Especially with that idiot Rachel Maddow and how she consitently attacked Rand Paul. MSNBC had a 6 day campaign talking about nothing other than that.

Again exactly what is happening.

Take this for example:
www.youtube.com...

Alot of liberals are agreeing with this video
But imagine if it was NOT a liberal criticizing Obama but a right-leaning news station.

They would only talk about "Bush this, Bush That, Cheney This, Cheney That".

Pathetic!

Rand Paul is a joke! Why would any one think he or his father are any different then Bush or Obama? It's a clan a click. The most dangerous thing about the Rand's is that they are insane Freemasons and Insane, ouch!

Actually as far as the track record goes anyone who has ever called for abolishing the federal reserve and actually made headway has been assassinated.

Ron Paul plans to do just that, so don't worry. If he makes headway he will be killed.

If this is the best the globalist can do to smear Rand Paul, then they must be running very scared now. The MSM, the tool of the globalist, is also running scared when a trash story like this is published. The serious problem the Globalist have with the MSM is not as many people are watching them anymore as in the past; That MSM numbers are in free fall.
Rand Paul is supported by the people, and the people aint listining to MSM anymore.
