Is this what you want? 2012?

Well everyone after reading through the threads and links i've come to the conclusion that everyone on thios planet is brainwashed.

it almost seems as if 90% of the people on this planet are wishing for a natural disaster or ww3 to happen and end of world instead ofl iving there lives

honestly i'll be glad if the world does not end!!

but it seems the sheeple of society are either ignorant to the fact of modern day events or they are wishing for an end of world.

it's not the end of the world.. i can say that right now.. everyone who has predicted has always mentioned more than 2012. they all predict the following

october/november as been a starting point a tipping point for a major occurance

that finishes 2012 to 2013

this could mean soo many things. why is everyone hoping for the end of the world>? Are our lives becoming so meaningless and boring that we want the end to come

or is everyone watching too many survivor movies thinking yeh that's me total freedom do what i want fighting off alien invaders...

let me say this right now... if there is an end 98% will perish don't get ya hopes up for living

and who the hell has any proof anyway honestly.. this is mass hysteria as it is!!!

most predictions go well past 2012 so yeh don't stress the world is not gonna end in 2012!!!

however there will be a massive change

i believe looking at the way things are going that the change will be nuclear war..... iran /israel are always at bloody war well the difference is when america buts in to none of their buisness matters and well china and russia are their allies so hey america start a war there WW3 it will be a losing end for u guys i'd be looking at overtaking your own governments first...

this rubbish of overtaking countries and been world police has to stop it's gonna start a war that is not needed!!

china will be the new superpower if america attacks the 2 latest countries it's planning for.

further more after that attack which is predicted oct28th 2010 there will be not only nukes but chemical weapons..

do we really want this??

you know this has been predicted and it has been said many sites by many people it's gonna happen

but we have the power to stop it... we have the powert to say no way! no war! pull troops out and peace!

but will we manage to stopp

this 3 days of darkness it's many things

who kknows it could be the nuclear fallout blocking the sunlight around the world... or perhaps it could be planet X/nibiru blocking the sun

either way it's a prophesized biblical event that needs carefull attention

all i know is if by november 2010 the bombs drop and ww3 is getting talked about stockpile guns ammo food and go bush!!

Its not the end of the world, its a new beginning.

Apocalypse means Disclosure or Revelation.

People are to a degree brainwashed, because they dont question the TV/Hollywood programming, much like in the movie 1984.

It's similar to the same "OMG!!! END OF THE WORLD!!!" phenomenon that accompanied Y2K. Everyone loves the idea that they will survive a disaster that will leave them as rugged individualists. However, the number of people believing anything will happen in 2012 (other than the usual world nuttiness) is fairly small.

I don't know about Doomsday so much, but I am going to prepare for a power outage. These solar storms an eruptions could disrupt electrical power supplies. Maybe not for a long time, but for short periods.

So I am going to get a generator. Just a small one though. What if a solar flare hit the earth when the temp was 100 or maybe in the winter. A small generator that runs off of gas could save you grief. Probably the power would be off for only a few days. No lights, air conditioning, all your food would spoil.

There is no similarities at all between the two years.

The year 2000 is not mentioned anywhere in human history.

2012 is mentioned and extremely relevant in many ancient cultures such as the Hopi, Aztec and the Mayas.

I'm not hoping for any of what's been predicted. I try not to hope too much about anything. If I can influence the outcome, I do; if not though I don't worry about it.

I'm of the opinion that the future is pretty much set, at least the overall outcome. I can influence me and the people I come in contact with, but that's really about it. The overall plan is still going to happen. So the best I can do is conduct myself in a way that keeps me at peace with myself and hopefully cause the people around me to do the same. If TSHTF we ride it out. What more can you do?

Sure, you can prepare yourself somewhat, food, water, ammo, etc. But what are you preparing for and when? At what point do you say, "Alright, this is it. We're buggin' out. Ding! Ding! Ding!"

It seems that all of the prophecies have some sort of path, with landmarks along the way, marking the progress toward "the goal." What is the goal? Depends on who you ask. What are the landmarks? Depends on the goal.

