I'm sure that I have called another person a civilian. With 10 years of military, its kinda hard to get out of your system. I often refer to people as citizens or clients.

Earthdude, the lawsuit is over. If it were not I would not be discussing it on here. People react differently to different stimuli and it would be hard for you to understand without knowing the totallity of the circumstances. Trust me, there is enough drama here without adding to it.
