1.Fleerst dont hoover for a couple of minuts

2.It seems to me that nobody has seen a plane or somthing else Miletary

2.1 Why droping Fleers above inhabited area..nobody woud do that.

3. Not everithing that apears at the sky has to be a UFO but it also dosent mean that it instandly has to be a fleer or chinese lantern!

4. Its not cool to pretend to be a scaptic whythout doing any reserch on certain topics.

I assume you mean flares.
Flares can be dropped on parachutes, they slowly descend.
Why do you think they are over an inhabited area? We have no way of judging distance.
An aircraft might be far away, or allready gone. See above.
They absolutly look like flares.
Why don't YOU do some "research" and see if you can find some video of flares?

it is still an impressive piece of footage if you ask me.
i have looked but no one seems to be 100% sure
how it was done.I'm still standing by what i said about
it being convincing.i truly cant say what i am seeing.

Let me just say.
Why was someone just filming the river?
When suddenly the "craft" zooms up river, STOPS just opposite the camera, does a couple tricks, the zooms off.