So I read as much as I can on here to see what the various "goals" and landmarks are and see if it's playing out as they've predicted. If it does hit the fan, we'll ride it out. After all, I can't stop it anyway.

i for one do not see it as the end of the world but a new beginning, an end to the old way the old rule the old guard , for all things must come to pass we are in the 21 century, and we still refer to the 70'-30's!!!! yes there are some things we must /need to remember as to not for get or make the same mistake, 2012 has been out done more than 1984, 1999, and Y2K, i see it as "this too shall pass" but you have got to admit it is fun to see all the what ifs or "i know what will happen" so the Mayan calender ends, does that mean we do? for i say, not,it just means a new, a new "what" is what we should be asking, not for seeking the end, if we want to end then it shall end, seek not what the mind wants, but what the heart does, for the time of change is upon us, and this is what should guide us.

hold hands and dance with fear, realise that nothing bad will happen, its only a thought. let go and think beyond fears insecurities and ego, it can only make you stronger. it will feel too much to start with, but stick with it, ignor it and carry on, and you will land on your feet!!

I have seen David Wilcocks video on 2012 before, and it blew me away. But im not interested in discussing it on ATS since its hopeless.

just thought i'd add this-

it's not so much that most people, in my opinion, want world war, natural disaster or the like to happen... it's that they want the END RESULT OF THAT

for instance, not too many people like work, but most of us do it anyway because we like being able to pay for our food and whatnot

similiarly, most expect that after a large global catastrophe, manmade or natural, those who survive will be so conciously effected that they will 'change their ways' if they had been part of the greed and evil that exists now in this world

people expect it to CHANGE things, because most people are fed up with the way things are going now, wether it be controversial governments, unwarranted coorporation polluting our earth, companies poisoning their buyers...

most people welcome the idea of having to rebuild government in a local and smaller less powerful way, most people would enjoy our powergrid being destroyed and the whole world being forced to cease polluting the earth in every way and begin living a more simple life in balance with nature.. most people are tired of eating bleached bread, having high pructose corn syrup crammed into every ingredient list of everything they eat and most people would like to not have to jump through hoops just to obtain clean drinking water

well, at least this is my theory on the subject, i'm sure there are people that would like to witness all these catastrophic events, but most people just want to live in the world there after

try a few years, if we get hit with a large X scale CME the whole grid will fry, no pumps for water, no pumps for gas, no food at the supermarket! i dont belive in the doomsday december 2012 but i do belive our power can get wiped out bring us to the stone age! Its happend in the past! it will happen again, its just a matter of time!

I don't think most people are hoping for war or end of the world. Like you, they have seen the events around them and want to discuss/prepare for it. A reasonable amount of food and supplies is not the sign of an unstable mind. Relying on the government as your sole provider and protector is!

For the record, I THINK it will be a comet(s) (has happened before), increased solar activity (already expect in scientific community) , or ALIENS. I don't think world will end.

Also, the fact that nothing happened was because they identified the problem and updated accordingly. Similarly though, we don't know how bad it would have been because it never happened.

I just want the Demons cast back to where they belong. This is our Universe not theirs, this is our reality not theirs. If not a single person is removed from our current condition, then at least without Demons possessing them we could open to a better future; it is not like there isn't enough room on this planet, it isn't that there isn't enough water, it isn't because there isn't enough fuel or energy, it isn't because there isn't enough food, it is because the hearts of men are corrupt and possessed by something other than human.

So, if it takes the end to bring about the removal of those Demons then I say lets get it on!

I actually have less fear the more I comprehend how man has opened a doorway to another realm, how demons and demonic forces are work here, and I am especially less fearful knowing that when those Demons are cast out that all of their attachments go with them.

So ask ourselves, what are our attachments and how are we prisoners of those attachments; if they are of goodness and honesty then keep them, but if they are of Demons then you are warned, and have been warned now for several centuries.

Is it the End? Best not be Damned just in case! Damned if you do, Damned if you don't, I don't think so!!

I want to manifest eden and that is a better alternative to all the 2012 sceanrios, the wars, the threats of war, and starvation in this world.

Maybe the 90% you are talking about feel so bad spiritually that they wish something changed. They are not capable of changing their own life, so they wish for something external.

2012 might be the last hope for some out there...

like i said we will soon all see that 2012 is not the end but simply a maSSIVE CHANGE!

and everyone who is going to a mass suicide over itr.. don't be soo fkn stupid

and the worse thing is more people probably will after they realise it's not the end of world

have our lives become sooo hectic and boring that all we do is work worki work 2 days off more work get 4 weeks off a year that we are sick and tired of it so badly we want an apocalypse?

gee ppl wake up!! grow up! there is no 2012 end of world... it's simple predicting change and honestly we don't deserve it

a good portion of the world is ready to die before that change anda good portion after because there was no change
