That's what I'm saying, they may say and do good things now, but just a little escalation and you could have a full blown race war on the border, something nobody needs right now.
Hell, this could cause escalation due to the association of the group with the racist leader.
It's simply not needed when we have many other alternatives.

You and your fellow posters have very short memories as to evil acts perputrated by "narcos" on Mexicans from 2006 to the present. So, this more correct title accurately conveys he isn't necessarily a neonazi and he isn't even necessarily leading a minutemen group.

If you type in "minutemen" into Google the first group shown is lead by Jim Gilchrist who has made the motto on the page "A Multi-ethnic Immigration Law Enforcement Group. Operating within the law to support enforcement of the law."

Sounds like that group (which I don't know is the biggest but they've got to be pretty big to get to the #1 result) are fighting very hard to fight the stereotypes propagated by people like the whiners on this thread who chose to be gullible and believe everything the news tells them right away when it says something they want to hear and they want to believe. Why anyone would want to believe people are racist is difficult for me to understand but clearly many on this thread want to believe and that is why they believe it.

Ironically, after decades of black people fighting stereotypes, it is now mostly white men fighting the stereotyping and profiling that many people in this very thread are participating in.

I'm not that big of a fan of the minutemen and believe they are wasting their time for the most part. But, I'm not going to so easily allow people on ATS to make hate-filled stereotypes based on ridiculous lies and stupid assumptions.

Like most people they ignore the reputed part and only see neo nazi. Most of this thread is filled with the same thoughts.

I live on the border but I have not gone on and on about what people in the Gulf should do.

I did it for 5 years when I was stationed at Fort Huachuca.

Every time my friends and I would take 10 up to Tucson we had to go through one. I would always make fun of my buddy who was hispanic telling hime I was going to tell them he was here illegally and that I just found out about it.

He got upset the first time and again the 5th or 6th time when I actually did it.

It is sad to see all this hate increasing on both sides, and it is safe to say that the "powers that be" are probably funding both sides. If it ever gets to the point of a race war the powers that be will step in destroy both groups and install the North American Union that is the ultimate goal and it looks like we are playing their game to perfection.

Guess what. They do that to guys every time they start a new wlc course. The girls don't go through it though.

Guess what. In my class many years ago they found 6 people with gang affiliated tattoos. 3 blacks, 2 hispanics and 1 white.

Actually... yes. Since the beginning of history, yes its true... even in rome they had to turn do dictatorship and actually suspend democracy to "get things done" in times of trouble, so yes you're right.

And to this day, everywhere, in times of serious trouble, democracy is suspended.

About the neo-nazi guy... well... if black panthers are allowed to exist, I think the neo-nazis have the right also. Of course the nazis have a problem, they're white, which can be a bit of a problem seeing how the world loves minorities... if they were black they would have no problem at all, ppl would find every excuse to allow them to do anything cause they're black and they've suffered and to victimize them, turning them into some heroes that are proud of their race and ancestry fighting the "man" yadda yadda ... being white doesnt help them. God forbid if yer white and have the nerve of being proud of your race. Only OTHER races can be proud of their color, race and heritage. White ppl cant, sorry.

If you mix "white" and "pride" in same sentence you're a racist... black pride is admired and defended... by white ppl.

Problem here is... hes a nazi right? So... well... Religion killed a lot more ppl then the nazi regime, and is still allowed... communism killed also a lot more than the nazis and ppl are allowed to be communists, hell even the "land of the free and home of the brave" dropped 2 nuclear bombs on innocent civilians and leveled 2 cities and that particular country (which btw was the only country ever to use nuclear weapons) is allowed to exist so why cant nazis? so... I think its time for the world to stop being hypocrite and apply equal measures for everyone. Either allow all, or block everything.
